Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Iconnet at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City. The population in this study are Iconnet customers. Sampling in this study used the slovin formula so that 96 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is associative research. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of the study after being processed with SPSS 25 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the t value of the sales promotion variable (X1) of 7.015 > t table of 1.661 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t value of the brand awareness variable (X2) is 2.873 > t table 1.661 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between the independent variable on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.565 + 0.302 X1 + 0.155 X2 +e and the significant effect of F count 41.345 > F table 3.094 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05 The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.471 indicates that 47.1% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of sales promotion and brand awareness, while the remaining 52.9% is explained by other variables not included in the this research. Based on this description.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of cash flow on the level of liquidity at PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The research population is the financial statements of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 5 (five) periods, namely 2015-2019. The samples for this research are the balance sheet, profit and loss report and cash flow report of PT. Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 5 (five) periods, namely 2015-2019. The data in this research is secondary data with data collection techniques using documentation methods for company financial reports. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis.Partial research results (t test) state that partial operating cash flow does not have a significant effect on liquidity. Meanwhile, the investment cash flow variable partially has a significant effect on the level of liquidity. And the partial funding cash flow variable has no significant effect on liquidity. Simultaneous research results (F test) state that operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow have a value of Fcount > Ftable (3.275 > 2.95) and a significance value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05), So it can be concluded that the operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of liquidity.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Makassar. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Makassar yang berjumlah sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan Statististical Product Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional secara persial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Makassar.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan KinerjaAbstract. This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance at the Makassar City Drinking Water Company. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Makassar City Drinking Water Company totaling 45 people. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results of the study showed that transformational leadership partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Makassar City Drinking Water Company.Keywords: Transformational Leadership and Performance

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik statistic. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 87 responden di Hotel Harper Perintis di Kota Makassar. Unit Hotel Harper Perintis di Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik yang digunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji relialibitas, uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statisstical and Service Solution (SPSS) VERSI 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1) dan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Y) . Selanjutnya variabel Disiplin Kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (Y) dan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan.Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Prestasi Kerja KaryawanAbstract: Supervised by Mr. Zainal Ruma and Mr. Burhanuddin. This research was conducted to determine the influence of work discipline and leadership style on employee work performance. This research is quantitative research using statistical techniques. The sample used in this research was 87 respondents at the Harper Perintis Hotel in Makassar City. Harper Perintis Hotel Unit in Makassar City using saturated sampling technique. The techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression using Statistics and Service Solution (SPSS) VERSION 25. The research results show that the variables Work Discipline (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously have a positive influence on employee work performance (Y). Furthermore, the Work Discipline variable (X1) partially has a significant effect on Employee Work Performance (Y) and the Leadership Style variable (X2) partially has a significant effect on Employee Work Performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction at CV. Amanda Brownies. The population in this study were 74 respondents and used as a sample consisting of validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, partial test, simultaneous test and determination coefficient test. The data used is quantitative data with multiple regression analysis tools using the SPSS Version 26 data processing application. The test results show that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Physical work environment, non-physical work environment, financial compensation and non-financial compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the human resource information system, competence and work discipline on the performance of the Parumpanai Villange officals.The type of research used is quantitative research,where this research is used to explain correlations and test the proposed hypotheses.The sample in this study used a saturated sample technique with a total of 16 respondents.Data collection techniques in this study used observation,questionnaires and documentation with multiple lienar regression analysis techniques.The results showed,that there is a positive and significant influence of human resource information systems,competence and work discipline as awhole on the performance o apparatus with apresentation of 44.7%.This implies that the dependent variable (employee performance) can be interpreted by human resource information systems,competence and work discipline of 44.7%, while 55.3% (100% 44.7%) is explained by causes and other factors that are outside the variables studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal stock portfolio performance on the LQ45 stock index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period February 2019- December 2022. The data analysis method uses a single index model to form an optimal portfolio and uses the Sharpe, Treynor, and Jensen index methods to assess performance stock portfolio. Based on the results of the analysis of optimal portfolio formation, it shows that out of 30 samples of LQ45 index stocks, 8 stocks were obtained which included optimal portfolio stocks, namely ERB values > C*, namely ADRO, ANTM, BBCA, BRPT, INCO, INDY, ITMG, & MEDC stocks. the results of the stock portfolio performance appraisal analysis show that of the three portfolio performance appraisal index methods, the calculation of stock performance analysis, the average value of the Sharpe method is 0.1241, while the treynor method is 0.0112, and the Jensen method is 0.0334. The highest performance of the third method is the Sharpe method with an average performance value of 0.1241. So the Sharpe method is the best performance method compared to the Treynor and Jensen methods. The higher the Sharpe index value, the better the performance of the stock portfolio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of institutional reputation on students' decisions to choose management studies at Makassar State University. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used in this study amounted to 88 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing used a partial test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that Institutional Reputation had a significant value of 0.001 less than 0.05 and with a regression coefficient of 0.724 in a positive direction, it means that Institutional Reputation has a positive and significant effect on Student Voting Decisions.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dan (3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secarabersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai yang bersatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) sebanyak 93 orang, sedangkan sampel adalah 48 orang pegawai dengan teknik penarikan sampling simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statististical Product Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan KinerjaAbstract . The Population in this study were all employees, especially civil servant as many as 93 people, while samples are 48 employees using simple random sampling techniques. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Labelisasi Halal dan Celebrity Endorser Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kosmetik Wardah pada mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah labelisasi halal dan celebrity endorser sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi aktif Fakultas Ekonomi UNM angkatan 2019 dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 861 mahasiswi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Tekik analisis datang yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai dari Uji Korelasi Koefisien sebesar 0,716 yang menandakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antar dua variabel. Dan R square sebesar 0,503 artinya variabel labelisasi halal dan celebrity endorser memberikan pengaruh sebesar 50,3% terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Labelisasi Halal berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; 2) Celebrity Endorser berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: Labelisasi Halal,Ccelebrity Endorser, Keputusan PembelianAbstract. This study aims to determine the Effect of Halal Labeling and Celebrity Endorser on Wardah Cosmetics Purchase Decisions on students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. The independent variables in this study are halal labeling and celebrity endorsers, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics, UNM class of 2019 with a total population of 861 female students. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 100 respondents. The coming analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows. The results of this study obtained the value of the Coefficient Correlation Test of 0.716 which indicates that there is a strong relationship between the two variables. And R square of 0.503 means that the halal labeling variable and celebrity endorser have an influence of 50.3% on purchasing decisions, and the rest is influenced by other variables. This study shows that: 1) Halal labeling has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 2) Celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.Keyword: Halal labeling, Celebrity Endorser, Purchasing Decisions
