Abstract

Pelatihan pengembangan ketrampilan dan manajemen usaha sebagai bentuk program kreativitas masyarakat bagi usaha mikro kecil menengah makanan dengan bahan dasar beras ketan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan dua mitra yang memiliki kemauan dan bersedia menjadi mitra binaan. Hasil program kreativitas masyarakat adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan, simulasi serta praktik antara lain: 1) pengetahuan pengawet dan pewarna alami makanan serta kehalalan produk; 2) pengetahuan kewirausahaan; 3) pengetahuan program e-smart UMKM dengan marketplace; 4) risiko bisnis; 5) praktik pembukuan: 6) kreativitas dan inovasi bagi usaha mikro kecil menengah sangat bermanfaat dalam memberikan motivasi dan memanfaatkan peluang usaha serta informasi dalamĀ  pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Program kreativitas masyarakat ini sebagai bentuk pelaksanaan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi bagi Universitas Djuanda dan menyambung tali silaturami antara perguruan tinggi dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

The success of a company or organization is highly dependent on the activities and creativity of the resources within the company or organization. Human resources are one of the most important factors in a company to achieve company goals because the success or failure of the company in achieving its goals depends heavily on the ability of human resources or employee performance in completing their duties. Therefore, employee performance has an important role for the company to achieve its goals because good employee performance will produce good quality. This study aims to analyze and identify the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor. The subjects of this study were 46 employees of PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor as sample member. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling with the sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The form of this research is descriptive and verification. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work discipline, work motivation, and work environment simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is a result that a person achieves in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities given to him based on skills, experience and perseverance and time at work. Given the influence of training, work motivation provided by the company and work discipline carried out by employees, so that employee performance can increase in an effort to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with a quantitative approach. The total sample size was 43 people. The results in this study indicate that training, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while partially each variable of training, work motivation and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, workload and work ability on employee turnover intention at PT Pendidikan Maritim Dan Logistik Indonesia (Pmli) Bogor. Before an employee takes a turnover action, it is usually preceded by turnover intention. In this research, the cause of the employee's desire to stop working is thought to be leadership that is not working well, too much workload and a mismatch in abilities and job duties. Sampling of 100 employees was carried out using proportional stratified random sampling. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F test and t test. The results of this research show that the variables of leadership, workload and work ability simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Meanwhile, partially leadership and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention and work ability has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention.

Abstract

Creative SMEs in Bogor face increasingly sharp competition, both from domestic and foreign products. To support creative SMEs in producing quality products, the role of intellectual capital is very important. Intellectual capital plays a role in improving employee performance and in the long term will influence the performance of SMEs. Apart from that, this capital can be used as a tool to evaluate employee performance so that companies can anticipate the needs of SMEs in the future. This research aims to determine the extent to which the quality of intellectual capital meets the satisfaction and expectations of Creative SME managers as well as strategies for developing the quality of intellectual capital. Data collection was carried out through observations, distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis uses the IPA (Importance Performance Index) method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with the number of respondents being 100 Creative UKM managers. The results of the IPA analysis of 43 attributes show that the information system in providing accurate and up-to-date data as well as production SOPs must be evaluated and improved. Apart from that, the speed of the transaction processing performance also needs to be improved. Based on the gap analysis between actual performance and expectations, it shows that the level of conformity between performance and expectations in intellectual capital is in the very suitable category. The intellectual capital development strategy includes conducting training on e-commerce for creative SME entrepreneurs and preparing SOPs related to SME operational functions.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how knowledge and business abilities influence the performance of shoe micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kebon Kembang Market, Bogor City. All shoe MSME players in the market are the objects of research. In this study, the population was 48 business people. The sampling was 48 business people where the sample was determined through census or saturated sampling. This research uses quantitative methods. Data analysis uses various statistical tests, including validity, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, multiple correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the research show that knowledge and business abilities have quite a big influence on the performance of shoe MSMEs in the Kebon Kembang Market. Around 63.1% of MSME performance can be explained by knowledge and business ability factors. Knowledge and business abilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain and examine the impact of competitive advantage and entrepreneurial spirit on business performance in culinary MSMEs located in Cimahpar Village. With a saturated sample, the population of this study consisted of 70 culinary business actors in Cimahpar Village in 2022. A questionnaire was used to collect primary data, and multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. The findings demonstrated that competitive advantage and an entrepreneurial mindset were positively and significantly correlated with company success. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui dan menguji apakah keunggulan bersaing dan jiwa kewirausahaan pengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM kuliner yang berlokasi di Desa Cimahpar. Dengan sampel jenuh, populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 70 pelaku usaha kuliner di Desa Cimahpar pada tahun 2022. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan bersaing dan jiwa kewirausahaan berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT BIJAK Bogor Learning Center Unit either simultaneously or partially. Questionnaires were distributed to 101 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicated that all questions were stated to be valid and reliable. The results of multiple correlation analysis stated that there were very strong relationships between discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT BIJAK, the result of the coefficient of determination can be explained by 70.8%. The multiple regression analysis F test (simultaneous) states that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT WISE. The results of the t (partial) test state that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BIJAK Bogor Learning Center Unit.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kompensasi serta lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 52 karyawan PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 52 orang dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data ordinal yang diubah menjadi data metrik berskala interval menggunakan Method of Successive Interval (MSI). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif, serta analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dan Sobel Test untuk variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan positif kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan, pengaruh langsung dan positif lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan, serta pengaruh langsung dan positif kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Gunung Endut Village in Kalapanunggal, Sukabumi, is known as a place that often produces cassava. Cassava which is rich in carbohydrates and nutrients has become an important basic ingredient for UMKM in this village, especially for the production of cassava chips. Taking action steps carried out by the Community Service (PkM) program team from the Faculty of Economics and Business after seeing the available potential, Team PkM Djuanda University Bogor created a new product called "Stik Si Endut" in the form of innovative frozen cheese cassava sticks. The purpose of this activity is to provide an explanation to UMKM actors regarding the production process of frozen cheese cassava sticks, improving branding, packaging, and distribution strategies through the consignment marketing system. Through preparation and survey stage, counseling, and evaluation methods, this activity is expected to improve skills, product innovation, and the local economy in Gunung Endut Village. This research shows that there is a great opportunity for the diversification of cassava products in the village, with a focus on increasing added value and economic development of the local community.
