Abstract

In an era of rapid globalization and digital transformation, organizations must adopt adaptive strategies to navigate complex market shifts. This study explores a tested Organizational Change Management (OCM) approach to enhance business resilience and sustainability. Using a quantitative research methodology, we conducted a structured survey involving 200 business executives across various industries to analyze the effectiveness of strategic OCM models. The results indicate that organizations implementing structured OCM frameworks experience a 35% increase in operational efficiency, a 28% improvement in employee adaptability, and a 40% reduction in resistance to change. Our study introduces a novel hybrid model, integrating Kotters Change Model with Agile methodologies, ensuring a balance between structured change and adaptive flexlibility. The findings contribute to existing literature by demonstrating how real time data driven decision making enhances the success rate of organizational transformations. This research provides valuable insights for business leaders and policymakers in aligning corporate strategies with global market dynamics, fostering innovation, and maintaining competitive advantages.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-Promotion, e-WOM, and location on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable in Lubuklinggau electronics stores. The research design used an associative approach, where the study was conducted to determine the influence, relationships, and to test hypotheses. The population and sample in this study were 165 people. Data analysis used t-tests and F-tests. The results showed that 1) There is an effect of e-Promotion on consumer satisfaction in Lubuklinggau electronics stores, with t-test (2.292) < t-table (1.697). 2) There is an effect of e-WOM on consumer satisfaction in Lubuklinggau electronics stores, with t-test (2.292) < t-table (1.697). 3) There is an effect of location on consumer satisfaction in Lubuklinggau electronics stores, with t-test (1.598) > t-table (1.697). 4) There is an influence of E-Promotion on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions as an Intervening Variable in Lubuklinggau Electronics Stores, namely F count (5.849) > F table (4.17). 5) There is an influence of E-Wom on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions as an Intervening Variable in Lubuklinggau Electronics Stores, namely F count (5.849) > F table (4.17). 6) There is an influence of Location on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions as an Intervening Variable in Lubuklinggau Electronics Stores, namely F count (5.849) > F table (4.17).

Abstract

Urgensi dalam penelitian ini adalah semakin canggihnya teknologi tentu memberikan pengaruh besar kepada para industri content creator atau influencer dalam berbisnis secara online. Namun, berjualan secara online tentu banyak yang perlu di perhatikan seperti e-trust dan online review terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian produk fashion muslim melalui platform e-commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-trust dan online review terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion muslim pada platform e-commerce dengan pengalaman belanja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk fashion muslim melalui e-commerce, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 93 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert lima poin kepada mahasiswa Universitas Bina Insan Lubuklinggau yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk fashion muslim secara online. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-trust dan online review berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengalaman belanja. Selain itu, online review dan pengalaman belanja terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan e-trust tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman belanja berperan sebagai variabel intervening dalam hubungan antara e-trust dan online review terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion muslim pada platform e-commerce.
