Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan pada UMKM kerupuk Kaliman yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir.  Kegiatan ini melibatkan UMKM yang merupakan masyarakat produktif secara Mikro yang memiliki permasalahan yaitu : Sulitnya mengembangkan identitas brand yang menyebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat luas mengenai keberadaan UMKM Kerupuk Kaliman, Kurangnya inovasi dalam melakukan inovasi pada packaging produk UMKM Kerupuk Kaliman, Kurangnya edukasi mengenai cara melakukan Digital Branding, Kurangnya pemahaman mengenai alur pengurusan BPOM dan Sertifikasi Halal. Berdasarkan permasalah-permasalahan di atas, maka akan dilaksanakan peningkatan pengetahuan digital branding dengan memperkenalkan unsur-unsur dalam melaksanakan branding seperti logo dan packaging serta bagaimana melakukan pemasarannya secara digital. Dilanjutkan dengan melakukan edukasi pengetahuan mengenai alur pengurusan BPOM dan Sertifikasi Halal. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, UMKM Kerupuk Kaliman memiliki pengetahuan Digital Branding sehingga dapat memiliki brand identity yang kuat dan melaksanakan pemasaran digital sehingga meningkatkan penjualan

Abstract

This community service is aimed at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Kemplang Marmus Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. This technical guidance (Bimtek) activity aims to introduce marketing elements, especially the product itself, namely Kemplang tunu. Continued by increasing knowledge regarding the calculation of production costs (HPP) and simulation of production cost calculations. This activity involves students who carry out Real Work Lectures (KKN) together with field supervisors. After identifying the problem, it was agreed that the problem was that Kemplang Marmus was still constrained by packaging so that its marketing was unable to be present in certain segments and had not calculated the production cost, this made it difficult for MSMEs to determine the right competitive price. Based on the problems above, a product marketing and financial knowledge training was carried out. The training was carried out in 2 stages, namely technical guidance starting from increasing knowledge of product packaging, designing logos on primary and secondary packaging. The activity was continued with a simulation of calculating the production cost for 1 3/4 kg package.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Musi Hutan Persada Muara Enim. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 347 karyawan, dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah 78 responden yang dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan (1) ada pengaruh signifikan kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Musi Hutan Persada Muara Enim, (2) ada pengaruh signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Musi Hutan Persada Muara Enim, dan (3) ada pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Musi Hutan Persada Muara Enim. Nilai koefisien determinasi, memperlihatkan bahwa kompetensi dan disiplin kerja mampu berkonstribusi terhadap naik turunnya kinerja karyawan PT Musi Hutan Persada Muara Enim, sebesar 62,2%.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is as follows: 1) Is there an influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang? 2) Is there an influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of the Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang? 3) Is job satisfaction influenced by the performance of employees of the Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang? These questions serve as the guiding principles of our study, driving our research and analysis. The type of research used in this study is associative. The population in this study amounted to 221 employees, and the sample used in this study was 69 employees using a sampling technique called stratified random sampling. The analysis method used is qualitative, which is quantified. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, F Test, t-test, and Determination Coefficient; the results of the F Hypothesis Test indicate that there is an influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. The results of the t-hypothesis test indicate that work discipline influences the performance of employees of the Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, and job satisfaction influences the performance of employees of the Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang.

Abstract

The problem in this research is whether training and human resource development influence the performance of employees at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. This research aims to determine the influence of training and human resource development on the performance of employees at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. In this research, the sample taken was 69 employees. The sampling method used was the stratified random sampling method, chosen for its ability to provide a representative sample. This type of research includes associative research, a comprehensive approach to understanding the relationship between variables. The primary and secondary data used in this research are primary and secondary data, ensuring a thorough understanding of the topic. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and observation—a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis chosen for its ability to provide precise results. The results of hypothesis testing show a t-value of 7.580 t-table 1.66827, meaning the influence of training and development of human resources on the performance of employees at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The calculated F-value 75.111 > F-table 2.74, then Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted, which means the influence of training and development of human resources on the performance of employees at the Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Objective - to analyze the development of SHRM Integration capabilities and competitive advantages as a mediator of human capital on organizational performance, taking into account the role of human capital as a source of knowledge to be managed in order to become a competitive advantage for company performance. Design/methodology/approach –researchers designed empirical studies from a sample of 61 Private Universities (PTS) in South Sumatra Province, asking the dean or head of the study program, to assess human capital, SHRM integration, competitive advantages to improve their pts performance. Analysis techniques using SEM SmartPLS. The results of human capital research on organizational performance are not supported, the SHRM Integration variable does not mediate human capital against competitive advantage and organizational performance, but competitive advantage mediates human capital against performance as well as exogenous variables. Research limitations/implications is the data collected did not meet the expected respondent data. Theoretical and practical implications – theoretically the development of the theory of the integration of SHRM with competitive advantages to the performance of non-profit organizations. Then in practice organizations can increase their commitment to human capital management through the integration of SHRM to form a competitive advantage and ultimately improve organizational performance. Originality/value – The authors examine the impact of intellectual capital dimensions, especially human capital, on the performance of non-profit organizations, namely Private Universities in developing country clusters with the integration of SHRM and competitive advantages to show the relationship between human capital after being mediated by the scheme.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Berkah Sawit Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 karyawan tetap dan sampel sebanyak 46 karyawan tetap dengan teknik cluster sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan hipotesis uji f, uji t dan koefisien determinasi dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Berkah Sawit Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Berkah Sawit Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi pada PT. Sumber Berkah Sawit Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Berkah Sawit Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

Abstract

Desa Tanjung Dayang Selatan merupakan Desa yang memiliki potensi  peningkatan ekonomi dengan pengelola BUM Desa USAHA MAJU BERSAMA.  Sejak Peraturan Pemerintah (Perpu) tahun 2021 Nomor 11 terhitung mulai tanggal 02 Februari 2021, Badan Usaha Milik Desa, harus memiliki badan hukum yang disesuaikan dengan Perpu tersebut,  1 (satu) tahun sejak peraturan ini diundangkan.    Sampai dengan Agustus 2022 BUM Desa Desa Tanjung Dayang selatan belum Menyusun dokumen persayaratan untuk mendaftarkan badan hukumnya. Hal tersebut sulit untuk direalisasikannya karena  pengelola yakni sumber daya manusia (SDM) BUM DESA masih memiliki pengetahuan dan waktu terbatas. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang angkatan ke-58, dosen Fakultas Ekonomi, dan pengelola BUM Desa di Desa Tanjung Dayang Selatan bekerja sama untuk membantu menyusun dokumen dan mendaftarkan badan hukum BUM DESA. Solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu melakukan Pendampingan Penyusunan Dokumen bersama pengelola BUM DESA.

Abstract

To isolate PTS performance to see how these factors directly affect the perception of overall organizational performance, in addition to seeing whether organizational performance with the perception of organizational performance can be strengthened by entrepreneurial leadership. This study used an online descriptive survey, with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. 416 participants took part in this study. Respondents were selected through snowball sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis. Organizational performance has a positive and significant effect on the perception of organizational performance, while the role of entrepreneurial leadership is successful as a moderator of entrepreneurial leadership but weakens the relationship between PTS performance on perception of the performance. The study shows that public sector organizations have a positive image in terms of performance aspects related to PTS productivity, entrepreneurial leadership successfully moderates organizational performance with perceptions of organizational performance.  This is also possible due to the inconsistency PTS strategy. Unique The study has developed performance variables that are generally used as exogenous variables to see stakeholder perceptions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service delivery of goods on customer satisfaction at JNE Palembang Branch. The population of this study are consumers who use the JNE Palembang branch service delivery service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, researchers did not conduct face-to-face interviews. Data collection techniques with snowball sampling using Google Form. In the first stage, the researcher gave permission to the JNE Manager, so that JNE would know that research would be carried out related to their services. The second stage is distributing the questionnaire URL through Whattapps. The questionnaire was collected as many as 100 people. The author uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques, the data is analyzed using the community satisfaction index (IKM). There are 10 indicators studied. Each service has the same weight. The results show that the service elements in the index are at the service interval very satisfied on each indicator of the ease of service procedures, the conformity of service requirements with the type of service, the discipline of service personnel, the responsibility of service officers, the ability of service officers, the speed of service, the politeness and friendliness of the officers, the suitability of the costs paid at a specified fee, the accuracy of the implementation of the service time schedule, comfort in the service unit environment. Practical implications for JNE Palembang Branch, the results of research in the form of information can be used to further improve the quality of service providers from these factors so as to achieve the goals and vision of JNE.
