Abstract

Career development and a strong organizational culture are believe to enhance job satisfaction, which in turns encourages to remain with the company. This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and organizational culture on employee retention, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, at PT Graha Karya Informasi. a descriptive quantitative approach was employed, involving 181 respondents, and the data were analyzed using path analysis. The results show that career development and organizational culture have a direct and positive effect on both job satisfaction and employee retention. Job satisfaction also has a direct and positive impact on employee retention, and it indireclty mediates the relationship between career development and organizational culture with employee retention. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company strengthen career development programs and foster an organizational culture that supports job satisfaction and increases employees’ intention to remain with the organization.

Abstract

The aim of it is to analyse the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and motivation on business performance through organisational commitment in snack food MSMEs in East Bogor Sub-district, which has implications for improving business performance. The method used in this research is quantitative. The total sample in this study was 100 respondents using nonprobability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods. The research data collected from the results of filling out the questionnaire and was analysed with path analysis techniques and the Sobel test. The research results show that: (1) entrepreneurial orientation and motivation have a direct and positive influence on organisational commitment and business performance; (2) organisational commitment has a direct and positive impact on business performance; (3) entrepreneurial orientation and motivation have an indirect and positive impact on business performance through organisational commitment.

Abstract

The success of a company or organization is highly dependent on the activities and creativity of the resources within the company or organization. Human resources are one of the most important factors in a company to achieve company goals because the success or failure of the company in achieving its goals depends heavily on the ability of human resources or employee performance in completing their duties. Therefore, employee performance has an important role for the company to achieve its goals because good employee performance will produce good quality. This study aims to analyze and identify the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor. The subjects of this study were 46 employees of PT. Jayamandiri Gemasejati Bogor as sample member. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling with the sampling technique used is saturation sampling. The form of this research is descriptive and verification. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work discipline, work motivation, and work environment simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Employee performance is a result that a person achieves in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities given to him based on skills, experience and perseverance and time at work. Given the influence of training, work motivation provided by the company and work discipline carried out by employees, so that employee performance can increase in an effort to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the effect of training, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with a quantitative approach. The total sample size was 43 people. The results in this study indicate that training, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while partially each variable of training, work motivation and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tanggapan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk, citra merk, promosidan kepuasan public serta kualitas produk, clu dari promosi dan Keputusan perubahan baik dari manajemen : 1) tanggapan konsumen mengenai kualitas produk, citra merek, promosi dan keputusan pembelian dalam pembelian teh S-tee pada Sinar Sosro Cabang Bogor. 2) pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan promosi secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian teh S-tee pada Sinar Sosro Cabang Bogor.3) pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan promosi secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian teh S-tee pada Sinar Sosro Cabang Bogor. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriftif dan verikatif, serta menggunakan kuesioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen teh S-tee Pada Sinar Sosro Cabang Bogor dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen teh S-tee Pada Sinar Sosro Cabang Bogor mengenai kualitas produk, citra merek dan promosi. Alat analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian bahwa tanggapan konsumen terhadap variabel kualitas produk, citra merek, promosi termasuk kategori baik. Tanggapan konsumen terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian termasuk kategori tinggi. Secara simultan kualitas produk, citra merek dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian teh S-tee Pada Sinar Sosro Cabang Bogor. Sedangkan secara parsial kualitas produk, citra merek dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian teh S-tee Pada Sinar Sosro Cabang Bogor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the perception and satisfaction of the community to CSR and its impact on socioeconomic in Bogor regency. Questionnairewere distributed to 250 respondents . Likert scale was used prior to testing with multiple regression. The results showed that the implementation of CSR programs in Bogor has been done quite effectively. Perception and satisfaction of the community have an influence simultaneously and partially on CSR. The CSR activities in education, health , environment , increasing of desire and basic human needs and security simultaneously have influences towards the socio-economic communities. Partially, education has no effect on socioeconomic condition. The implementation strategy of using Importance Performance Analysis ( IPA ). The strategies which have been generated are 1 ) making ongoing improvements so that the performance attributes ( CSR programs expectancy ) will be increased ; 2 ) maintaining so that the performance will not be declined; 3 ) should be managed seriously because community usually can lead to a disappointment ; 4 ) evaluating all activitiesKeywords : CSR program, Community Satisfaction and Social Economic of the community

Abstract

This study aims to identify the direct and indirect effects of job skills and compensation on teacher productivity through work discipline at Phatnawitya School, Yala, Thailand. Employing a quantitative approach with descriptive and verificative methods, data collection involved primary and secondary sources through literature review and field studies. Path analysis was utilized, with a sample of 65 teachers selected via saturation sampling. Findings indicate that job skills directly influence work discipline, while compensation directly impacts work discipline. Job skills also directly affect teacher productivity, as does compensation. Additionally, work discipline directly affects teacher productivity and mediates the relationship between job skills, compensation, and teacher productivity.

Abstract

Local potential-oriented tourism development is important for increasing income and welfare. In addition to increasing income, this development also aims to attract tourists to visit by enjoying everything that is served and providing comfort and safety at tourist sites. However, Ciwaluh Tourism Village is still low in the application of safety in tourist attractions. Tourism development through this Thematic KKN program is carried out with steps consisting of preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. The program to be implemented in this activity is the making of warning boards, making rental permit boards, making trash bins and making financial reports. Activities have been realized with outputs in the form of warning boards, rental permit boards, trash bins and books for recording financial reports.
