Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and commitment on employee performance at the Toraja Agribusiness Autonomous Business Unit, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency. This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The sample used was 75 respondents. Data collection techniques using observation methods, questionnaires, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used is test. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using Statistics and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it shows that the work environment variable (X1) and the Commitment variable (X2) simultaneously have no effect on the employee performance variable (Y). Furthermore, the work environment variable (X1) partially has no influence on employee performance with the calculated value of tcount 0.631 < ttable 1.993 and a significant value of 0.530 > 0.05. The commitment variable has an influence on employee performance with the calculated value of tcount 2.072 > ttable 1.993 and a significant value of 0.042 < 0.05. So that employee commitment to the Toraja Agribusiness Autonomous Business Unit has a greater contribution to improving performance compared to the work environment in the context of the agribusiness autonomous business unit.

Abstract

In the digital era with the internet that is increasingly developing like today with the sophistication of this technology, it has a major effect on consumer behavior. Digital promotion has become one of the main strategies in marketing efforts to reach consumers who are increasingly connected online. Meanwhile, brand awareness remains an important aspect in shaping consumer perceptions of brands and products. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Scarlett Whitening product purchasing decisions are influenced by digital promotion and brand awareness among students at Makassar State University's Faculty of Economics and Business. The study's population consisted of 70 enrolled students from Makassar State University's 2020 class in the Faculty of Economics and Business. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. Multiple linear regression analysis utilizing the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) is the data analysis method employed. The study's findings suggest that digital promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Brand Awareness partially has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Meanwhile Digital Promotion and Brand Awareness simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of workload on employee performance atPublic Service Mall (MPP) Office of Barru Regency.The population in this study wasThe population that will be taken by the researcher in this study is the Superiors and Employees of the Public Service Mall (MPP) Office of Barru Regency which consists of 16 service agency units.The sampling of this study used purposive sampling so that three agencies were selected as research samples, namely the Licensing Unit, Disdukcapil (Population and Civil Registration Service), and BPKSDM (Human Resource Development and Personnel Agency). The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using a questionnaire distribution technique. The results of the study after the data was processed with SPSS.24 showed that there was a positive influence between the Workload variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) which can be shown through a simple linear regression equation, namely Y = 31.366 + 0.510 X + e and has a significant effect on the value??????? 4.829 where the overall level used by the author is 0.05 and the degree of freedom with the formula, (a = 5% / 2). df = n - k (72-2) shows a value of 1.994 meaning that the workload variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables. The determination value (R Square) is 0.429. This means that 42.9% of Employee Performance is influenced by the Workload variable in this study, while the remaining 57.1% is influenced by other variables outside the independent variables used in this study. Based on this description, it can be concluded that Workload has a positive and significant effect because a high workload can challenge employees to complete the work.Keywords: Workload, Employee Performance

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja pegawai merupakan faktor krusial dalam menentukan kualitas pelayanan publik, terutama di sektor kesehatan seperti Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Puskesmas Maros Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap seluruh populasi sebanyak 53 orang ASN sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS 13.0, serta data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja (X₁) dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X₂) secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (Y). Stres kerja memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,007 dan lingkungan kerja fisik sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Uji F menunjukkan pengaruh simultan yang signifikan dengan nilai F-hitung 31,216. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,555 menunjukkan bahwa 55,5% variasi produktivitas dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Kesimpulannya, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik merupakan faktor penting yang perlu dikelola secara terpadu untuk meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai. Peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja serta manajemen stres yang baik sangat dianjurkan untuk mendukung efektivitas kinerja di Puskesmas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan melalui pengembangan karir sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Cabang Panakkukang Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 52 responden, yang dianalisis menggunakan Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja secara langsung maupun melalui pengembangan karir. Analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir memiliki peran sebagai variabel intervening dalam hubungan antara work life balance dan kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of organizational culture on employee work discipline at Harapan Jaya Ice Factory. Organizational culture plays a vital role in shaping employees’ behavior, attitudes, and performance consistency within a company. A strong and well-communicated culture can create a shared understanding of organizational goals and expected standards, including discipline in the workplace. This research adopts a quantitative method with an explanatory approach to determine the relationship between the variables. The study involved a total population of 35 employees, all of whom were selected as the research sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and processed using simple linear regression analysis with the support of SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee work discipline. This means that improvements in the company’s organizational culture are directly associated with increased levels of employee discipline. Elements such as shared values, norms, communication patterns, and leadership behavior were identified as important aspects contributing to this outcome. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on organizational behavior by providing empirical evidence of the role of culture in enhancing employee discipline. Practically, the findings suggest that companies should strengthen their internal culture to support performance consistency and long-term organizational success.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of financial literacy, financial technology, and risk perception on investment decision-making among users of the Pegadaian Digital application in Makassar, Indonesia. Employing an explanatory quantitative research design, data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to a sample of 60 respondents. The analysis involved instrument validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing, all conducted using IBM SPSS 25. The findings reveal that, partially, financial literacy and risk perception exert a positive and statistically significant effect on investment decisions, whereas financial technology demonstrates a negative and statistically insignificant effect. However, when considered simultaneously, financial literacy, financial technology, and risk perception collectively exert a significant influence on investment decisions. These results highlight the importance of financial literacy and risk awareness in shaping investors’ behavior and decision-making processes. The study further suggests that prospective and current investors should deepen their knowledge and understanding of available investment instruments to make informed decisions, reduce uncertainty, and minimize potential losses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone OPPO di Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan pengguna smartphone OPPO. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kualitas produk menjadi faktor dominan yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk, penetapan harga yang kompetitif, serta strategi promosi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen terhadap produk OPPO di pasar Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of compensation on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction of PT Bumi Asri Nusa employees. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Asri Nusa. Sampling was done using purposive sampling. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the support of Smart PLS 4.0 software. The data analysis process includes validity testing, reliability testing, and structural model testing. The results showed that: (1) compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Bumi Asri Nusa. (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Bumi Asri Nusa. (3) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention at PT. Bumi Asri Nusa. (4) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect in mediating the effect of compensation on turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik dan Work-Life Balance Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jeneponto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan 40 responden menggunakan metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji T, Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 30. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Motivasi Intrinsik berpengaruh parsial terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 dan t hitung 7,452 > t tabel 2,026. 2) Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan nilai signifikansi 0,045 < 0,05 dan t hitung 2,076 > t tabel 2,026. 3) Secara simultan Motivasi Intrinsik dan Work-Life Balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan nilai F hitung 86,372 dan signifikansi < 0,001. Dengan demikian Motivasi Intrinsik dan Work-Life Balance baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Jeneponto.
