Abstract

Organizational sustainability has increasingly become a central focus in human resource management (HRM), particularly through the implementation of innovation-based green compensation and reward mechanisms. This study aims to present a systematic review of the role of green compensation and rewards in promoting employees’ pro-environmental behavior and enhancing organizational sustainability through innovative strategies. The review includes 100 articles categorized into five key themes, such as the impact on employee behavior, integration of green HRM practices, green incentives, and the effectiveness of green rewards. The findings indicate that green compensation significantly influences employees’ pro-environmental behavior by enhancing green motivation and organizational commitment (K, 2024). Furthermore, the integration of green HRM practices including green recruitment and innovation-focused training reinforces the alignment between corporate sustainability strategies and employee behavior (K, 2024). Both financial and non-financial incentives designed with a sustainability focus and innovative approaches have also been shown to increase employee engagement in environmental initiatives (Beck-Krala, 2020).  Green reward mechanisms not only raise environmental awareness but also play a crucial role in driving eco-innovation in the workplace (Performance Analysis, 2020). In addition, effective and innovation-based reward systems help organizations achieve higher levels of sustainability by improving employee retention and environmental performance. This study concludes that green compensation and reward are key strategies in green HRM to support sustainability. Further research is needed to explore the implementation of these mechanisms across different cultural and industrial contexts.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan cara tercepat bagi pengguna untuk memasukkan dan mengambil barang. Hal ini akan memungkinkan pengecer dan penjual untuk mengambil barang lebih cepat dan mengikuti tren gaya dan jenis pakaian baru yang terus muncul di toko-toko LC Collection. Pelanggan yang ingin menanyakan tentang barang tertentu sebelum melakukan pembelian tetap harus menghubungi lokasi LC Collection melalui telepon atau email. Penjualan saat ini relatif lambat karena klien sering kali hanya bertanya tentang produk dan berhenti sebelum menyelesaikan pembelian. Pertanyaan berikutnya menyangkut catatan keuangan atau data konsumen, yang masih dimasukkan secara manual, yang sering kali menyebabkan ketidakakuratan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan atau laporan transaksi. Para peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini, memanfaatkan sumber data dari observasi, wawancara, dan tinjauan pustaka. Mereka mempelajari desain sistem ritel mode daring berbasis Android menggunakan metodologi Agile. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis melibatkan banyak teknik, salah satunya adalah identifikasi manual masalah sistem selama pengumpulan LC. Pengembangan prototipe merupakan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian "Merancang Sistem Toko Daring Berbasis Android Menggunakan Metode Agile". Aplikasi e-commerce yang dibuat penulis mampu memenuhi tuntutan LC Collection, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh hasil penelitian. Selain itu, disajikan pula hasil pengujian 20 Test Case dengan menggunakan teknik Black Box Testing. Hasil yang diharapkan dari uji coba tersebut belum tercapai karena tidak ada satupun Test Case yang berstatus gagal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT.Drug abuse can lead to various health, social, and criminal problems that harm society as a whole. Therefore, eradicating drug trafficking must be one of the main priorities in law enforcement in Indonesia. This research analyzes the role of Customs investigators in combating drug trafficking offenses at the Customs and Excise Office of Samarinda and the challenges faced by Customs investigators in combating drug trafficking offenses in the Samarinda area. This study employs normative research, in which normative legal research is a process to discover legal rules, legal principles, and legal doctrines to address legal issues. Customs investigators have the authority regulated by the Customs Law and the Criminal Procedure Code to conduct supervision, investigation, and enforcement against drug smuggling that involves border routes and ports in the Samarinda area. The eradication of narcotics smuggling crimes in the Samarinda area faces various significant challenges, such as limitations in human resources, suboptimal detection technology, and increasingly sophisticated smuggling modalities. Cooperation between Customs, the Police, the National Narcotics Agency (BNN), and other relevant institutions must also be strengthened to ensure better coordination in combating drug smuggling. With these measures, it is hoped that the efforts to eradicate narcotics in Samarinda can become more effective. Keywords: Investigator, Customs, Narcotics.

Abstract

In the context of emerging markets marked by volatility, uncertainty, and technological disruption, digital transformation has become a crucial enabler of strategic agility for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This study explores how digital capabilities contribute to strategic agility and, subsequently, to the competitive advantage of SMEs. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative data from 300 SMEs across Indonesia, Vietnam, and Ghana with qualitative case studies from five selected firms. Quantitative analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) confirmed that digital capabilities significantly enhance both strategic agility and competitive advantage. Moreover, innovation culture and external collaboration were found to be significant moderating variables in these relationships. Qualitative findings support these results, revealing that digital maturity reflected in process reorientation, platform integration, and data-driven responsiveness enables SMEs to adapt and innovate under uncertainty. The findings provide actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to enhance SME resilience through inclusive digital strategies. This study contributes to the extension of dynamic capabilities theory by integrating cross market agility responses into the framework of digital transformation in emerging economies.

Abstract

In the digital age, networks are an important factor for implementing communication and exchanging information. Campus networks, which are private networks specifically designed for a particular institution, are essential for the institution because they provide access to the necessary information and services. However, campus networks are also vulnerable to security threats such as cybercrime and malware attacks. Firewall implementation can minimize these threats by controlling access to network services. Pundi Mas Berjaya (PMB), a company that provides software solutions to the global market, requires a highly available and redundant campus network. This research uses Cisco Packet Tracer to design and configure the network required by PMB. Implementing a highly available and redundant campus network with a hierarchical network model will improve the performance of the PMB campus network connectivity and security.

Abstract

This study investigates the dynamics of Multicultural Education, Cultural Identity, and Political Participation in shaping Minority Rights Awareness in Jakarta. A sample of 200 participants provided demographic insights, and a comprehensive structural equation modeling analysis was conducted. The measurement model established reliability and construct validity, with discriminant validity supporting the differences. The structural model revealed that Multicultural Education significantly influenced Minority Rights Awareness, along with substantial impacts of Cultural Identity and Political Participation. This research contributes to the broader discourse on multiculturalism, cultural identity, and political engagement, guiding targeted interventions to increase minority rights awareness in Jakarta.

Abstract

Leadership styles, especially transformational and transactional leadership, play an important role in the public sector by influencing organizational performance. This systematic literature review examines the effectiveness of these leadership styles in promoting organizational sustainability in the public sector. Following PRISMA guidelines, this study synthesizes findings from leading international databases, highlighting their impact on employee satisfaction, innovative behavior and organizational culture. The integration of transformational and transactional elements is explored for its potential to optimize organizational performance and enhance sustainability.

Abstract

Education management is a good benchmark in the field of education, whether the quality of education really depends on management, many problems arise in the field of education because the goals and policies taken by education managers are inappropriate. To be able to solve these various problems, it is necessary to carry out research in this direction so that education is of good quality and has great meaning for the lives of Indonesian people. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the systematic education management and conceptual framework in improving the quality of education. This research is qualitative research in the nature of a library study which uses books, scientific articles and other literature as the main object. The result of this literature review is that quality management occurs because in a product, of course you want quality in the product so that customers are more attracted to buying it. In maintaining the quality of the product, of course there are steps to maintain the quality. Abstract

Program Kuliah Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Terstruktur (KPPT) di SMPK Wonder School Manado adalah inisiatif dari Sekolah Teologi Baptis Indonesia untuk meningkatkan standar pendidikan di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, Sulawesi Utara. Tujuan program ini adalah menghasilkan lulusan yang lebih berkualitas dengan fokus pada perbaikan kualitas pendidikan dasar. Melalui metode seperti ceramah, diskusi, simulasi, pendampingan, dan pengamatan, KPPT memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada sepuluh guru dan kepala sekolah dari SMPK Wonder School untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, serta teknik pengajaran dan manajemen kelas yang efektif. Dampak dari program KPPT adalah pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang peran penting guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mengembangkan kurikulum. Para guru yang mengimplementasikan kurikulum baru ini telah berhasil menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di wilayah tersebut dengan hasil yang positif. Secara keseluruhan, program KPPT telah memberikan kontribusi penting dalam upaya peningkatan standar pendidikan di Sulawesi Utara.

Abstract

Significant variability in the spiritual impact and congregational engagement in Adult Sunday School (SMD) programs of Union of Indonesia Baptist Church (GGBI) in Kediri City indicates uneven program effectiveness, strongly suspected to result from differences in pastoral leadership. This study aims to analyze the role and impact of such leadership on SMD effectiveness, identify crucial factors, and formulate strategies for its improvement. Employing a qualitatively dominant mixed-methods approach (QUAL+quan) with 8 pastors and 24 participants, positive correlations were found between leadership effectiveness and formal qualifications (r=0.65−0.78) as well as experience (r=0.63−0.69). Transformational and pastoral leadership styles were found to be significantly more effective in enhancing SMD quality compared to administrative styles. The SMD programs also demonstrated notable enhancements in spiritual, social, and learning dimensions. These findings recommend an Integrative and Contextual Pastoral Leadership Model—synergizing transformative vision, pastoral guidance, supportive governance, and adaptability—as a strategic solution for enhancing SMD effectiveness.AbstrakVariabilitas signifikan dampak spiritual dan keterlibatan jemaat pada Sekolah Minggu Dewasa (SMD) Gereja Baptis Indonesia (GBI) Kota Kediri mengindikasikan efektivitas program yang belum merata, diduga kuat akibat perbedaan kepemimpinan gembala sidang.   Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran dan dampak kepemimpinan tersebut terhadap efektivitas SMD, mengidentifikasi faktor krusial, serta merumuskan strategi peningkatannya. Menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dominan kualitatif (QUAL+quan) pada 8 gembala dan 24 peserta, ditemukan korelasi positif antara efektivitas kepemimpinan dengan kualifikasi formal (r=0.65−0.78) dan pengalaman (r=0.63−0.69). Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan pastoral terbukti signifikan lebih efektif meningkatkan kualitas SMD dibanding gaya administratif. Program SMD juga menunjukkan peningkatan nyata pada dimensi spiritual, sosial, dan pembelajaran. Temuan ini merekomendasikan Model Kepemimpinan Gembala Sidang Integratif dan Kontekstual mensinergikan visi transformatif, pendampingan pastoral, tata kelola suportif, dan adaptabilitas—sebagai solusi strategis peningkatan efektivitas SMD.
