The sampling technique combined purposive sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling. Using the Isaac and Michael formula with a 5% margin of error, a sample of 321 students was selected. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach, implemented through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis procedure included measurement model evaluation, structural model assessment, and hypothesis testing of direct effects. The results of the study revealed the following: (1) entrepreneurship literacy has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest; (2) digital literacy also has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest; and (3) both entrepreneurship literacy and digital literacy jointly exert a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of Generation Z students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jakarta State University, class of 2021–2022.

Abstract

Knowledge-sharing behavior in the school environment has a crucial role in efforts to improve the quality of the learning process and the performance of teachers. This study was directed to analyze the influence of organizational climate, leadership style, and level of trust on knowledge sharing behavior among teachers of State Vocational Schools in Bambu Apus Village, East Jakarta. The method applied was in the form of a survey by distributing questionnaires to 126 teachers from three State Vocational Schools in the area. The collected data was then processed using a quantitative descriptive approach with the help of Smart PLS software to see the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the hypothesis test show that organizational climate, leadership, and trust play a significant role in influencing knowledge sharing behavior. However, this study also found a sense of distrust between teachers regarding information confidentiality and a lack of optimal innovation in learning leadership. Therefore, it is suggested that communication, cooperation, and trust in the school environment can be improved to support the creation of a more effective knowledge-sharing culture.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools are designed to produce graduates who are ready to enter the workfoce. However, the persistent gap between graduates competencies and industry demands leads to a high unemployment rate, particulary among SMK graduates. This discrepancy suggest that theoretical knowledge alone is insufficient without practical experience and technical competencies. Prior studies have explored various factors influencing work readiness, but limited research has focused specifically on the combined influence of Field Work Practices (PKL) and hard skills in the field of Office Management. This study aims to examine the effect of Field Work Practices and hard skills on the work readiness of 12th-grade students majoring in Office Management at public vocational schools in East Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. A total of 123 students from for public vocational schools were selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation (SEM) method with SmartPLS. The results indicate that both Field Work Practices and hard skills have a positive and significant effect on students work readiness. Field Work Practices contribute to work readiness by exposing students to real workplace situations while hard skills ensure the mastery of relevant technical competencies. The findings highlight that work readiness is not solely determined by academic knowledge, but also by the practical experience and skills gained through structured industry exposure and technical training. Thus, schools are encouraged to enhance PKL implementation and hard skill development programs to improve student readiness in facing the challenges of the professional world. Keywords: work readiness, field work practice, hard skill, vocational education, office management

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the organizational culture applied at PT XYZ, a company engaged in the trading of safety, abrasive, tools, and coatings products as an official distributor. The approach used is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with five participants from different work units, as well as field observations. The results of the study indicate that the organizational culture at PT XYZ is built on the values of hard work, honesty, and team cohesion. The implementation of this culture is evident in daily work habits, interactions between employees, and a family-based work system. Challenges in maintaining a conducive organizational culture include the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on company operations and the risk of value inconsistency when there is a deviation in attitude or lack of openness. However, organizational culture can still be maintained through informal collaboration and an adaptive management approach. This study is expected to contribute to the development of organizational culture theory and become a practical reference for similar companies in forming a strong work culture that is resilient to external challenges

Abstract

Enhancing the competency of scientific writing for educators and future academics has become an urgent necessity in facing global academic challenges. The low number of quality publications and the minimal understanding of international publication standards often hinder academic capacity development. Therefore, this International Collaborative Community Service Program (PPM-KI) aims to equip educators and future academics with scientific writing skills that comply with the standards of reputable national and international journals. Furthermore, this program also encourages cross-country academic collaboration in the production and publication of scientific works, thereby increasing academic recognition and strengthening global scientific networks. Through this program, several targeted outcomes include the publication of articles in ISSN-registered journals or ISBN/ISSN-registered national seminar proceedings, the publication of articles in mass media or online academic platforms, and video documentation of activities uploaded to the LPPM YouTube channel. Additionally, the program also targets the active involvement of students in community service activities and the acquisition of recognition letters from international partners as proof of their enhanced academic capacity. Evidence of collaborative partnership in the form of an Implementation of Arrangement (IA) is also a key outcome, demonstrating the program's success in building international networks. With this program, it is expected that educators and future academics will improve the quality and quantity of their scientific publications, thus contributing to strengthening a more competitive academic ecosystem at the international level. Moreover, the program's success will also support the achievement of key performance indicators for higher education institutions and contribute to academic development based on global collaboration
