Abstract

An allowance refers to additional payments, benefits, or privileges provided to employees by their employers, usually in addition to their regular salary or wages. These allowances are intended to support or compensate employees for certain expenses, hardships, or circumstances relating to their work or personal lives. This study aims to determine the effect of allowances on employee performance at the Luwu District Agriculture Service Office. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 52 individuals related to the problem being examined. The data were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results of the study show that the allowance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Specifically, the study found that the higher the benefits obtained by an employee, the higher their performance level will be.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui seberapa berpengaruh strategi branding terhadap minat beli konsumen pada brand Vicious Pain.Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Strategi Branding sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Minat Beli Konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Seluruh konsumen Vicious Pain di kota Makassar . Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode sampel acak sederhana (metode Simple Random Sampling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.00 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Strategi Branding memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Beli konsumen CV. Vicious Pain Kota Makassar Hal ini dibuktikan melalui diperolehnya nilai korelasinya. Yang artinya apabila Strategi Branding diasumsikan bernilai nol atau tidak terjadinya Strategi Branding, maka Minat Beli konsumen CV. Vicious Pain Kota Makassar tidak mengalami perubahan tetapi Jika Strategi Branding mengalami peningkatan satu satuan, maka hal ini dapat mempengaruhi Minat Beli konsumen pada CV. Vicious Pain Kota Makassar

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa terhadap peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa lembangloe kabupaten Gowa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan penggunaan teknik purposive sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan uji validitas data dan uji reliabilitas data. Sementara Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis deskriptif, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji heterokodesitas, serta uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji koefisien determinasi dan uji statistik t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa terhadap peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa di Lembangloe kabupaten Gowa.Terdapat variabel kepemimpinan kepala desa yang menunjukkan jawaban responden yang tidak setuju pada variabel X1 Yaitu “ Kepala desa se cara aktif melibatkan warga dalam program-program pembangunan dan kegiatan desa” Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepemimpinan kepala desa yang rendah tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap partisipasi masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang kurang efektif dan kurang berbaurnya kepala desa dengan masyarakat sehingga partisipasi masyarakat tidak meningkat dalam pembangunan desa di Lembangloe kabupaten Gowa.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa, Partisipasi Masyarakat, dan Pengembangan Desa.Abstract. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of the village head's leadership style on increasing community participation in the development of Lembangloe village, Gowa district. The sample in this study was 96 respondents who were determined based on the use of purposive sampling technique by determining the sample size using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by testing the validity of the data and testing the reliability of the data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique in this research was carried out by carrying out descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, linearity tests, and heterocoding tests, as well as hypothesis tests consisting of coefficient of determination tests and t statistical tests. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be seen that there is no significant influence between the village head's leadership style on increasing community participation in village development in Lembangloe, Gowa district. There is a village head leadership variable which shows the respondent's answer which does not agree with variable X1, namely "Village head is active involving residents in development programs and village activities" So it can be concluded that the village head's low level of leadership does not have a positive influence on community participation. This shows that the leadership is less effective and the village head is less integrated with the community so that community participation does not increase in village development. in Lembangloe, Gowa district.Keywords: Village Head Leadership, Community Participation, and Village Development

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of capital (debt to equity ratio) on profitability on the cement subsektor company listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (2013-2022) with the total number of samples of 40 samples. The method used in this research is quantitative method with hypothesis test using SPSS version 27 version. The results of the research show that the current ratio variabel has a positive and insignificant effect on return on equity, as evidenced by the calculated t value < t tabel, namely 0,572 < 1,69092 with a significance value of 0,571 > 0,05 and the debt to equity ratio variabel has a negative and significant effect on returns. on equity is proven by the t value > t tabel, namely 2,384 > 1,69092, the t value is negative and the significance value is 0,023 < 0,05. Simultaneously the current ratio and debt to equity ratio influence return on equity, this is proven by the calculated F value of 4,278 > F tabel 3,27 and the obtained significance value of 0,022 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh reward dan punishment secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada restoran di Mbak Daeng Pengayoman. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah reward dan punishment, sedangkan variabel terikatnya kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS v.25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari uji f menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan antara ketiga variabel dengan probabilitas sig. sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai ini jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa reward dan punishment mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dikarenakan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari taraf kesalahan (0,05). Kesimpulannya bahwa reward dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada restoran di Mbak Daeng Pengayoman. This research aims to find out whether there is a partial and simultaneous influence of reward and punishment on employee performance at the restaurant at Mbak Daeng Pengayoman. The independent variables in this research are reward and punishment, while the dependent variable is employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of respondents used in this research was 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS v.25 for Windows. The results of this research obtained from the f test show a significant influence between the three variables with probability sig. of 0.000 where this value is much smaller than 0.05. This means that reward and punishment have a significant influence on employee performance. Because the significant value is smaller than the error level (0.05). The conclusion is that reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the restaurant at Mbak Daeng Pengayoman.

AbstrakTelkom Divisi Regional VII Makassar merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang usaha jasa telekomunikasi. Dasarnya bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan layanan telekomunikasi terbaik bagi semua pelanggannya. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut di atas, Telkom Divre VII makassar dituntut untuk menggunakan segala potensi yang ada agar tetap bertahan dalam bisnis yang digelutinya di masa yang akan datang. Salah satu cara yang ditempuh adalah melakukan analisis, memilih dan menetapkan kembali strategi dan kebijakan yang tepat dan terarah. Kantor telkom Indonesia ini melayani berbagai keperluan pelanggan telkom terhadap produk-produk telkom. Beberapa layanan yang tersedia yaitu pengajuan jaringan internet telkom, telkom indie home, jaringan tv kabel dan pemasangan jaringan telepon. Kantor ini juga dapat menerima aduan atau keluhan jika ada masalah pada jaringan telkom pelanggan. Pengaduan juga dapat dilakukan via online baik dari website, telkom online lewat sosial media resmi telkom dan kontak telkom care / service. Informasi mengenai kuota telkom billing atau paket-paket jaringan internet juga dapat didapatkan melalui kontak, sosial media dan kantor resmi telkom. Kata kunci: Komunikasi Pimpinan; Semangat Kerja; Kepercayaan Karyawan

AbstrakProvider penyedia jasa telekomunikasi yang pesaingnya semakin ketat untuk perkembangan sekarang ini membuat PT. Telkom khsususnya selama masa Pandemic-19. Hal menjadikan perusahaan harus melakukan inovasi untuk mengeluarkan produk terbaru yang dapat menyesuaikan dengan akselerasi perkembangan teknologi. PT Telkom Witel Makassar dalam mencapai target pelanggan sebagai konsumen wajib menghadirkan inovasi dalam penyediakan berbagai macam fitur. PT Telkom merupakan salah satu perusahaan berlabel BUMN dalam penyediaan berbagai fasilitas komunikasi. Abstract

AbstrakPT. Alfa Retailindo (Carrefour) Pengayoman di Kota Makassar sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan produk grocey (Food). Promosi sebagai media prioritas dalam meraih pasar sekaligus meningkatkan volume penjualan dengan pertimbangan biaya dan waktu relatif kecil yang dikeluarkan. Kecepatan dalam memperkenalkan produk kepada masyarakat, jangkauan informasi yang cukup luas, menciptakan minat masyarakat untuk membeli barang atau produk. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the financial performance comparisons between the South West Sulawesi Regional Development Bank (BPD Sulselbar) and the North East Kalimantan Regional Development Bank (BPD Kaltimtara) for the 2015-2020 period. The parameters used to compare the financial performance of the two banks are using the ratio of Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Good Corporate Governance (Self-Assessment) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). In this study, data analysis techniques were used, namely descriptive comparative analysis using the RGEC (Risk Profile, Earnings, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Capital) method which was supported by statistical testing, namely the independent sample t-test. Based on the results of descriptive comparative analysis using the RGEC method, it was found that the financial performance of BPD Sulselbar which was included in good criteria based on industry standards, namely the ratio of NPL, ROA, BOPO, GCG, and CAR ratio while for BPD Kaltimtara the ratio of NPL, LDR, ROA, BOPO, GCG , and CAR is a ratio that is included in the good criteria. The results of the independent sample t-test (test two average differences) were obtained that the GCG and Capital factors as measured by the composite value of the bank's self-assessment GCG and the CAR ratio there was no significant difference between BPD Sulselbar and BPD Kaltimtara while the risk factor profile and earnings as measured by the ratio of NPL, LDR, ROA and BOPO there are significant differences between BPD Sulselbar and BPD Kaltimtara during the 2015-2020 period.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the composition of shares that can be formed into an optimal portfolio of IDX High Dividend 20 shares listed on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2022 using the single index model. (2) Knowing the proportion of funds that must be invested in each of the IDX High Dividend 20 shares listed on the IDX for the 2019 - 2022 period which forms a portfolio. (3) Knowing the amount of return and risk from the optimal IDX High Dividend 20 portfolio recorded on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2022 using the single index model. The sample of this research is 29 company shares selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation. Data analysis technique uses a single index model.The results of this study indicate that there are 12 company shares included in the optimal portfolio, namely ADRO of 11.9%, BBCA of 8.7%, BBRI of 2.5%, BMRI of 13.1%, LPPF of 3.5%, ITMG of 11.3%, PTBA of 0.6% , TOWR 0.5%, DMAS 2.2%, ANTM 14.5%, HEXA 25.3%, and MPMX 5.9%. The expected return that investors get from the optimal portfolio formed is 0.0279 or 2.79% per month. The portfolio risk borne by the investor on investment from the optimal portfolio is (portfolio variance of 0.0144 or 1.44% and a standard deviation of 0.12 or 12% per month.
