Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and competence of teachers in implementing schoology-based E-learning learning, and 2) through this activity to motivate teachers to implement schoology-based E-learning learning in order to optimize ICT-based learning. The basic education unit in Lubuklinggau City consists of public and private elementary schools, one of which is the Mutiara Cendekia IT Elementary School, which is a partner in this service activity. IT Cendekia Mutiara Elementary School Lubuklinggau is a private elementary school that has complete facilities, including a computer laboratory. The training participants were 32 teachers of the Mutiara Cendekia IT Elementary School. The training is carried out for 3 days with a minimum time of 32 hours. The methods for implementing the activities are: 1) the preparation and observation stage, 2) the socialization stage, 3) the implementation stage, and 4) the evaluation stage. The results of the achievement of this activity were 1) the number of participants was considered enthusiastic, followed by 32 teachers, more than the targeted number of participants, and 2) the teacher's response to the schoology-based e-learning media showed interest and response was very good with the percentage of response questionnaires reaching 85%.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program that we propose is expected to help communities and farmer groups in Karang Jaya Village in the production, business management and marketing of liquid organic fertilizer, compost and paitan leaf organic pesticides (Tithonia diversifolia). To create business opportunities, training and assistance is given to farmer groups in production, business management and marketing of liquid organic fertilizers, organic pesticides and paitan leaf compost. The activities that we undertake to achieve these objectives are by using methods of observation, socialization, training and continued with direct practice and assistance in production, business management and product marketing. The results of the Community Partnership Program that have been implemented are partners having knowledge about the dangers of using chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides for health and the environment, knowing the business opportunities of paitan plants by processing them into liquid organic fertilizer, organic pesticides and compost. Partners also have the knowledge and skills in creating, packaging, marketing and managing business products that are produced. Availability of supporting tools that will facilitate partners in producing liquid organic fertilizer, organic pesticides and compost.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide knowledge and skills using GeoGebra software in learning, especially those related to geometry. The methods used in this activity are lectures, practice, training and discussions. The training participants were 18 students of the STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau Mathematics Education Study Program. The instruments used as a form of evaluation of this training activity were test questions and student response questionnaires. Based on data analysis through the calculation of N-Gain between the pretest and posttest, it was obtained a value of 0.85 which indicates that the increase in the understanding of the training participants was in the high category and the results of the student response questionnaire showed a positive student response of 89.55% with the very good category.

Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, penggunaan media merupakan salah komponen pendukung guna tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu komponen yang harus ada dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Penggunaan media sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Banyaknya ketersediaan kardus dan botol bekas, dapat dijadikan sebagai salah saru media yang bisa digunakan oleh guru-guru di SD di Megang Sakti Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi kepada masyarakat terutama guru SD di Megang sakti untuk selalu meng-upgrade pengetahuan dan menjelaskan kepada masyarakat tentang pemanfaat limbah kardus dan botol bekas menjadi barang yang bermanfaat seperti menjadi mdeia pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaannya yang dilakukan selama 4 hari yakni pada tanggal 16 Februari 2021 hingga 19 Februari 2021, penyuluhan dan pelatihan diterapkan dala kegiatan PPM ini. Yang menjadi sarasan kegiatan adalah masyarakat yang terdiri dari anak-anak, orang tua dan guru-guru SD di Kecamatan Megang Sakti. Setelah kegiatan PPM dilaksanakan, anak-anak menjadi lebih antusisa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Guru-guru SD di Kecamatan Megang Sakti juga menjadi lebih termotivasi dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran terutama dengan memanfaatkan limbah kardus dan botol bekas yang banyak tersedia di lingkungan sekitar mereka.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pelatihan menyusun laporan pertanggungjawaban kegiatan (LPJ) yang sesuai dengan visi dan misi SMA Karya 45 Bangunrejo. Hal ini dikarenakan dalam melaksanakan setiap kegiatannya, OSIS diharuskan menyusun LPJ yang relevan dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Melalui kegiatan ini dapat memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota OSIS SMA Karya 45 Bangun Rejo dalam menyusun LPJ. Adapun tahapan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi.Hasil dari kegiatan ini peserta sudah terlatih dan termotivasi dalam menyelesaikan LPJ yang sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an e-module based on Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) which is designed with sigil application on the material area and volume of class VIII flat surface shapes that are valid, practical and have potential effects. This research is a development research using a 4-D model. This model consists of four stages, namely: the defining stage, the design stage, the develop stage, and the dissemination stage. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 11 Rejang Lebong, totaling 6 students for the small group and 28 students for the field test. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, questionnaires and tests. Based on the results of data analysis carried out, the average results of HOTS-based e-module users assisted by sigil applications from the aspect of language validity, the aikien'v value of 0.89 with very valid criteria, material validity 0.65 with valid criteria, and media validity 0 ,62 with valid criteria. In the practical aspect, the practicality results obtained through the teacher's response of 88% with very practical criteria, and student responses showing a percentage of 85.4% with very practical criteria. Furthermore, in the classical aspect of completeness it reaches a percentage of 82% with very good criteria so that among 28 students only 5 students have not achieved the completeness set by the school. So it can be concluded that the implementation of HOTS-based e-modules assisted by sigil can have a potential effect and facilitate students' higher order thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of mathematical reasoning in learning mathematics after applying the Metaphorical Thinking learning model. The population was all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 7 Lubuklinggau consisting of 215 students and as a sample were students of class VIII.3, totaling 32 students. Data collection was carried out using test techniques, in which tests were carried out to find out how the mathematical reasoning abilities of class VII students of SMP N 7 Lubuklinggau had been applied using the metaphorical thinking approach to learning mathematics. After conducting an analysis using the t-test at a significant level of α = 5%, it was found that the tcount was 4.19 with a ttable of 1.69 or tcount ≥ ttable. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the Metaphorical Thinking model is very well used in learning mathematics. after participating in learning using the Metaphorical Thinking learning model the average post-test score was 71.88 with a percentage of 25% or 8 students who were very good and 62.5% or 20 students who were already good.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan para guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar digital/elektronik menggunakan aplikasi canva. Subjek atau mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri 14 Kota Lubuklinggau yang berjumlah 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan tediri dari ceramah, praktik, demonstrasi dan diskusi. Data terkumpul berdasarkan lembar angket repson yang akan diberikan kepada para peserta setelah mengikuti kegiatan workshop ini. Data angket respon guru terhadap penggunaan aplikasi canva, yakni berkaitan dengan isi materi, penyampaian materi dan kegiatan praktik. Data akan dianalisis melalui pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh pemahaman dan kompetensi peserta terhadap isi materi kegiatan dengan persentase sebesar 91,875% dengan kriteria sangat baik, cara penyampaian materi dengan persentase sebesar 93,75% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan kegiatan praktik persentase sebesar 93,125% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Pelaksanaan PKM juga mendapatkan tanggapan dan saran para peserta terhadap kegiatan workshop penyusunan bahan ajar digital atau elektronik menggunakan aplikasi canva, yang mana secara keseluruhan peserta memberikan respon positif dan baik. Serta para guru berharap kembali ada kegiatan workshop maupun pelatihan dengan tema berbeda dapat dilakukan di SD Negeri 14 Kota Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

This community service (PKM) aims to provide training to local residents in the manufacture and marketing of processed sorting oranges into dodol, sweets, and tea. Sortir oranges are a type of orange that has good quality and the price is relatively cheaper than ordinary oranges. Therefore, the processing of sorted oranges into value-added processed products such as dodol, sweets and tea can increase the economic value for local residents. This service was carried out in Karang Jaya Village, Selupu Rejang District. After being implemented, this PKM succeeded in providing benefits to the surrounding community. The procedures that have been carried out use the method of observation, socialization, training and continued with direct practice. Local residents who have participated in the training have succeeded in producing quality sorted orange processed products and successfully marketing them effectively. This can be seen from the increase in the income of local residents and the increase in consumer buying interest in processed orange sorting products. The outputs of the activity are (1) the partners' knowledge, skills and income increase, (2) produce sorted orange processed products in the form of dodol, sweets and tea. Thus, training in the manufacture and marketing of processed sorted oranges into dodol, sweets and tea has a positive impact on increasing the income, knowledge and skills of the local community. This is expected to provide long-term benefits for the community and strengthen the local economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to train the skills and knowledge of village officials in using blogs to share information regarding programs implemented in the village of Campursari. The training participants were attended by 15 people with 2 of them acting as operators. The methods that will be carried out in this activity, namely the lecture method, mentoring, practice and demonstration. The implementation of this activity showed a positive response and high enthusiasm from the participants. The results of the questionnaire show that each of the indicators of knowledge and how to use related to blogs reaches a percentage of 85% with the criteria of very knowing and the indicator of Interest in training activities and further training regarding blogs shows a percentage of 100% with the criteria of being very interested. So that with the training and management of this blog it is hoped that it will be able to better introduce the village's potential both from its natural resources (SDA), the economy, education and health sectors as well as government programs to develop Campursari Village to outside communities.
