Abstract

ABSTRACT Service capability plays an important role for the sustainability of a company in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The main priority of a company engaged in banking services is customer satisfaction. In winning the increasingly competitive competition, the Bank strives to provide the best service (service excellent). This study aims to determine the importance of retaining customers and reaching potential customers. In addition, to find out how to maintain and improve the quality and loyalty of its customers. The research uses a library research method in which data is collected based on academic data bases, digital libraries, and repositories of educational institutions. Some references are obtained from books, scientific journals, articles and research reports relevant to customer service quality research in improving customer quality and loyalty. The result is that customer service quality has a crucial role in shaping customer perceptions of financial institutions. Quality of service is very concerned about satisfaction and loyalty to maintain a positive brand image or image in the eyes of the community. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty can show that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Increasing service quality has an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty is also increasing. Conversely, if the quality of Customer Service service decreases, it will have an impact on worsening customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze school management strategies in enhancing educational quality through participation in the 2023 Smart School Awards (SSA) at SMP Ar Rahman. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The data sources included the school principal, teacher representatives, students, and parents. The findings indicate that structured and collaborative school management significantly contributed to the school's success in obtaining the 2023 Smart School Award in the Healthy and Safe School category. These results underscore the importance of effective leadership and collective stakeholder engagement in improving educational quality through performance-based school award programs.

Abstract

his research aims to describe the curriculum management implementation process at the primary school level. The phenomenon of changing times is unavoidable, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, which has necessitated rapid changes in all aspects of human life, including education. Therefore, there has been a curriculum change in the Republic of Indonesia with the emergence of the "Merdeka Belajar " (Freedom to Learn) Curriculum as an alternative solution to address this phenomenon. The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data sources were obtained through direct observation, documentation, and interviews with the school principal, Grade I, II, IV, and VI class teachers at SDN 01 Gayam Kota Kediri. This study seeks to uncover the curriculum transition process from the K-13 curriculum to the "Merdeka Belajar " curriculum in primary education units. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the "Merdeka Belajar " curriculum management is going well. The process includes planning and preparation through training and workshops, implementing learning based on the "Merdeka Belajar " curriculum, and continuous evaluation of the achievement of learning outcomes (CP). The "Merdeka Belajar " Curriculum Management process is effective and efficient.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kebijakan dalam pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan untuk menunjang mutu pembelajaran. Terutama di jenjang SMK yang pembelajarannya berpusat pada keahlian siswa. Sehingga sarana dan prasarana di jenjang ini harus terpenuhi sesuai kebutuhan dan standar nasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, waka sarana dan prasarana, waka kurikulum, guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menemukan kebijakan kepala sekolah yang responsif dalam pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan berpengaruh pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran siswa SMKN 1 Plosoklaten. Kelengkapan alat dan sarana prasarana pendidikan yang dibutuhkan sekolah segera disediakan untuk menambah semangat dan motivasi dan memudahkan siswa dalam belajar tanpa menunggu regulasi tahunan. Kesimpulannya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran meningkat dan efektif dengan adanya kebijakan yang responsif dalam pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, terutama dalam pembelajaran keterampilan.

Abstract

Pengelolaan lingkungan, khususnya pengelolaan sampah, menjadi salah satu tantangan utama yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius. Di masyarakat, penanganan sampah rumah tangga dan dedaunan kering umumnya masih dilakukan melalui pembakaran terbuka, yang telah menjadi kebiasaan sehari-hari. Praktik ini berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, kesehatan masyarakat, serta kualitas hidup warga. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan Smokeless Burn Barrel sebagai solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan dan pembakaran sampah rumah tangga. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Ploso, Kecamatan Mojo, Kabupaten Kediri, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang meliputi tahapan observasi, identifikasi masalah, dan tindakan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Smokeless Burn Barrel mampu mempercepat proses pembakaran dengan waktu rata-rata 14,75 menit, atau terjadi peningkatan efisiensi sebesar 49,17% dibandingkan metode konvensional. Suhu pembakaran juga meningkat secara signifikan, mencapai rata-rata 351°C, atau naik 63,94%, yang menghasilkan proses pembakaran lebih sempurna dengan asap hitam dan putih yang jauh lebih sedikit serta sisa abu yang minim. Dengan demikian, metode Smokeless Burn Barrel terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi jumlah sampah residu, meningkatkan efisiensi energi selama proses pembakaran, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengelolaan lingkungan di tingkat rumah tangga.

Abstract

Stunting adalah kondisi dimana anak mengalami gangguan pertumbuhan, sehingga tinggi badannya tidak sesuai dengan usianya karena masalah gizi kronis, yaitu kekurangan makanan yang cukup dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Stunting tidak hanya meningkatkan risiko terjadinya masalah fisik dan berbagai penyakit, tetapi juga menyebabkan gangguan perkembangan kognitif yang berdampak pada kecerdasan dan produktivitas anak di masa depan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua balita khususnya pada ibu balita usia 0-12 bulan. Pada hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa kasus stunting yang terjadi Desa Ploso pada tahun 2025 lebih tinggi dari tahun sebelumnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yitu pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan secara partisipatif bersama masyarakat, dengan tujuan untuk mendorong terjadinya perubahan yang bersifat transformatif. Pengetahuan orang tua menjadi meningkat terhadap cara pola asuh anak dan berperan penting dalam pengurangan terjadinya resiko stunting pada anak. Kesimpulan kegiatan tersebut, orang tua memperoleh pemahaman tentang: (a) ASI eksklusif dan MPASI; (b) Imunisasi lengkap; (c) Tumbuh kembang anak; (d) Pola asuh positif.

Abstract

Frequent curriculum changes disrupt instructional rhythms and stigmatize lecture methods, creating "unrealistic" situations within mathematics education research. Current trends demand total innovation, such as PBL or PjBL across all chapters, which is logistically impossible without sacrificing curriculum completion. This study aims to conceptualize the "pedagogical anchor" as a rational and professional response to maintain instructional stability. Employing a critical literature review of previous theses and dissertations, the research compares preparation-to-coverage ratios between experimental settings and real-classroom demands. Findings reveal a significant scale anomaly where "successful" innovations are often limited to single chapters and lack long-term sustainability due to workload mismatches. The study concludes that strategic lecturing serves as a necessary anchor for cognitive stability rather than an anti-innovation stance. It recommends a shift toward an integrated longitudinal research model that supports teachers throughout the academic year. This approach is essential to prevent collective fatigue and ensure meaningful, sustainable educational innovation.
