Abstract

The research aims to determine impact of work-life balance and workload on task performance through organizational commitment at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Pare Branch. This study employed a quantitative approach with 47 employees from Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pare Branch as the research subjects and as the research object using non-probability sampling techniques. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, interviews, and literature review. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, utilizing Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results show that work-life balance and workload have no significant direct impact on task performance. However, organizational commitment significantly influences task performance and mediates the relationship between workload and task performance. Conversely, organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between work-life balance and task performance. These results highlight the importance of managing workload and work-life balance to optimize employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa signifikan pengaruh pengalaman, integritas dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pengajar dan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMK Al-Huda Kota Kediri yang berlokasi pada Jl. Masjid Al Huda No.196, Ngadirejo, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri, Jawa Timur 64122. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menyertakan hipotesis sebagai dugaan awal dalam penelitian ini. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pengajar dan tenaga kependidikan SMK Al-Huda Kota Kediri. Integritas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pengajar dan tenaga kependidikan SMK Al-Huda Kota Kediri. Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pengajar dan tenaga kependidikan SMK Al-Huda Kota Kediri. Sementara secara simultan pengalaman, integritas dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pengajar dan tenaga kependidikan SMK Al-Huda Kota Kediri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai koefisien determinasi terdapat pada R Square yaitu sebesar 0,778 atau 77,8% artinya pengalaman, integritas dan kompensasi memepengaruhi variabel kinerja sebesar 77,9% sisanya sebesar 22,2% variabel kinerja tenaga pengajar dan tenaga kependidikan dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini seperti beban kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Adanya karyawan yang tidak masuk kerja tanpa meninggalkan keterangan dapat mengganggu keteraturan dan kelancaran proses produksi. Ketidakhadiran karyawan dapat memengaruhi produktivitas secara keseluruhan. Permasalahan ini juga berdampak terhadap work engagement menjadi signifikan karena keberadaan karyawan yang tidak efektif dapat menurunkan semangat dan motivasi rekan kerja yang lain, karena karyawan yang aktif akan merasa terbebani oleh ketidakpastian dan kebutuhan untuk menutupi ketidakhadiran rekan kerja, sehingga kehilangan fokus pada pekerjaan utama mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan membuktikan hipotesos mengenai adakah pengaruh dari job crafting, work engagement, serta kinerja karyawan di Pink Kiss. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisais yang diguanakan adalah SPSS dan Partial Least Square yang diolah dengan program SmartPLS 3.0 Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa job crafting tidak berpengaruh terhadap work engagement, job crafting juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi work engagement tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh dari job crafting terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work facilities on the performance of CV Alif Media Informatika employees. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this study were employees at CV Alif Media Informatika. The sample in this study was 32 employees with a sampling technique using saturated sampling. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the partial t test results of work discipline and work facilities variables influence the performance of CV Alif Media Informatics employees. The results of the F test simultaneously work discipline and work facilities influence the performance of CV Alif Media Informatics employees.

Abstract

This study aims to show the effect of non-performing financing and financing to deposit ratios on return on assets in Islamic banking listed on the Indonesian capital market for the 2016-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is Islamic banking which is listed in the Indonesian capital market with a research sample of 6 Islamic banks located in the East Java region. The analysis technique uses a classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The research results explain that partially non-performing financing significantly affects return on assets in Islamic banking listings in the Indonesian capital market period 2016-2020. Meanwhile, the financing to deposit ratio does not affect the return on assets of Islamic banking listed on the Indonesian capital market for the 2016-2020 period. This research can be a reference for Islamic banks listed on the Indonesian capital market in managing their financing more optimally so that non-performing financing does not occur, leading to decreased profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk, kepercayaan, kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko Roti Dian Jaya Nganjuk. Populasi dalam studi ini yakni konsumen yang melakukan pembelian produk roti pada Toko Roti Dian Jaya Nganjuk pada bulan juni 2022, adapun total populasi yang akan dijadikan sampel sejumlah 80 konsumen. Tata cara pengambilan sample yang dipakai yakni sampling accidental dan juga metode analisa yang digunakan didalam studi ini yakni uji validitas, uji reliablitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji R2, uji-t, dan juga uji-f. Hasil yang diperoleh sesudah melaksanakan pengujian mengenakan SPSS 16.0 ialah kualitas produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan nilai sig 0,044 < 0,05. Kepercayaan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan total sig 0,039 < 0,05. Kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan total sig 0,020 < 0,05. Kualitas produk, kepercayaan,serta kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan total sig 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tata letak, harga, penyelesaian produk dan keputusan pembelian pada supermarket Berkah Mandiri Mojo Kediri, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengaruh tata letak, harga dan kesempurnaan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Berkah Mandiri Swalayan Mojo Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer (observasi, wawancara, angket) dan data sekunder (studi kepustakaan). Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu konsumen bertemu dengan peneliti secara kebetulan. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 80 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji hipotesis klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R^2), uji t, uji F. Terdapat pengaruh parsial orientasi terhadap keputusan pembelian apabila hasil t- uji memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh parsial antara harga terhadap keputusan pembelian apabila hasil uji t memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,012 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh parsial antara tingkat kesempurnaan produk dengan keputusan pembelian apabila hasil uji t memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,023 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh simultan antara tata letak produk, harga dan finishing terhadap keputusan pembelian Berkah Mandiri Mojo Kediri apabila hasil uji F diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Semoga Mandiri Berkah Mandiri Mojo Kediri Supermarket dapat menjaga dengan baik untuk meningkatkan keputusan berbelanja.

Abstract

The problems rased in this research are leadership styles and work facilities that still need to be considered to support employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence between leadership style and work facilities both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study numbered 49, 1 of wich was the head of the branch and as a sample were all employees who were still active as many as 48 active employees. The analytical method used is quantitative with differential statistics including validity, reliability, classic assumtions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the regression equation Y= 11,540+1,296X1+ 0,812X2. Based on the partial test it was found that the significant value was t (0,000) <0,05, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee performance. Significant value of t (0,006) < 0,05, wich means that partially there is positive and significant influence between work facilities on employee performance ar Galaxy Motor Kediri Dealers. Simultaneously leadership style and work facilities have on effect on employee performance as a evidance by the value of F 21,752 > 3,204 and a significant F of 0,000<0,05

Abstract

The development of technological advances and the increasingly high rate of economic growth, increasing the number of companies in the industrial branch, currently a lot of cigarette businesses are developing very rapidly, marked by competition in the business world. Problems often occur when the attitude and behavior of employees decreases so that it affects the level of productivity of work skills. This problem was felt by PR employee Alaina Fajar Berlian Tulungagung. The research objective was to determine the significant effect of work culture, work environment and work stress on employee productivity partially or simultaneously. The population in the study was taken from several production employees. Methods of analysis using quantitative inferential statistics include validity, reliability, assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing. The results showed that the work culture variable partially had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t 0.001 <0.05 meaning Ha1 was accepted. The work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t 0.000 <0.05 meaning Ha2 is accepted. Work stress variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant t 0.001 <0.05, which means Ha3 is accepted. The variables of work culture, work environment and work stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity with a significant F of 0.000 <0.05 meaning Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

This research explains the influence of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and discipline variables on employee performance at the Ngletih Nursing Health Center UPTD. The sample for this research was 44 respondents using a purposive sampling technique and the number of samples was determined by considering ASN. The results of the study obtained the regression equation Y = 15.007 + 0.054X1 + 0.084X2 + 0.350X3. It can be explained that intrinsic motivation partially has a significant influence on employee performance at the Ngletih Care Health Center UPTD. Extrinsic motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the UPTD Ngletih Health Center. Discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the UPTD Ngletih Health Center. Then intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of UPTD employees at the Ngletih Nursing Health Center. Apart from that, the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 94.6%, while the remaining 5.4% was influenced by other factors not included in this research. The implications of this research show that it is important to give appreciation, pay attention to get satisfaction from employees who have achieved achievements, pay attention to issues of concern between co-workers so that they are strengthened and always looked after. Agencies must be able to adopt policies in disciplining employees so that in the future it does not cause divisions so that the work process is not hampered.
