Abstract

Kebun bibit kediri is one of the tourism destinations that offers a variety of attractive tourist objects for visitors from various regions. This study aims to identify the factors that affect the satisfaction of visitors to kebun bibit kediri. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research activity was all visitors to kebun bibit kediri tour during the Covid 19 pandemic. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely selecting respondents based on certain criteria. The number of research samples were 80 respondents. Methods of data collection using literature study, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The research instrument was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using factor analysis. . The results showed that based on the factor analysis that had been carried out, it could be grouped. five factors of concern to the manager, namely 1). service quality factor, 2). Emotional factor, 3). Product quality factors, .4). public facilities factor, 5) price factor. but the dominant factor is the service quality factor. By looking at the existing conditions during the covid  19 conditions, it is hoped that the management will increase the factors that can increase the income of kebun bibit kediri.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu pemberdayaan warga untuk bertani dengan menggunakan pupuk organik limbah cincau hitam. Kegiatan pengabdian terdiri dari tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Islam Kadiri (UNISKA) yang bekerjasama dengan pabrik UD Rahmat Sejahtera Anugerah (RSA). Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2021. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan antara lain alat pencacah limbah, siler, kemasan pupuk organik, kotoran ternak, sekam bakar, efektif mikroorganisme 4 (EM-4) dan gula merah. Luaran kegiatan yang diharapkan berupa warga dan pengusaha limbah cincau dapat memanfaatkan limbah cincau hitam sebagai pupuk organik yang dapat menyehatkan lingkungan warga di desa Ngronggo dan Rejomulyo Kota Kediri. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu warga mulai bertanam sayuran di dalam polybag pada pekarangan rumah masing-masing dengan komoditas tanaman sayuran seperti terong lalap. Selain itu. program pemberdayaan warga ini dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup sehat, dapat menghijaukan desa serta menjadikan penerima manfaat dari limbah cincau hitam dari pabrik UD RSA.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas, desain, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mebel secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mebel; (2) desain produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mebel; (3) harga produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mebel; (4) kualitas, desain, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mebel; Implikasi hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi manajerial khususnya pada aspek pemasaran produk mebel. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan manajer UD Mebel Al Barokah tentang variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk mebel, yaitu : kualitas produk, desain produk, dan harga produk. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya adalah menguji variabel lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk mebel di UD Mebel Al Barokah seperti : promosi, inovasi produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan  kepercayaan konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Fasilitas Kantor, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kelurahan Bawang Kota Kediri. Adapun variabel penelitian ini adalah Faisilitas Kantor (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan pertimbangan seluruh karyawan Kelurahan Bawang Kota Kediri yang berjumlah 37 orang berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 22.0 dengan menggunkan taraf signifikan sebesar 5% atau 0,05 dengan hasil (1) secara parsial fasilitas kantor tidak berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,115 > 0,05 yang berarti H1 ditolak dan Ho1 diterima. (2) secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05 yang berarti H2 diterima dan Ho2 ditolak. (3) secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H3 diterima dan Ho3 ditolak. (4) secara simultan fasilitas kantor, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signfikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti Ha4 diterima dan Ho4 ditolak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, pengawasan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi studi kasus pada PT. Nabatex Kecamatan Mojo Kabupaten Kediri. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Motivasi (X1), Pengawasan (X2), Budaya Kerja (X3), Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan Lingkungan Kerja (Z). Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan PT. Nabatex Kecamatan Mojo Kabupaten Kediri melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 46 responden dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi tidak berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengawasan tidak berpengaruh langsung namun secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh langsung namun secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh langsung namun secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap Lingkungan Kerja. Pengawasan berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja Budaya organisasi juga tidak berpengaruh langsung namun secara positif dan signifikan terhadap lingkungan kerja. Tidak berpengaruh langsungnya secara positif dan negatif variabel Motivasi, Pengawasan, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ini membuat Lingkungan Kerja sebagai moderating tidak dapat berpengaruh tidak langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Pengawasan, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to process dry bamboo leaves into liquid smoke using pyrolysis techniques. Methods of activity in the form of counseling, training, and mentoring. Participants in the activity were 30 residents of Mejono Village. The resulting product is grade 3 liquid smoke. The effectiveness of the activity is measured using the Pre-test and Post-Test values. The results show an increase in knowledge, production skills, and marketing skills for liquid smoke products. This activity can be an inspiration, motivation, and ongoing activity for the tourism management team to process dried bamboo leaf waste into liquid smoke products that can provide added value for the Gronjongwariti water tourism manager and farmers in Mejono Village.

Abstract

During the Covid 19 pandemic, entrepreneurship learning activities in universities were carried out boldly. This is a challenge for lecturers to design technology-based entrepreneurship learning that can increase student motivation in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to produce a technopreneurship learning design model for UNISKA Kediri students with a scientific approach. This type of research is a development research using the 4D model consisting of: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The stages of research activities consist of: 1) problem problems, needs analysis and learning analysis; 2) scientific technopreneurship cooperation approach; 3) scientific technopreneurship business plan design; 4) products (prototypes of goods or services), 5) job evaluation. The results showed that the technopreneurship learning design was very feasible to use. From the measurement results of the three expert validators, the measurement results (p) is greater than or equal to 3.93 and less than 4 with the very valid category. The application of technopreneurship learning received a positive response from students and was able to increase the entrepreneurial motivation of UNISKA Kediri students in 2020. The development of technopreneurship learning designs still needs to be carried out through a process of creativity and innovation supported by the use of learning technology in its application. To produce a technopreneurship learning output product that has high selling value, it is necessary to interact with the university and other stakeholders such as: local government, investors, industry, business organizations, and the technopreneur community.

This study aims to analyze the five dimensions of internationalization strategy including market entry, target market strategy, time strategy, allocation strategy, and coordination strategy that supports MSME business growth in Indonesia. There have been no studies that have reviewed this topic using bibliometric analysis. Our analysis includes 180 journal articles published in Scopus, Google Scholar, and Crossref between 2018 – 2023. Researchers use VOSviewer software to classify and visualize research results. Research findings show that Indonesian MSME players combine several internationalization strategies such as market entry strategies, target market strategies, allocation strategies, and coordination strategies synergistically through e-commerce development so that they can help exploit existing competitive advantages or create new competitive advantages in the international market. Research on time strategies and allocation strategies has not been explored much, therefore this can be raised as a further research topic. The implications of this research present a bibliometric analysis of the dimensions of Indonesia's MSME internationalization strategy and propose future research directions.

Abstract

Occupational health safety is urgently needed at this time in accordance with the new normal rules of the Covid-19 health protocol, in order to remain productive and economic activities run healthily and safely by prioritizing preventive measures. The purpose of this study was to find out how to apply occupational safety and health in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic at PT. Telkom Access Kediri. This research is qualitative research using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The result is the implementation of the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) policy in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Telkom Access Kediri has in fact been running optimally. PT. Telkom Access Kediri implements a policy of sanctions on employees who violate company regulations, as well as PT. Telkom Access Kediri conducts periodic evaluations on the implementation of K3 policies in all units.
