Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis representasi nasionalisme dari salah satu channel Youtube Mektv Kendari terkait Diskusi Kebangsaan terkait Peringatan Kemerdekaan RI Tahun 2022 dengan kajian semiotika Charles Sanders Pierce. Representasi nasionalisme dalam pemberitaan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis semiotic sebagai pendekatannya. Semiotika Pierce yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah model triangle meaning yang terdiri atas Sign, Objective dan Intrepetant. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa nasionalisme hari ini sudah banyak memudar dan peringatan Kemerdekaan RI ini adalah momentum baik dalam menguprade ulang nasionalisme hari ini dengan Legiun Veteran RI menjadi salah satu unsur bangsa ini yang turut berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan semangat nasionalisme masyarakat hari ini.

Abstract

In the logistics and distribution sector, an accurate understanding of the patterns of unloaded freight flows is essential for efficient operational planning. In this context, data analysis methods are key to understanding trends, seasonal patterns, and short-term fluctuations in the flow of unloaded goods. The purpose of this research is to understand the difference between Exponential Smoothing and Moving Average forecasting techniques as a more accurate forecasting technique in predicting the volume of unloaded goods flow. The methodology in the data analysis stage in this research consists of four stages, namely data preparation, creating functions, creating GUI, and displaying visualisation results. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the Exponential Smoothing method with an alpha value of 0.9 has results that are close to the actual value that has been determined. This can be seen from the results of the Mean Absolute Error which describes the average absolute prediction error, Mean Squared Error which describes the average of the squares of prediction errors, Mean Absolute Deviation which describes the average prediction error in the same unit as the data and Mean Absolute Percentage Error which describes the average percentage of prediction errors where the resulting values are 388501761.94 for MSE and 2.55 for MAPE values, then for MAE of 14681.39 and for MAD of 14681.39.

Abstract

Social media has now become one of the basic needs for society in fulfilling information. One of the information media that is often used is Facebook. This research focuses on the use of social media Facebook by the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation in disseminating information on transportation sector development to the public. The results of the research found that the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation's Social Media admin was optimal in utilizing Facebook social media as a means of public information with the finding of 1 content a day in the period August-October 2023. However, it was found that the level of public interaction on the Ministry of Transportation's Facebook Account was quite low with comments of visitors continues to show a decline in numbers. This is because people prefer other social media platforms, namely Instagram, which is also owned by the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation. Abstrak Media sosial saat ini sudah menjadi salah satu kebutuhan dasar bagi masyarakat dalam pemenuhan informasi. Salah satu media informasi yang sering digunakan adalah Facebook. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pemanfaatan media sosial Facebook oleh Kementerian Perhubungan RI dalam penyebarluasan informasi pembangunan sektor transportasi kepada masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa admin Media Sosial Kemenhub RI sudah optimal dalam memanfaatkan media sosial Facebook sebagai sarana informasi publik dengan temuan 1 konten sehari dalam rentang periode Bulan Agustus-Oktober 2023. Namun demikian ditemukan bahwa tingkat interaksi masyarakat dalam Akun Facebook Kemenhub ini cukup rendah dimana komentar dari pengunjung terus menerus memperlihatkan penurunan jumlah. Hal ini disebabkan masyarakat lebih menyenangi platform media sosial lainnya yaitu Instagram yang juga dimiliki oleh Kemenhub RI.

Abstract

The government is very aware of the presence of the Amolengo-Labuan Ferry Port in connecting the mainland and islands in Southeast Sulawesi Province so that it needs development to become a Modern Port. This research was conducted to analyze news framing related to the development of the Amolengo-Labuan Ferry Port during 2022. The results of the study concluded that online media has carried out its function as a medium for providing information to the public regarding the plan to develop the Amolengo-Labuan Ferry Port to become a modern port which will be implemented by the Provincial Transportation Service It is hoped that Southeast Sulawesi will not only be able to connect the mainland and islands in the Province of Southeast Sulawesi but also be able to encourage increased connectivity between regions, increase the mobility of people and goods and encourage economic development in the Province of Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

The implementation of the transportation sector with various existing problems really requires the application of Collaborative Governance. This research was conducted to analyze the implementation of Collaborative Governance in the implementation of transportation, especially in the land sector of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research used a type of research with a qualitative approach and the research was carried out from October-December 2023. The results of the research concluded that the implementation of land sector transportation in Southeast Sulawesi Province began through a face-to-face dialogue process between stakeholders, this will give rise to trust building between stakeholders. Apart from that, commitment will be built in the collaboration process which will be born in the form of a joint agreement (MoU) between stakeholders. This series is then continued by a joint understanding by the relevant agencies and will have a temporary impact which is expected to be able to encourage the rules for organizing public transport, both passenger transport (AKDP) and goods transport, as well as road traffic rules to be more adhered to so that safe, comfortable, transportation will be created. safe and sustainable in Southeast Sulawesi Province.but

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role that local governments should play in organizing transportation, especially in the arrangement, development and implementation of transportation operations in the Baruga Kendari Type B Passenger Terminal area. This research focuses on the role that the government should play in organizing the Baruga Kendari Type B Passenger Terminal. Data collection was carried out through interviews with relevant stakeholders at the Baruga Kendari Type B Passenger Terminal who were deemed to understand the issues raised. The results of the research found that the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Government through the Department of Transportation has carried out roles in the implementation of land transportation, especially in the arrangement, development and implementation of operationalization in the Baruga Kendari Type B Passenger Terminal area in order to encourage the implementation of safe, comfortable, humane and sustainable transportation.

Abstract

The transportation sector has become an important requirement in encouraging the movement of people and goods and has implications for the economic development of a region. Organizing Goods Transportation is one of the driving forces in the distribution of goods and logistics from one region to another, but unfortunately many elements are ignored in this implementation, including business licensing. This encourages the need for assistance and outreach regarding Public Goods Transportation business licensing to many business actors and this activity was chosen in Baubau City. Socialization was carried out and aimed at Transport Legal Entities, especially Public Goods Transport and Public Goods Transport drivers in Baubau City. The results of the mentoring and socialization carried out have encouraged an increase in better understanding among Public Transport drivers and Legal Entities about what transportation business licensing, especially Public Goods Transport is like, so that it is hoped that awareness will arise to process permits in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the mediating role of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the context of Grabbike services in Kendari City. This study is important for application providers, especially in responding to the challenges of online transportation competition, especially online motorcycle taxis. In addition, for the government, this study is an input in formulating urban transportation planning based on community needs. This study involved a population of 160 respondents who used Grabbike services in Kendari City. and used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction is proven to have an effect on loyalty, while price does not have a significant impact.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses internalisasi karakter nasionalisme dan kebangsaan melalui pembiasaan kegiatan upacara bendera di SD Negeri 6 Wawonii Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui sobservasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa internalisasi nilai karakter melalui pembiasaan upacara bendera merupakan bentuk pendidikan nonformal yang sangat strategis. Nilai-nilai nasionalisme, semangat kebangsaan dan rasa cinta tanah air tidak cukup hanya diajarkan melalui buku teks, tetapi perlu ditanamkan melalui pengalaman langsung dan keteladanan. Peran sekolah sangat berpengaruh dalam memastikan pelaksanaan upacara bendera berjalan dengan lancar dan hikmat serta memberikan makna yang mendalam serta menumbuhkan nilai dan karakter yang diharapkan pada pribadi setiap siswa yang menjadi generasi penerus bangsa.

Abstract

This study aims to look at, describe and analyze (1) the implementation of the policy for implementing the Simponi ASN Application to the Department of Transportation, Southeast Sulawesi Provincial ASN, and (2) the impact of implementing the policy for implementing the Simponi ASN Application on ASN discipline and performance with the involvement of direct supervisor supervision. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Research with a qualitative description method is used so that researchers can explain more deeply and comprehensively about the description of cases that occur in the field. Research has been carried out in Kendari City in December 2024-February 2025. The results of the study concluded that (1) the implementation of the Simponi ASN Application policy implementation has been running in terms of indicators of policy size and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes or tendencies of implementers, inter-organizational communication and implementing activities and the environment economic, social and political. And (2) the implementation of the Simponi ASN Application policy has an impact on the discipline and performance of ASN which is supported by the supervision of the direct supervisor.
