Abstract

One company has been paying attention to small business development is PT. Telkom Pekanbaru Branch through its Community Development Centre (CDC) to run the Partnership Program and Community Development (CSR) by providing financial assistance as well as nonfinancial assistance such as training and coaching for small business. However, performance of partners in making repayment of loans granted by the CDC PT. Telkom Pekanbaru Branch is still high. This study aims to determine the effect of training and coaching to small business development in the Community Development Partnership Program (CSR) by the Community Development Centre PT Telkom Pekanbaru Branch. The study population is all of which amounts to 277 people with a sample of 73 people Data from this study are primary data using questionnaires as research instruments. Data analysis techniques that used in this research is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using SPSS. The result show that training and coaching jointly or individually have a significant influence on the development of small business. Coaching is a variable that has the highest donation or the value of job satisfaction in small business.Keywords: Training, Coaching, Small business development, Community development centre (CDC)

Abstract

Maraknya kasus investasi ilegal yang terjadi di Indonesia dengan munculnya Crazy Rich-Crazy Rich muda yang menipu banyak sekali investor, seperti kasus Indra Kenz Crazy Rich asal Medan yang saat ini menjadi tersangka Penipuan dan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU) kasus investasi Binomo, dimana para investor yang melapor menderita kerugian lebih kurang 25,6 Milyar. Dengan adanya kasus-kasus investasi bodong yang marak terjadi dibutuhkan edukasi tentang manajemen investasi baik dibidang reksadana, saham, forex, dan investasi lainnya di pasar modal. Namun tidak semua masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa mengetahui manajemen investasi tersebut. Para generasi milenial, diharapkan sudah melek investasi sehingga tidak terlalu konsumtif. Investasi diperlukan agar memenuhi keinginan, melawan inflasi, membantu memenuhi kebutuhan, juga supaya kekayaan meningkat dan untuk mengantisipasi ketidakpastian di masa depan. Salah satu manfaat berinvestasi yakni untuk melawan kenaikan inflasi dan kenaikan harga-harga barang. Selain itu, masyarakat dapat juga mengikuti perkembangan tren ekonomi, bisnis, keamanan, yang berefek pada dinamika pergerakan saham. Sehingga secara tidak langsung, investasi keuangan masyarakatpun akan meningkat. Dana KIP adalah biaya Pendidikan bagi mahasiswa tidak mampu secara ekonomi dan memiliki potensi akademik baik untuk menempuh Pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi pada program studi unggulan sampai lulus tepat waktu. Pemerintah Indonesia terus berkomitmen untuk fokus meningkatkan pembangunan Sumberdaya Manusia melalui berbagai upaya cerdas. Dana KIP adalah salah satu upaya untuk membantu asa para siswa yang memiliki keterbatasan ekonomi tetapi berprestasi untuk melanjutkan studi di perguruan tinggi. KIP yang dikelola oleh Kementerian Riset Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Kemenristekdikti), melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan (Ditjen Belmawa), untuk tahun 2019 telah meningkatkan kuotanya 44% lebih tinggi dari tahun sebelumnya. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar Program Bidikmisi dapat memberikan layanan bantuan yang lebih luas lagi kepada para siswa yang memerlukan. Calon lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Persada Bunda rata-rata merupakan karyawan/wirausahawan yang sudah memiliki karir cemerlang. Untuk prospek kerja lulusan salah satu mereka adalah calon pelaku usaha yang akan menjalankan roda perekonomian. Pengenalan mengenai tabel keuangan khususnya investasi pada bangku kuliah belum dapat mengedukasi mahasiswa. Hal inilah yang mendorong untuk diberikan pengenalan Edukasi manajemen investasi. Pengenalan edukasi Manajemen investasi bagi mahasiswa penerima dana KIP Perguruan Tinggi Persada Bunda bertujuan untuk mengedukasi mahasiswa khususnya mahasiswa tahun 2020 s.d 2021 agar melek terhadap investasi-investasi yang sekarang sering dilakukan. Selanjutnya diharapkan lulusan dari Perguruan Tinggi Persada Bunda dapat mengaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan tidak tertipu dengan adanya investasi bodong.

Abstract

Desa Lubuk Kembang Sari Kecamatan Ukui Provinsi Riau memiliki kendala keterbatasan lahan dalam budidaya tanaman dan ikan. Hal tersebut mendorong kegiatan ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan pemberdayaan teknologi akuaponik guna meningkatkan potensi desa. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode yang melibatkan kelompok masyarakat Desa Lubuk Kembang Sari diantaranya, Kepala Desa, Ketua Karang Taruna dan warga Desa Lubuk Kembang Sari. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan sebagai berikut: 1) survey dan observasi lapangan, 2) sosialisasi program kepada masyarakat, 3) penyuluhan masyarakat, 4) pelatihan membuat konstruksi akuaponik, dan 5) pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan sayuran dan daging ikan dalam skala kecil/rumah tangga serta meningkatkan penghasilan masyarakat dengan produk sayur organik dan ikan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi melalui teknologi akuaponik.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru with the aim to determine the effect of entrepreneurial motivation to improve household welfare by empowering Housewives (IRT) as a productive workforce community. The majority of the residents of Limbungan Rumbai with the economic condition of middle-low class families, finding work is increasingly difficult, the need to meet daily needs is increasing. IRT in this region requires motivation in the form of knowledge and skills that can be used as provisions to start a business. The method of analyzing the data of this research is descriptive analysis, which is a research method that describes a situation and event on an actual problem and looks for facts with the correct interpretation as it is, and is not used as a broader conclusion maker. Based on the results of the study it was found that households need entrepreneurial motivation that can provide enlightenment of thought and understanding, especially to the IRT of the potential opportunities for family businesses so that growing interest and motivation in themselves to become entrepreneurs. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on job satisfaction of customer service officers at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Pekanbaru. This research is a quantitative research with emotional intelligence and job stress variables on job satisfaction. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were all CSO Bakti employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Pekanbaru, totaling 47 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. According to results of the study simultaneously that emotional intelligence and work stress affect the job satisfaction of CSO Bakti employees at PT Bank Central KCU Pekanbaru. Emotional intelligence and work stress contributed 79,6% to the job satisfaction of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Pekanbaru employee customer service officers, while the remaining 20.4% was accounted for by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation and conflict on the performance of the loading and unloading warehouse employees at PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of the loading and unloading warehouse who worked at PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya Pekanbaru totaling 42 (forty-two) respondents. In this study, because the population was small (limited), it was not possible to use a sample, so the researchers took the same number of samples as the population or called a census, namely all loading and unloading employees at PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya Pekanbaru totaling 42 (four two) respondents. The power-gathering method used in this research is field research, which is carried out by conducting direct visits to the institutions that are the object of obtaining primary and secondary data. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that financial compensation and work conflict affect the performance of employees at PT Cahaya Indah Sangsurya Pekanbaru. The better the value of financial compensation and the lower the value of work conflict, the higher the value of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of civil servants in the agency. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method. The research data was analyzed quantitatively using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS 24.0 application. The results of quantitative analysis show that motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the XYZ City Trade and Manpower and Industry Office, both partially and simultaneously. Where partially with the t test shows that motivation has a tcount of 3.904 with a significant value of 0.000, work discipline has a tcount of 2.853 with a significance of 0.007, and the work environment has a tcount of 3.383 with a significant value of 0.002 so that the most dominant variable affecting employee performance is the work environment variable with the largest tcal. While simultaneously with the F test shows that the resulting Fcalculate is 212.105 with a significant value of 0.000. The results of the determination test show that 93.1% of employee performance can be explained and obtained from motivation, work discipline, and work environment, while the rest is obtained from other factors. Where employee performance has a very strong relationship to motivation, work discipline, and work environment.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Awareness dan Brand Image terhadap Brand Loyalty semen Conch PT Konsindo Bangun Perkasa yang dimediasi oleh Brand Trust. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen PT Konsindo Bangun Perkasa yang aktif dalam melakukan pembelian semen dengan merek Conch pada bulan April tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 67 toko. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 67 sampel yang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Aplikasi pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam melakukan uji inner dan outer model adalah SMARTPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak signifikan brand awareness terhadap brand loyalty, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan brand awareness terhadap brand trust, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak signifikan brand image terhadap brand loyalty, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan brand image terhadap brand trust, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan brand trust terhadap brand loyalty, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung dan signifikan brand awareness terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand trust sebagai mediasi, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung dan tidak signifikan brand image terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand trust sebagai mediasi.

Abstract

The era of globalization where every company must compete to maintain and develop its existence, including PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. The main activities of PT Salim Ivomas Pratama start from research, seeding, processing to marketing, the complexity of all activities at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama must be supported by qualified employees and good human resource management. . One of the important elements to improve employee performance is motivation and work discipline. While  the reward and punishment  system plays a role in maintaining the motivation of high-performing employees. The study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance with reward and punishment as mediation variables. Quantitative research using SEM-PLS analysis with the help of SmartPLS application version 3.0. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 132 respondents. The results of the study found that reward and punishment variables  mediate work motivation variables on employee performance by providing a positive and significant influence shown through calculated values of 2.441< 1,979 tables and p-values of   0.015  < 0.05. Furthermore, reward and punishment can mediate between the variability of work discipline on employee performance positively  and significantly indicated by a calculated value of 4.323< 1,979 ttable and p-value  0.000< 0.05Keyword: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance and Reward And Punishment

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how the influence of compensation, leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Arara Abadi Siak Area District. This research uses quantitative and qualitative data types and sources. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Arara Abadi Siak Area District, totaling 92 people. So the respondents are all employees at PT. Arara Abadi Siak Area District. This sampling technique was carried out using the census research method, namely research that took one population group as a whole sample and used a structured questionnaire as the main data collection tool to obtain specific information.Based on the results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. It can be concluded that compensation, leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Arara Abadi Siak Area District. The implication of the results of this research is that companies should pay attention to the compensation given to employees, the leadership style of the leaders, and a comfortable work environment to increase job satisfaction for employees.
