Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah  Untuk mengetahui  green marketing berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial dan simultan melalui citra merek sebagai variabel intervening pada Point Coffee Indomaret Kota Lubuklinggau. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Point Coffee Kota Lubuklinggau. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu accidental sampling dimana konsumen yang telah melakukan keputusan pembelian produk Point Coffee Indomaret Kota Lubuklnggau. Metode pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner secara online. Hipotesis yang diajukan diuji dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) yaitu Lisrel. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Green marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Point Coffee Indomaret Kota Lubuklinggau,  Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Point Coffee Indomaret Kota Lubuklinggau, Green marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek Point Coffee Indomaret Kota Lubuklinggau dan Citra merek memperkuat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Green marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian Point Coffee Indomaret Kota Lubuklinggau. Kata kunci : Green Marketing, Keputusan pembelian, Citra Merek.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi objek penelitian yaitu anggota UMKM yang ada di kota Lubuklinggau, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak 98 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha pada UMKM Kota Lubuklinggau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan usaha hal ini berdasarkan nilai t statistik sebesar 17,821 lebih besar dari tabel 1,96 dan nilai sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05, Oleh karena itu hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM terbukti kebenaranya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and measure the effect of financial literacy and financial knowledge on financial management behavior in active students of private universities in Lubuklinggau City. The total population in this study was 8,071 students and the sample technique used was random sampling using the slovin formula. Data was collected using a questionnaire method from 381 students who were the sample in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test (outer model and inner model) with the help of the PLS version 3.0 software program. The results of this study indicate 1) that financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on financial management behavior in active students of private tertiary institutions in Lubuklinggau City with a statistical value showing a number of 1.600 which is <1.96 and it can also be proven that the P values ​​are 0.110 or called more greater than 0.005 2) that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior in active students of Lubuklinggau City Private Higher Education with a statistical value showing a number of 14.446 which is> 1.96 and it can also be proven that the P Values are worth 0.000 or are called smaller of 0.005 and 3) that financial literacy and financial knowledge have a positive effect on financial management behavior in active students of private universities in Lubuklinggau City. This is evidenced by the R-Square value of 0.628.

Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia is a company that is State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in courier services, logistics and financial services throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the perception of organizational support and work involvement on performance with motivation as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative and the sample in this study is 33 employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Lubuklinggau and collected 33 respondent questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses SEM Partial least squares with the help of the smart PLS 3.2.9 application to collect data using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate 1. Perceived organization support has a positive but not significant effect on motivation 2. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on motivation 3. Perceived organization support has a positive and significant effect on performance 4. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on motivation 5 Motivation has a positive and significant effect on motivation significant to performance 6. Motivation cannot mediate perceived organizational support on performance 7. Motivation has been shown to mediate work engagement on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image and brand trust on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel SIM card users in Lubuklinggau city. In this study, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents of Telkomsel customers in Lubuklinggau city using the incidental sampling method to find out respondents' responses to existing variables. The analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on partial least squares (PLS). The results of the analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on telkomsel sim customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on telkomsel sim customer satisfaction. And the brand trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of TelkomseI SIM card handling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi perbedaan tarif berdasarkan Activity Based Costing System dan Traditional Costing System di RS Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau. Dalam penelitian ini, dikaitkan dengan metode pengalokasian biaya berdasarkan setiap aktivitas. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan tarif yang dihitung menggunakan ABC versus metode penetapan biaya tradisional, yang mencerminkan perbedaan dalam penentuan biaya dan pendekatan perhitungan. Dalam manajemen layanan kesehatan, penentuan biaya yang akurat sangat penting untuk pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode penetapan biaya tradisional sudah umum digunakan, namun Penetapan Biaya Berbasis Aktivitas (ABC) telah muncul sebagai alternatif yang berpotensi lebih akurat. Penelitian ini membandingkan tarif dan efisiensi sistem ABC dan tradisional costing di RS Siti Aisyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Data mengenai tarif rawat inap dan perhitungan biaya dikumpulkan dari RS Siti Aisyah. Baik metode penetapan biaya ABC maupun tradisional diterapkan untuk menghitung biaya, sehingga memungkinkan dilakukannya perbandingan hasil. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa ABC menghasilkan perhitungan yang lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan penetapan biaya tradisional. Pendekatan ABC dalam mengalokasikan biaya berdasarkan aktivitas individu memberikan gambaran konsumsi sumber daya yang lebih akurat. Akibatnya, tarif yang dihitung menggunakan ABC berbeda dengan tarif yang diperoleh dari metode penetapan biaya tradisional. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ABC menawarkan keunggulan dibandingkan biaya tradisional dalam layanan kesehatan, khususnya dalam menangkap secara akurat biaya layanan yang sebenarnya. Dengan mengalokasikan biaya berdasarkan aktivitas, ABC memungkinkan fasilitas kesehatan mengambil keputusan yang lebih tepat mengenai alokasi sumber daya dan strategi penetapan harga. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan keunggulan ABC dibandingkan traditional costing dalam menentukan tarif rawat inap di RS Siti Aisyah. Penerapan ABC dapat menghasilkan manajemen biaya yang lebih efisien dan meningkatkan proses pengambilan keputusan di organisasi layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

This study uses qualitative methods, data collection technique by using observation, interviews and documentation. This study aims to determine the impact and how to overcome the impact of covid-19 on micro, small and medium enterprises in Lubuklinggau. The results of research and discussion conducted on several micro, small and medium business in Lubuklinggau, almost all of the micro, small and medium enterprises have felt the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, such as decreased sales turnover and they need appropriate promotion strategies to increase their income

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education has created new opportunities while presenting major challenges. This research aims to explore the impact of AI on higher education, both in terms of benefits and risks that may arise in the future. AI has opened up opportunities to personalize learning experiences, automate administrative processes, and support innovation in curriculum development, potentially improving educational effectiveness. However, there are also concerns regarding the digital divide, data privacy, ethical considerations, and the readiness of educators and institutions to deal with these technological changes. This research uses a literature review approach by analyzing current research on AI implementation in higher education institutions. It also compares case studies from several developed and developing countries to gain a broader picture of the global influence of AI in the education sector. The results show that while AI can have a positive impact in terms of more efficient learning and more effective operations, challenges in terms of equitable access and transparency must be addressed. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive analysis of the long-term implications of AI on higher education, as well as the strategies that institutions need to implement to maximize the benefits of AI and minimize the risks. This research makes an important contribution to education stakeholders in understanding the importance of responsible AI adoption to create an inclusive and sustainable educational environment.

Abstract

Pengelolaan objek wisata danau Rayo yang dikelola oleh POKDARWIS selama ini dinilai kurang baik karena minimnya pengetahuan pengurus POKDARWIS dalam pengelolaan pariwisata. Selain itu, ia disebabkan oleh belum ada strategi pemasaran yang efektif dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang ada sehingga mengakibatkan objek wisata danau Rayo kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengatahuan POKDARWIS pada aspek manajemen dan pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian berbasis pendekatan Participative Action Research (PAR) dengan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan Teknologi, Pendampingan, Evaluasi dan Keberlanjutan Proram. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah para peserta merasa puas dan memperoleh pemahaman yang baik tentang cara mengelola manajemen pariwisata berbasis digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mempromosikan pariwisata pada destinasi wisata Danau Rayo Desa Sungai Jernih.
