Abstract

Pengelolaan objek wisata danau Rayo yang dikelola oleh POKDARWIS selama ini dinilai kurang baik karena minimnya pengetahuan pengurus POKDARWIS dalam pengelolaan pariwisata. Selain itu, ia disebabkan oleh belum ada strategi pemasaran yang efektif dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang ada sehingga mengakibatkan objek wisata danau Rayo kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengatahuan POKDARWIS pada aspek manajemen dan pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian berbasis pendekatan Participative Action Research (PAR) dengan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan Teknologi, Pendampingan, Evaluasi dan Keberlanjutan Proram. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah para peserta merasa puas dan memperoleh pemahaman yang baik tentang cara mengelola manajemen pariwisata berbasis digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mempromosikan pariwisata pada destinasi wisata Danau Rayo Desa Sungai Jernih.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable at the Agriculture Office of Lubuklinggau City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. Quantitative methods can be defined as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, collecting data using research instruments, analyzing quantitative/statistical data with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there is an indirect effect of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Service, this is based on the results of the indirect effect value for the influence of work motivation on performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable of 0.143 with a t-value the statistic of 2254 is greater than the t-table value of 1.96. significance value of 0.025. Furthermore, there is an indirect effect on the quality of work life on performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Service, this is based on the results of the indirect effect value for the influence of the quality of work life on performance through job satisfaction as a moderating variable of 0.274 with a t-statistic value of 4.167 is greater than the t-table value of 1.96. significance value of 0.000. It can be concluded that the quality of work life and work motivation affect employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable at the Lubuklinggau City Agriculture Office. and there is an indirect effect of the variables of Quality of Work Life and Work Motivation have an effect on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable in the Agriculture Service of Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Barenbliss brand is impacted by the visibility, credibility, attraction, and power of celebrity endorsers among Lubuklinggau Private University TikTok users. With a sample of 150 students who used the TikTok app, the study's population consisted of all enrolled private university students, or roughly 2057 students. The Smart PLS 3 analysis tool is used in this study's quantitative data processing methodology. The study's findings indicate that, first, the visibility variable of celebrity endorsers has no effect on the Barenbliss brand image; second, credibility positively affects brand image; and third, attraction has no effect on brand image. Brand Image, fourth, demonstrates that strength has a significant impact on brand image; fifth, it has positive significance because the t-statistic value of Visibility (X1) and Credibility (X2) on Brand Image (Y) is t-count greater than t-table; sixth, it has positive significance because the t-statistic value of Attraction (X3) and Power (X4) on Brand Image (Y) is greater; seventh, it is negative because the t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table; ninth, it is positive because the t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table; and, for testing all variables X against variable Y, significant positive results are obtained because the t-value-statistics is greater than the t-table.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek dan kepercayaan merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna kartu SIM Telkomsel di kota Lubuklinggau. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 80 responden pelanggan Telkomsel di kota Lubuklinggau dengan menggunakan metode incidental sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap variabel yang ada. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis partial least squares (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sim telkomsel, citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sim telkomsel. Dan variabel kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan peIanggan kartu SIM TelkomseI.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Kepercayaan Merek, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah PSR, ZPR, EDR dan IIvsNII berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan bank muamalat Indonesia dan bank islam Malaysia berhad. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik dokomentasi dengan melakukan studi pustaka berupa jurnal dan penelitian terdahulu serta annual report untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perbankan syariah Indonesia dan perbankan syariah Malaysia tahun 2015-2019 dengan jumlah sampel dua perbankan yaitu bank muamalat indoensia dan bank islam Malaysia berhad. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai signifikan PSR adalah 0.378, ZPR adalah 0.738, EDR adalah 0.361 dan IIvsNII adalah 0.958 dimana nilai tersebut lebih besar dari α = 0.05. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa PSR, ZPR EDR, dan IIvsNII tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan bank muamalat Indonesia dan bank islam Malaysia berhad.

Abstract

Effective classroom management in Early Childhood Education (ECE) in Indonesia is vital for creating a structured and engaging learning environment that accommodates the diverse cultural backgrounds and developmental needs of young learners. This study explores classroom management strategies at the ECE level through a comprehensive literature review, focusing on their role in fostering cognitive, social, and emotional development. By analyzing scientific articles, journals, and research reports, this research identifies key strategies, including: (1) play-based learning approaches, (2) flexible and responsive classroom layouts, (3) effective teacher-child communication, and (4) the development of self-regulation through consistent routines. The findings reveal that effective classroom management enhances children’s engagement, reduces behavioral issues, and promotes an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere. This study underscores the importance of culturally relevant approaches and offers practical insights for educators, policymakers, and curriculum developers. It also highlights the need for continuous teacher training to improve classroom management competencies. By addressing gaps in the existing literature, this research contributes to the development of tailored frameworks for Indonesia’s diverse educational context, ultimately supporting improved learning outcomes for young children.

Abstract

In an increasingly advanced information age, digital technology and data analytics have become important pillars in effective decision making across a wide range of sectors. This journal aims to explore how digital technologies, including big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning, can be utilized to improve decision quality. Through a case study approach, we analyze several organizations that have successfully implemented these technologies in their decision making processes. The results show that the use of advanced data analytics enables organizations to unearth previously unreachable insights, improving the accuracy and speed of decision making. However, the research also identified several challenges, including the need for high analytical skills, data privacy concerns, and resistance to change in organizational culture. We found that to maximize the benefits of digital technologies, organizations need to adopt the right training strategies and create an environment that supports innovation. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of how digital technologies can change the way organizations make decisions, as well as practical recommendations for more effective implementation. The findings are expected to help organizational leaders and decision-makers formulate better strategies to face the challenges and opportunities of the digital age. This study uniquely contributes by examining the synergistic interaction between digital technology and data analytics in strategic decision-making across multiple sectors. This study contributes by identifying key factors that influence the effectiveness of digital technology and data analytics adoption in strategic decision making and offering practical recommendations for companies to enhance the adoption of these technologies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of technological innovation and work environment on employee performance at Tugu Perfect Farmers Group (KTGA), Division 1 PNDA Djuanda Sawit Lestari, with work discipline as an intervening variable. Technological innovation is expected to enhance efficiency and productivity, while a conducive work environment fosters employee motivation and job satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing path analysis with SmartPLS 3, to examine the relationships between variables based on data collected from 63 employees through a structured questionnaire. The results indicate that technological innovation has a significant and positive impact on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through improved work discipline. Similarly, the work environment has a positive impact on performance, with work discipline serving as a significant mediator. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated examination of work discipline as a mediating variable in the agricultural and plantation sector. This area has remained underexplored in previous research. The findings underscore the importance of integrating technological advancements with a sup- portive work environment and strong work discipline to enhance performance outcomes. Practically, this study provides actionable insights for human resource management, particularly for plantation-based companies, to develop strategic interventions that focus on employee adaptability, discipline, and moti- vation. It contributes to the literature by emphasizing the role of organizational culture and behavioral factors in enhancing employee performance through digital transformation and workplace improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota dan dampaknya dengan loyalitas anggota pada koperasi rias Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan data sukunder. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Koperasi Rias sudah baik. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara konstruk pelayanan terhadap konstruk kepuasan anggota. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh antara pelayanan terhadap konstruk loyalitas anggota, 2) Terdapat pengaruh antara konstuk pelayanan terhadap konstruk loyalitas anggota, 3) Terdapat pengaruh antara konstruk kepuasan terhadap konstruk loyalitas anggota, dan 4) Terdapat pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota dengan loyalitas anggota.

Abstract

Kinerja menjadi landasan yang sesungguhnya bagi organisasi karena tanpa adanya kinerja maka tujuan yang dimiliki oleh organisasi tidak dapat dicapai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Self-Efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan Di PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan Di PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sebagai responden yang berjumlah 32 orang karyawan . Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner . Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Outer Model, Reliabilty, Analisis Inner Model, dan Uji Hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0 untuk melakukan pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh Pengembangan Karir terhadap kinerja karyawan Di PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Lubuklinggau, 2) Terdapat pengaruh Self-Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Lubuklinggau, 3) Terdapat pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Self-Efficacy Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Lubuklinggau.
