Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of a Discovery Learning-based module for PGSD students that is valid and practical. This research was carried out on first semester PGSD students at PGRI Silampari University. The module development research procedure was adapted from the 4-D learning device development model. Based on the research results, the development of discovery learning-based modules on number sequences and series is in the valid and practical category. This is shown from the results of validation by material, construction/media and language experts who obtained an average score of 0.82, 0.8 and 0.89 respectively with the high validity category. Practicality is shown from the results of observing the implementation of the module, the results of the questionnaire analysis of lecturer and student responses with average scores of 4.7, 4.6 and 4.4 respectively, all in the very practical category.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the mathematical problem solving abilities of class IV students at SD Negeri 34 Lubuklinggau after applying the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach assisted by LKPD are significantly categorized as good. The research method used was Pre-Experimental Design with a one-group pretest-posttest design category. The population and sample or research subjects were class IV consisting of 25 students. The data collection technique used is a test technique, namely a pre-test and post-test. Data analysis technique with stages: problem solving ability value, average value and standard deviation, normality test, and z-test. The results of the research using the z-test with a significance level of 5% obtained Zcount (2.86) ≥ Ztable (1.64). The conclusion is that the average value of the mathematical problem solving ability of class IV students at SD Negeri 34 Lubuklinggau after applying the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach assisted by LKPD is significantly in the good category.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the effectiveness of mathematical learning outcomes to the eighth-grade students after giving treatment by using the problem-based learning model. a pre-experimental method was used in this research. The population of this research was all eighth-grade students of Junior High School. The number of the population was 103 students, while the sample was chosen randomly. The sample of this research was 33 students. Data collection was carried out using a test in the form of an essay. The results of this research showed that it was significantly effective to use problem-based learning model in ELPSA framework to the eighth-grade students of Junior High School. It was proved by the average score of the final test after giving treatment was 79.33 and the total number of students who completed the score was 78.79%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability to solve mathematical problems after the application of the problem based learning (PBL) model assisted by interactive powerpoint of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 59 Lubuklinggau is significantly categorized as good. This type of research is in the form of a quasi-experiment carried out without a comparison group. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 59 Lubuklinggau, totaling 38 students. The sample was class IV.A students who were taken randomly. Data collection was taken using the test technique in the form of descriptions. The data analysis technique used the t-test with a significance level of α = 0.05. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the ability to solve mathematical problems of students after the application of the problem based learning (PBL) model assisted by interactive powerpoint of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 59 Lubuklinggau is significantly categorized as good. The average value of students' mathematical problem solving abilities after being given treatment was 70. The percentage of students with good and very good categories was 83.33%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD dengan Pendekatan PMRI Pada Materi Persamaan Lingkaran Kelas XI SMKN 1 Lubuklinggau sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 yang Valid, praktis dan memiliki efek potensial. Metode penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate). Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 1 Lubuklinggau dengan populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI dengan jumlah 36. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, angket dan tes. Hasil dari analisis data melalui kevalidan ahli bahasa dengan nilai 0,92 dengan kategori sangat valid, ahli media dengan nilai 0,87 dengan kategori sangat valid dan ahli materi dengan nilai 0,8 dengan kategori valid. Analisis kepraktisan guru mendapat nilai 91,6% sedangkan analisis kepraktisan peserta didik mendapat nilai 98,6% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan memiliki efek potensial 91,6% dengan kategori sangat baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD Dengan Pendektan PMRI Pada Materi Persamaan Lingkaran Kelas XI SMKN 1 Lubuklinggau telah memenuhi kriteri Valid, Praktis dan memiliki efek potensial.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri 41 Kota Lubuklinggau dalam menyusun bahan ajar interaktif dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Canva dan Powtoon. Jumlah peserta kegiatan adalah 20 orang, terdiri dari guru kelas dan bidang studi. Adapun metode pelaksanaan yaitu diskusi, ceramah dan demonstrasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam kegiatan, yaitu angket berkaitan dengan pemahaman, keterampilan dan penerapan. Analisis data meggunakan pendekatan kuantiatif deskriptif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan hasil kriteria sangat baik pada masing-masing aspek pemahaman konsep peserta dengan persentase sebesar 87,5%, sementara keterampilan dalam mengoperasikanaplikasi tersebut mencapai 84%, dan keinginan penerapan dalam pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil sebesar 88,66%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa para guru berhasil menguasai materi dan keterampilan yang diajarkan, serta diharapkan dapat mengimplementasikannya dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi bangun datar dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) pada kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 25 Lubuklinggau. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas V.B SD Negeri 25 Lubuklinggau, sebanyak 24 siswa terdiri dari 10 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes, aktivita belajar siswa, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitiain ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar matematika materi bangun datar pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 25 Lubuklinggau menggunakan pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia, pada siklus 1 nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test diperoleh dari 31,67 menjadi 39,37, siklus 2 nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test diperoleh dari 42,91 menjadi 54,17 dan nilai rata-rata pada siklus 3 pre-test dan post-test diperoleh dari 63,54 menjadi 71. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar matematika berorientasi pemecahan masalah dengan konteks wisata Kota Lubuklinggau untuk siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, angket dan tes dengan subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Tegalrejo. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji validasi bahan ajar berorientasi pemecahan masalah dengan konteks wisata Kota Lubuklinggau yang dinilai oleh tiga ahli yaitu, ahli bahasa didapatkan skor rata-rata 0,87, ahli materi dengan skor rata-rata 0,87 dan ahli media dengan skor rata-rata 0,81 yang memenuhi kriteria kevalidan. Sedangkan dari hasil analisis penilaian lembar kepraktisan guru dan siswa diperoleh bahwa bahan ajar berorientasi pemecahan masalah dengan konteks wisata Kota Lubuklinggau memenuhi kriteria praktis dengan skor rata-rata 91%. Kemudian hasil analisis penilaian keefektifan diperoleh skor N-Gain rata-rata 0,67 dengan kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berorientasi pemecahan masalah dengan konteks wisata Kota Lubuklinggau terbukti valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas V SD Negeri 1 Tegalrejo.

Abstract

Mastery of the concepts of ratio and proportion is essential in mathematics education, as it underpins students’ ability to develop logical reasoning and proportional thinking skills critical for advanced mathematical understanding. Despite its importance, students often struggle with these concepts due to the lack of learning activities that meaningfully connect mathematics to real-life contexts and cultural relevance. This disconnect highlights a gap in instructional approaches that fail to bridge abstract mathematical content with students’ lived experiences. Addressing this issue, the present study introduces a novel integration of the Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) approach with local cultural context, specifically the traditional Sumatran dish, namely lemang, to enhance students' conceptual grasp of ratio and proportion. The study aims to design and implement a PMRI-based learning sequence centered on the lemang context to facilitate meaningful learning experiences among junior high school students. Employing a design research methodology, the study involved seventh-grade students at SMP IT An-Nida Lubuklinggau, with data collected through student activity sheets (SAS), classroom observations, interviews, and documentation. Findings indicate that the integration of PMRI with the lemang context significantly supports students' progressive understanding of ratio and proportion, fostering both cognitive engagement and cultural appreciation. This research contributes to the enrichment of mathematics education by demonstrating how culturally contextualized PMRI designs can promote deeper learning and affirm the relevance of mathematical knowledge in students' everyday lives.

Abstract

This training program aimed to enhance elementary school teachers' competencies in designing and utilizing instructional media that integrate technology and educational games. The program was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Embacang Baru and SD Negeri 2 Embacang Lama, Karang Jaya District, involving 25 participating teachers. The training was structured into five stages: needs assessment, conceptual training, media design practice, reflection and evaluation, and remote mentoring. The training content included the development of animated learning videos using Powtoon and the implementation of educational games such as LEGO and snakes and ladders. The results demonstrated high levels of engagement and enthusiasm among participants throughout all sessions. Based on self-assessment and satisfaction surveys, 80–90% of participants agreed or strongly agreed with all satisfaction indicators. Skill evaluations showed that most participant groups achieved ratings in the “Good” to “Very Good” categories. The training significantly improved teachers’ understanding, creativity, and confidence in developing effective, engaging, and curriculum-relevant instructional media.
