Kearifan lokal hampir punah karena tidak diwariskan dengan baik kepada generasi muda pribumi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi pengetahuan siswa tentang kearifan lokal sebagai pemuda di sebuah sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) madani Desa Urug Bogor. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan PRA (participation rural appraisal). Pendekatan ini dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa masyarakat adat dan pemuda serta ilmuwan harus dilibatkan dalam penyelesaian masalah tersebut. Beberapa langkah yang dilakukan antara lain melakukan FGD dan wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat dan tokoh adat untuk mengetahui permasalahan sosial dan budaya pertanian yang ada pada masyarakat adat. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mencari responden yang cocok untuk dijadikan objek pemberdayaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa responden yang berada di dalam kelas, baik responden perempuan maupun laki-laki, tidak memahami dan tidak mengetahui istilah-istilah yang berkaitan dengan kearifan lokal. Pertanyaan yang diberikan secara langsung adalah menanyakan apa yang dimaksud dengan bintang kidang. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi awal pengetahuan pemuda terhadap kearifan lokal yang dimilikinya. Alasan yang diberikan mengapa mereka tidak mengerti adalah karena mereka belum pernah mendengar istilah tersebut. Selanjutnya diberikan pertanyaan kedua yaitu seluruh peserta yang hadir ditanya tentang “makna mipit amit ngala kudu menta”. Pertanyaan ini juga tidak memberikan jawaban, kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pemuda tersebut tidak mengetahui arti dari meminta izin sebelum melakukan kegiatan pertanian.

Tujuan dar penelitian n untuk mengetahu pengaruh motivas dan Etos Kerja terhadap kualitas kerja kayarawan PT. Otomitra Tegar Mandir Bogor. Dengan metode penelitian berupa pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regres linear berganda. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik sensus yaitu keseluruhan populas dijadikan sampel (responden) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 responden. Penelitian n menggunakan SPSS 17 for windows. Hasil analisis regres diperoleh koefisien untuk variabel motivas sebesar 0,530 ; untuk variabel etos kerja sebesar 0,471 ; dengan konstanta sebesar -1,898 sehingga model persamaan regres yang diperoleh adalah sebaga berikut: Y = -1,989 + 0,530X1 + 0,471X2. Sedangkan hasil motivas terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nila t hitung sebesar 3.210 dan p value (Sig) sebesar 0.000 yang d atas alpha 5%. Artinya bahwa motivas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan d PT. Otomitra Tegar Mandiri. Sehingga hasil hipotesis 1 d terima. Sedangkan pengaruh etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nila t hitung 0,471 dan p value (Sig) sebesar 0.064 yang d bawah alpha 5%. Artinya bahwa etos kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Otomitra Tegar Mandiri. Sehingga hasil hipotesis 2 d tolak. Pada penelitian n maka variabel yang dominan mempengaruh kualitas karyawan adalah variabel motivasi.

The This writer aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Cap Lang Eucalyptus Aromatherapy Oil at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 61 people consisting of customers at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor who filled out the questionnaires that were distributed. Data collection techniques by means of field research as for observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothetical tests, namely partial tests and simultaneous tests. The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions. The research results obtained (1) multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.387 + 0.289 + 0.426 and (2) simultaneous hypothesis f test with fcount of 67.378 with a ftable value of 3.156 meaning there is a significant influence between product quality (X1) and brand image (X2) there is a purchase decision (Y). (3) There is a partial effect of product quality with product quality getting a value of t: 2.503 and brand image partially with a value of t: 2.731. Thus it can be concluded that product quality and brand image influ-ence the purchasing decision of Cap Lang Eucalyptus Aromatherapy Oil at PT. Surya Donasin Bogor.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Layanan Drive Thru McDonald’s Semplak, Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan data primer yang didapat dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner kepada 100 orang pengunjung Mcdonald’s Semplak, Bogor. Prosedur penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience simple random sampling. Hasil analisis penelitian menggunakan SPSS versi 20 dengan hasil analisis sebagai berikut Y = 9.576 + 0.405 X1 + 0.340 X2. Ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Didukung dengan kofesien determinasi sebesar 0.732. Nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (55.918 > 3.09) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variable kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Layanan Drive Thru McDonald’s Semplak, Bogor.

This study aims to find moral, social and religious values as well as the environment in silat tapak suci. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The selection of research subjects with purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using in-dept interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that members are conducted some behaviour such as ablution activities, prayers, short lectures or cults, reading Al-Fatihah letters, and closing prayers and there was another advisory activity at the end of the silat practice. Another finding is that players are not allowed to hit sensitive parts such as the neck, but are allowed to hit the waist, both the right and left and the chest to the stomach. Even if the opponent has fallen then it cannot be hit. At the same time there is a natural environment value because when there is a level up test, members will be brought camping close to nature both in forest areas and river banks. Silat is also healthy because using the right moves will expend energy and be healthy for the heart, lungs and other body parts.

K-POP culture is not native to Indonesia but comes from Korea. This study aims to determine the impact of K-Pop culture on the behavior of school children from the teacher's point of view. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. Meanwhile, respondents were selected by using a purposive technique, namely setting a sample with various considerations. This study chose teachers as respondents. The results showed the spread of K-pop culture through social media such as Facebook and Instagram and the world of digitalization such as Tik-Tok. Friends also influence the spread of K-pop because other friends will follow the behavior of their friends. Then, K-pop culture has the potential to erode local culture such as angklung and jaipongan in Sundanese society because generations of school children can prefer K-pop culture. This condition is influenced by the role of parents. When parents are literate in Sundanese local culture and make that culture into life behavior, the children at home will follow the example. Likewise in schools, when schools instill local culture, school children will participate in that culture. Simultaneously, the community environment supports local culture, so there will be filtration of culture from abroad. But it is not wrong to learn about other cultures. K-pop also generates economic value because salons as a place to change hairstyles will sell well, and Korean-style fashion will also sell and grow Korean food and beverage cuisine

The purpose of this study was to find the positive and negative impacts of online learning on students' behavior in playing games. At the same time to find the best method for students not to spend time playing games and the role of parents to control student behavior. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and sampling method with purposive technique. While the sampling method used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that when learning online, students will participate in playing games, causing students to be lazy to study, undisciplined, enter online classes, and students' behavior becomes aggressive towards negative because they lose playing games. Games also have a positive impact as entertainment for students and learn strategies in problem-solving and educate the brain. Another finding is that online learning causes obesity and eye disease in students due to radiation exposure. Parents play an active role in controlling behavior by diverting children to find positive things such as children being told to look for language lessons online so that time is spent studying compared than playing games and social media. Parents should be friends with children and listen to children so that children are close to their parents.Keywords: Electronic device, game advantage, game detrimental, parent, covid-19

Tiktok has become a part of life in today's digital era. This study aims to find out the negative and positive effects of TikTok on school children. This study uses a qualitative method. The sampling technique was carried out purposively, namely school teachers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. The sample was selected through a purposive technique. The results were carefully examined through triangulation and source triangulation techniques. The results show that Tiktok is a digital literacy method for students so they can keep up with the times. Tiktok is also a fairly good learning medium for students when the content of TikTok includes religious lectures, religious values, and moral values that exist in religion. Even TikTok is useful as an interesting learning medium for students during a pandemic when teachers use TikTok as material for distributing material. The features of TikTok make the material interesting for children because of the many color combinations, music, and not boring. Plus there are economic values because TikTok is also a trading medium for many people. This is a trigger for entrepreneurship education for students. However, TikTok also has a bad impact on children because school children can spend time playing TikTok, spending cellphone credit, being lazy, and following the TikTok style that is not following religious teachings. The attitude of children who are still imitating can imitate what is seen on TikTok. For this reason, parents play a role in supervising children by looking at the history of what children open on their cellphones and giving understanding to which children are worthy to be seen and which are not

Suatu perusahaan dikatakan berhasil di dalam marketing apabila perusahaan tersebut dapat memasarkan barang-barangnya secara luas dan merata dengan mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal. Hal yang tidak kalah penting bagi perusahaan adalah masalah perkembangan atau tren dari jumlah pedagang eceran (retailer) dan pedagang besar (wholesaler) karena hal ini memegang peranan dalam memperluas pemasaran produk perusahaan. Penelitian bermaksud untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan distribusi produk teh botol sosro dan pengaruh saluran distribusi terhadap pencapaian target penjualan pada PT Sinar Sosro Kantor Penjualan Cibinong.Dari hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara saluran distribusi terhadap pencapaian target penjualan dengan hasil korelasi sebesar 0,517, dan besar kontribusi yang diberikan saluran distribusi terhadap pencapaian target penjualan sebesar 26,7%.
