Abstract

This study aims to analyze perceptions and expectations on SMIs and establish strategies and policies to develop SMI marketing performance. The sample used in this research was 200 SMIs registered in the Department of Industry and Trade of Bandung. The method used was quantitative methods, survey, and descriptive research. The data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with the Head of the Department of Industry and Trade and the business managers. The testsconducted werevalidity and reliability test,while the scale used was the Likert Scale. The strategy implementation was analysed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study show that the performance of food and non-food SMIs could be improved and developed.therefore, SMIs have to do several things, namely developing their marketing goals, developing their marketing areas, setting prices according to the packaging, developing their marketing channels, and maintaining product characteristics. The method of marketing used by the sample is good. The strategies used by food and non-food SMIs lie on the top priority quadrants by making continuous improvements so that the level of marketing performance increases. The sample developed its marketing objectives and marketing areas by taking into account the desires and needs of consumers. The business managers of food and nonfood SMIs should: improve their marketing method through concepts, strategies, and market intelligence as well as maximize the use of the internet. Meanwhile, future researchers are suggested to expand research locations and add innovation and creativity variables to obtain better and comprehensive results.

Abstract

Self-concept that describes employee behavior at work called self-evaluation can affect performance and competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-evaluation (self-esteem, self-efficacy, locus of control, and self-monitoring) of the performance's creative industry. The study used creative population industries. Sample researches were 40 persons as a manager or owner creative industry, proportional random sampling. The instrument test used validity and reliability test. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions were subsequently tested hypothesis by the F test and t-test. Based on multiple regressions analysis of the F test and t-test show that self-evaluation (self-esteem, self-efficacy, locus of control, and self-monitoring) simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on performance of creative industry. No research was found on self-evaluation of the performance of creative industry entrepreneurs. Government policies in providing a sense of business security and training of creativity are urgently needed by creative industry players to face competition in imported products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN). The research methods used were quantitative descriptive and verifiable with a saturated sample of 76 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple regression, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, and F test and t test. The results of the study show that partially and simultaneously work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Therefore, it is necessary to supervise work discipline more intensively and provide more work motivation, so that employee performance increases.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan satu diantara factor yang berdampak pada kesuksesan organisasi. Oleh sebab itu, setiap perusahaan berupaya mencapai kinerja karyawan yang tinggi, yang dapat dibentuk melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai yang mampu memberikan dukungan kepada karyawan berupa kompensasi yang sesuai serta pengembangan karir yang adil dan layak. Studi ini bermaksud mengetahui dan Analisa dampak variable gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi serta pengembangan karir pada kinerja karyawan. Teknik penelitian yang dipakai ialah teknik kuantitatif. Populasi pada studi ini sebanyak 41 karyawan dijadikan sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, pengamatan serta pembelajaran kepustakaan. Adapun teknik analisa informasi dilaksanakan menggunakan analisa regresi berganda, korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hotesis. Perolehan studi menggambarkan jika secara simultan dan parsial, gaya pemimpin, kompensasi serta pengembangan karir berdampak positif serta signifikasi pada kinerja.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) adalah aset utama dalam perusahaan yang berperan sebagai penggerak dan pengatur jalannya organisasi. Pengelolaan SDM yang baik, didukung oleh manajemen yang efektif, menjadi kunci untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan secara efisien sesuai visi dan misi. Selain itu, produktivitas karyawan menjadi faktor penting yang memberikan kontribusi langsung terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan. Produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi mencakup imbalan berupa gaji, insentif, dan tunjangan yang diberikan kepada karyawan atas kontribusinya. Lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, baik secara fisik maupun non-fisik, turut memengaruhi semangat dan efektivitas kerja karyawan. Sementara itu, kepuasan kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh penempatan kerja, hubungan antarpegawai, dan kompensasi yang adil akan mendorong produktivitas lebih tinggi. Studi pada perusahaan Visibel Cipta Kreasi, sebuah agensi digital yang menggunakan teknologi digital seperti media sosial dan website untuk pemasaran, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kompensasi yang adil, lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, serta peningkatan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Perusahaan juga perlu terus mengevaluasi produktivitas karyawan guna mempertahankan daya saing dalam era digital dan perdagangan bebas yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and ability on business performance by considering the role of organizational commitment as an intervening variable in snack food MSMEs located in Central Bogor District. The samples used in this study were all snack food MSMEs that were actively registered and assisted by the Bogor City Cooperative and SME Office, with a total of 108 MSME units. The approach used in this research is descriptive and verification, with data analysis using the path analysis method. The results showed that motivation and ability have a direct and positive influence on organizational commitment and on business performance. In addition, organizational commitment acts as an intermediary variable in the relationship between motivation and ability to business performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that business actors can further improve motivation, ability, and organizational commitment to encourage more effective business performance improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to assess employee perceptions and examine the direct effects of work motivation and employee engagement on organizational commitment, as well as the direct effects of work motivation, employee engagement, and organizational commitment on employee performance. It also investigates the indirect role of organizational commitment in mediating the impact of work motivation and employee engagement on employee performance. Using path analysis and a sample of 132 respondents, the study found that work motivation and employee engagement significantly influence organizational commitment. Additionally, all three variables—work motivation, employee engagement, and organizational commitment—directly affect employee performance. Organizational commitment also serves as a mediating factor between both work motivation and employee engagement on employee performance. Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan sektor strategis yang berperan penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan berkelanjutan. PT. Agrowisata PTPN 1 Gunung Mas sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata alam menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan ulang akibat rendahnya kepuasan pengunjung terhadap daya tarik dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik wisata dan fasilitas terhadap minat kunjungan ulang dengan kepuasan pengunjung sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel, serta uji Sobel untuk menguji pengaruh mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik wisata dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap minat kunjungan ulang melalui kepuasan pengunjung. Namun, terdapat beberapa indikator dengan nilai terendah seperti atraksi, fasilitas utama, keluhan, serta ajakan untuk berkunjung kembali. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas atraksi, fasilitas, serta penanganan keluhan menjadi aspek penting yang perlu ditingkatkan oleh pengelola destinasi guna membangun kepuasan dan loyalitas pengunjung secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of work environment, workload, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach based on both primary and secondary data. The sampling technique applied is simple random sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The analytical methods used include descriptive-verificative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) simultaneously, the work environment, workload, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) partially, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) partially, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The role of Human Resources is very important to achieve company goals. Therefore, every company is required to increase employee work productivity in order to compete with other similar companies. This study aims to determine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of work discipline on employee work productivity through motivation at PT. Karya Sabar Mandiri. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Karya Sabar Mandiri as many as 52 employees using saturated sampling techniques, which were analyzed using IBM SPSS with the path analysis method. The results of the study showed that work discipline had a direct positive and significant effect on motivation, work discipline had a direct positive and significant effect on work productivity, motivation had a direct positive and significant effect on work productivity, work discipline had an indirect positive and significant effect on work productivity through motivation. Based on these findings, it is recommended that employees can improve their work discipline and motivation in each employee to increase their work productivity.
