Abstract

Children are individuals who still have a dependence on adults and the surrounding environment. Pre-schoolers are children aged 3-6 years, at this time children's imagination and creativity begin to develop, and in fine motor development children are able to hold writing tools correctly and learn to draw and color. Coloring is the activity of giving colour to the desired field or object. Colouring is an activity that can hone children's creativity and is one of the arts that children like and is easy to learn and can stimulate the performance of the right brain which is very important for children's intelligence. The purpose of holding Picture Colouring Play Therapy for Pre-schoolers is to improve fine motor skills in pre-schoolers (3-6 years). The method used in this activity is the play therapy method where this activity begins with exploring the target, namely Madrasah Al-Istiqomah. The number of children involved in this activity was 15 children who also participated in the Picture Colouring Play Therapy activity, all of whom were students of Madrasah Al-Istiqomah. The results of this play therapy activity showed that children were very enthusiastic in carrying out play therapy activities, and colouring pictures, several things that became a benchmark for the success of therapy were the improvement of children's fine motor skills seen from the accuracy, neatness, and creativity of children. The conclusion of this activity is in accordance with the results of the evaluation of Picture Colouring Play Therapy for Pre-schoolers which has been successfully carried out with satisfactory results criteria where children are enthusiastic in carrying out these activities and this activity can improve the fine motor skills of children, especially preschool age (3-6). year).

Abstract

Tujuan: Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis status nutrisi terhadap klien Diabetes Melitus dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang difokuskan pada pengkajian. Metode: Metode dalam studi ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang difokuskan pada pengkajian keperawatan untuk menganalisis status nutrisi terhadap klien Diabetes Melitus. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 1 orang klien yang mengalami masalah berat badan lebih di Dusun Sukamaju Kecamatan Mangunjaya Kabupaten Pangandaran. Data yang dianalisa dikumpulkan dan dikaitkan dengan konsep, teori serta prinsip secara relevan, sehingga dapat ditentukan kesimpulan dalam memperoleh masalah keperawatan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu glukometer untuk mengukur kadar glukosa darah. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan pengkajian keperawatan pada klien Diabetes Melitus, gejala yang muncul adalah sering merasa lapar (poliagi), sering buang air kecil (poliuri), dan sering merasa haus (poidipsi). Hal tersebut mengakibatkan munculnya masalah keperawatan yaitu Obesitas yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan rasa lapar (polifagi) yang didukung oleh data objektif berdasarkan buku SDKI yaitu Index Massa Tubuh (IMT), kadar gula darah, aktivitas fisik dan gangguan pola makan. Pengkajian yang dilakukan berjalan lancar dengan hasil IMT 23,73 intrepretasi overwaight, kadar glukosa darah klien 300 mg/dl, aktivitas fisik klien kurang, dan pola makan klien berlebihan tidak sesuai diet 3J dengan frekuensi 7 kali dalam sehari ( 2 kali makan utama dengan porsi satu gelas besar, 5 kali  makan selingan). Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan status nutrisi pasien DM berlebih dan diet yang dilakukan tidak efektif dibuktikan oleh penghitungan IMT dengan interpretasi 23,73 dalam kategori berat badan lebih sehingga di dalam tubuhnya terjadi penumpukan lemak dan menimbulkan resistensi insulin. Hal tersebut, yang dapat memicu kadar glukosa darah semakin meningkat dan mengakibatkan penyakit DM.Jelaskan temuan dalam penelitian serta implikasinya dalam praktik klinik keperawatan.

Abstract

Introduction: Stunting if not treated immediately will have a negative impact on the future of the nation. One of the efforts that can be made to prevent stunting is to provide balanced nutrition from an early age in the first 1000 days of life. The contents of my plate is one step to achieve balanced nutrition. One of the efforts to shape eating behavior is to educate pregnant women and cadres about what is on my plate. Objective: The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education about the contents of my plate so that there is an increase in knowledge about balanced nutrition for pregnant women and cadres. Method: Community service activities are carried out in the Village of Aula Pamarican. The method used in this community service activity is lectures using slides and leaflets. The target of this activity is pregnant women and cadres, with a total of 40 people. Community service activities begin with a pretest and end with a posttest to measure the increase in target knowledge. Result: The results of the service show that the average pretest has less knowledge, namely 65%. After education, the average knowledgeable enough is 62.5%. Conclusion: Education The contents of my plate can increase the knowledge of pregnant women and cadres as an effort to prevent stunting.

Abstract

Introduction: Playdough is a modern form of clay made from a mixture of wheat flour. Playdough is easy to play and liked by children, because it can be played using hands and tools to form dough. Through this experience, children can develop eye coordination, dexterity and hand strength which can stimulate children's motoric development for writing and coloring. Objective: The purpose of this service was to present the results of play therapy using playdough in improving fine motor skills of preschoolers in Al-Islah Kindergarten. Method: This community service uses a play therapy approach involving 12 participants, assisted by writers and kindergarten teachers. Data collection was carried out by means of health counseling, observation, interviews and documentation on Al-Islah Kindergarten children in Kawali sub-district, Ciamis Regency, West Java. Result: The results of the dedication obtained a positive influence on the counseling participants, and this play therapy was enthusiastically responded to by the participants of the Al-Islah Kindergarten. This can be seen from the time the participants were active and happy to play playdough. Conclusion: The use of playdough media can help children practice motor skills with their hands, while manipulating playdough with their fingers. So that playdough games can be a good stimulation tool and are not dangerous for pre-school children.

Abstract

Purpose: The goals of IV care are to maintain aseptic technique, prevent bacterial invasion of blood vessels, prevent infection, and observe the IV insertion site. Method: This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample from this research was 42 respondents, taken using G-Power statistical calculations. The population of this study was 42 respondents. March– April 2022 Results: It shows from 42 respondents that 20 actions are appropriate and 22 actions are not appropriate for infusion treatment in the disease unit in the Ciamis Regency Regional Hospital. Conclusion: Based on the survey conducted, there were no infusion treatments that were not carried out because they did not or did not have an SOP for infusion care at Ciamis Regional Hospital, so the results obtained were 20 actions in accordance with the SOP and 22 actions not in accordance with the SOP

Abstract

Introducation: Bakiak game is one of the traditional games originating from West Sumatra which was born in the mid-1970s. This game tool is made of two thick sandal-shaped wooden planks that are about 125 cm long. On each board there are three or four rubber straps to tie the players' feet. Objective: the purpuse of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the traditionl bakiak game on the motordevelopment of elementary school children. Method: The method chosen is the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) whic has four stages of procedure namely, planning, implementation (action), observaton (observation), reflection. Used in this research  are observation and documentation. Result: The result of  these observations indicate that gross motor development in children has not developed properly, especially when walking using clogs which requires a lot of training. This is the reason for researchers to observe again the gros motor development of children in the next stage. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research on traditional bakiak games on children's gross motor development is going according to plan. The series of activities from start to finish went well, the children and teachers were very enthusiastic and active in playing. This game has a  positive effect on the development of  gross motor skills and social development of children. There are very significant changes before and after the game

Abstract

Background: Corona virus disease has become a global pandemic. Coronavirus is a new name given by the World Health Organization to patients infected with the virus. Impact of the very fast spread of the COVID-19 virus, so the government implemented an online learning policy in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 transmission to school residents in particular and to the community. Objective: This study aims to determine the level of parental anxiety in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The rapid spread causes infected patients to self-isolate to break the chain of the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Method: The design used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The researcher intends to find out factually about the level of anxiety of parents towards online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population taken from the results of proportional sampling is 52 people, with the results of sampling the parents of students at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) level. The results of the study: The results of the description of the level of parental anxiety in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic showed that 20 respondents had severe anxiety levels, as many as 20 people (37.7%) with their parents. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that the majority of parents experienced severe anxiety.

Abstract

Objective: To be able to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with violent behavior by applying assertive training techniques. Method: This research method used a qualitative descriptive design with a nursing care process approach including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, which was carried out for 3 days in the Tanjung Room BLUD of the Banjar City Hospital. Enforcement of nursing diagnoses and nursing interventions refers to the IDHS, SIKI, and SLKI, and nursing evaluations are documented using the SOAPIER method. Researchers intervened in the application of assertive exercises with the study population being patients with violent behavior, with the inclusion criteria of patients with a diagnosis of violent behavior and cooperative patients. Accidental sampling technique: this study used one patient with violent behavior. The analysis technique uses interview transcripts and triangulation. Result: The results of this case study show that after being given assertive training technical interventions for 3 days with a duration of 10–20 minutes a day, the problem of nursing violent behavior towards patients was resolved, marked by the patient being able to control anger verbally. assertive training, assertive training therapy, which generally makes the client comfortable, seen from the client's side, is also cooperative and prefers to socialize and talk to other people around him. Conclusion: After nursing care was carried out at the BLUD of the Banjar City Hospital for Ms. S in the Tanjung room with a medical diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia from March 29 to March 31, 2023, the authors concluded that assertive training is proven to be able to control the anger of patients who experience violent behavior. The benefits will be maximized if done regularly and gradually. So that nurses can carry out these non-pharmacological interventions to control anger in patients with mental disorders with violent behavior problems.

Abstract

Objective: To see the effectiveness of congklak play therapy in increasing social interaction in children because of gadget addiction. Method: The research design used is a case study research method with a descriptive research type. The research subject used was a school-age child client with social interaction problems due to gadget addiction. Result: Subjectively, the client experiences an increase in interaction with the people around him and a decrease in the intensity of his use of gadgets. Clients can better control their emotions, and there is an increase in learning. Likewise, objectively, the client seems to be able to control his emotions and often interacts with the people around him. Conclusion: After doing research on An. M., the data obtained by the client's mother complains that the client rarely interacts with other people; the client often plays gadgets until he forgets the time; and when the gadget is taken, he often gets angry. The client's mother gets information from the client's school teacher that the client is less cooperative while studying at school. Based on the assessment, the diagnosis that emerged was social interaction disorder. The author conducted an intervention to overcome social interaction disturbances for four days. The intervention that the author has done is to provide congklak play therapy. After the intervention, the client's signs and symptoms of impaired social interaction diminished. The client has often interacted with people around him by using his gadget a little less.

Abstract

Objective: To find out the description of nursing care giving group activity therapy socialization: Ability to introduce oneself, ability to make acquaintances, and ability to overcome social isolation and withdrawal disorders in schizophrenic patients at BLUD RSU Banjar City Method: This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The author takes one client as the subject of a case study that fits the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The author collects data by means of observation and documentation. The focus of the intervention is to use group activity therapy interventions. Results: The results of the case studies at the review stage showed that they did not want to meet many people, the client's eye contact was lacking, and there was no interaction with fellow patients in the passive ward. The intervention used in this case study is a strategy of implementing social isolation with a focus on social interaction skills. The focused intervention used is the application of social isolation group activity therapy. Conclusion: During the three-meeting intervention, there was a change in social interaction skills, both in the ability to introduce oneself, the ability to make acquaintances, and the ability to converse, from a score of 0 to a score of 4.
