Abstract

MSMEs have an important role to national development, so it needs to get the attention of government and society. This study aims to assesses the effect of government policy and the involvement of stakeholders (educational institutions, financial institutions, cooperatives, business associations, and NGOs) on the performance of MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative method, regression and correlation analysis. Results show that the government has paid special attention to MSMEs through Law No. 20 of 2008, as well as through the Cooperative and MSMEs service office. Involvement of stakeholders in training, coaching, mentoring, funding, and partnerships have played an important role in improving MSMEs performance. MSMEs hope that the government would amend laws and regulations, such as low taxes, simple bureaucracy and easy administrative procedures, would also assist their competitiveness. MSMEs also needs the sustainable involvement of stakeholders for their empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health safety programs and physical work conditions on the performance of production department employees at PT Bahagia Jaya Sejahtera. The population and sample amounted to 36 employees in the production section at PT Bahagia Jaya Sejahtera. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. Instrument testing is done with validity and reliability. Analysis of research data includes multiple regression analysis, correlation and simultaneous and partial significance tests. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis the occupational health safety program and physical work environment conditions have a positive and significant effect on performance and the F test results state that simultaneous occupational health safety programs and physical work environment conditions affect employee performance. While the results of the test state that workload and work environment partially affect employee performance Increased workload within the limits of the ability of employees can improve employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is a reflection of employee work that determines the achievement of company goals. Performance optimization can be achieved through increasing motivation, competence, and work environment. This research is aimed at analyzing performance that is determined by motivation, competence, and work environment, both simultaneously and partially. The research design applies descriptive and verification approaches. Used multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis which is then tested by hypothesis. The results showed that motivation, competence, and work environment had a positive and real effect on employee performance. In contrast, partially motivation and competence had a positive and tangible impact on employee performance, except the work environment had no influence. It is recommended to appreciate the performance, communication skills, and work cycle activities that are oriented towards improving discipline.

Abstract

Business competition is getting tougher, both locally and globally, requiring companies to increase their productivity with the right strategy. The optimal level of employee productivity will have a positive influence on the company's production and operational activities, both now and in the future. Employee training is one way to increase employee productivity. In addition to training, employee discipline can also increase employee productivity. The purpose of this study is to identify training programs and find out how much influence training and work discipline have on agribusiness company productivity. The object of research is the agribusiness company Packing Section employees. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations and literature studies. Prior to data analysis, the instrument questionnaire items were processed with validity and reliability tests. Then analyzed with descriptive analysis, linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the Packing Section employee training was carried out with the apprenticeship method and aimed at improving skills in using small machines to cut vegetables, knowledge of chemical use and firefighting training, and instructors from internal company. Research concludes that training has a significant effect on employee productivity, while work discipline has no significant effect on employee productivity. However, simultaneous training and work discipline have a significant effect on employee productivity

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap CSR di Kecamatan Citeureup, Kabupaten Bogor. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian verifikatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data penelitian mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, serta uji signifikansi secara simultan dan parsial. Dalam menerapkan CSR, perusahaan umumnya melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat, baik sebagai objek maupun subjek program CSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dan kepuasan masyarakat mempunyai pengaruh terhadap CSR. Persepsi masyarakat dan kepuasan masyarakat juga mempunyai hubungan positif dan sangat kuat dengan CSR.

Abstract

Peranan strategis usaha mikro kecil dan menengah masih terkendala lemahnya daya saing produk dan permodalan serta kurangnya manajemen antara stakeholder dengan para pelaku usaha yang saat ini masing-masingĀ stakeholderĀ UMKM masih berjalan terpisah. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh keterlibatan stakeholder (lembaga pendidikan, lembaga keuangan, koperasi, dan asosiasi usaha) terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sampel penelitian yaitu 100 UMKM di Kota Bogor dengan klasifikasi 62 pengurus UMKM di bidang kuliner, 21 di bidang fashion, dan 17 di bidang kerajinan dengan menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif, pendekatan kuantitatif, dan metode verifikatif. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, korelasi berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Simpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian ialah adanya pengaruh signifikan antara keterlibatan stakeholder (lembaga pendidikan, lembaga keuangan, koperasi, dan asosiasi usaha) terhadap kinerja UMKM. Peranan dari masing-masing stakeholder sangat diperlukan demi meningkatkan kemajuan UMKM dan dukungan dari pihak-pihak terkait akan membantu memajukan usaha terutama usaha mikro dan kecil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Han Ul Jaya Garment. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian yang bersifat verifikatif dan deskriptif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data adalah penyebaran kuesioner tertutup kepada karyawan PT. HJG (Han Ul Jaya Garment) dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 79 karyawan. Hasil penelitian stres kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. HJG (Han Ul Jaya Garment). Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan selain stres kerja dan kenemimpinan diantaranya lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud memverifikasi pengaruh faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada MTs dan SMK Terpadu YAPISA Megamendung Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini digolongkan pada penelitian yang bersifat verifikatif serta deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 47 guru pada MTs dan SMK Terpadu YAPISA Megamendung-Kabupaten Bogor. Data primer dan sekunder adalah data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan serta positif terhadap komitmen organisasi pada MTs dan SMK Terpadu Yapisa Megamendung Kabupaten Bogor, secara parsial kepuasan pekerjaan, gaji, promosi, supervisi, rekan kerja serta kondisi kerja berpengaruh signifikan serta positif pada komitmen organisasi. Untuk penelitian berikutnya disarankan menganalisa berkaitan faktor-faktor yang akan menaikkan komitmen organisasi selain faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja yaitu pengalaman kerja, karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik struktur, interaksi tugas.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most influential factors in the company's work system. Compensation, leadership style, and a good work environment can motivate employees to work harder and employee performance productivity will increase. So the company must be able to pay attention to compensation, leadership style and work environment conditions. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style, and work environment, on the performance of employees of PT XYZ. This research data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires to 41 employees. The results of this study based on the results of validity and reliability tests show that all indicators are declared valid and reliable. Simultaneously compensation, leadership style, work environment, affect the performance of PT XYZ employees. While partially all independent variables affect employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine employee responses and to analyze the direct and indirect influence of competence and work environment on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable in the production division of PT. XYZ Tbk Bogor. The number of samples in this study was 78 people using probability sampling techniques. This research uses path analysis data analysis techniques. Testing the data using the SPSS program version 22. The results showed that the employee's response to performance and competence was in the very good category, and the employee's response to the work environment and work motivation was included in the good category. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing prove that competence and work environment have a direct and significant effect on work motivation. Competence, work environment and work motivation have a direct and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, competence and work environment indirectly have no significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.
