Abstract

Marketing communication through digital promotions using social media is very important for the success of digital marketing. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of social media Instagram and WhatsApp in digital marketing activities at Janlekoh Kitchen. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data was obtained from informants through observation, interviews and documentation using purposive sampling and snowballing sampling techniques. The subjects of this research are business owners, managers, employees and customers of the Janlekoh Kitchen catering business. Research data analysis uses content analysis and source triangulation. Research findings show that Instagram and WhatsApp social media are effectively used to support digital promotional activities (product visualization, scheduled promotions), understand demographics and consumer behavior, get direct feedback from consumers so that it can be used to improve products and services. WhatsApp social media can support efficient communication with customers, especially in order and reservation activities, confirmation and order updates. WhatsApp groups can support effective internal coordination between team members and operational efficiency of business activities. Research findings show that social media Instagram and WhatsApp produce a significant impact on customer loyalty such as: building customer relationships, increasing customer engagement and brand loyalty, maintaining relationships with customers during and after purchase. The challenges found were data security issues, digital content management, scheduling of content presentation, customer relationship management, and developing sustainable digital communication strategies. This research is useful for practitioners and researchers on digital marketing topics in the catering industry.

Abstract

The study aims to assess how price, product quality, and promotion affect purchase decisions on Lestari Eco Tulungagung. Primary data are gathered through questionnaire distribution, supplemented by secondary data from a literature review. The population consists of all consumers of Lestari Eco Tulungagung, with a sample of 100 respondents selected employing the Accidental Sampling method. Employing a quantitative approach, the research utilizes data analysis methods including instrument testing, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. Analysis conducted using SPSS version 27 indicates that both collectively and individually, price, product quality, and promotion significantly impact purchase decisions on Lestari Eco Tulungagung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work culture, work environment, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance using the Resource-Based View theory approach. The design of this study is quantitative associative. The population of this study were employees of PT Pegadaian, Regional Office XII Surabaya. With the aid of the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the data analysis method employed the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS (Partial Least Square) approach. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on work discipline . (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction . (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction . ( 4 ) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance . ( 5 ) Work culture does not influence job satisfaction through work discipline as an intervening variable . ( 6 ) Work discipline influences performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable . ( 7 ) The work environment influences employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable . ( 8 ) Work culture influences employee performance through work discipline and job satisfaction as intervening variables . The implication of this research is that companies can identify important organizational resources, namely work discipline, work environment, work culture and understand the relationship between resources to create optimal performance improvement strategies

Abstract

Abstract Manjah Tour & Travel provides travel services to various tourist destinations in Indonesia. The management of this bureau experienced difficulties in managing customer complaints, providing personal service, and retaining customers. This reduces customer satisfaction and the company's brand image. Customer database management is the key to the success of the tour and travel business. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to conduct customer database management training using CRM Spreadsheets to increase Manjah Tour and Travel customer satisfaction. The target of PKM activities is 10 employees in the Information Technology and Marketing fields. PKM activity methods consist of: 1) socialization, 2) training, 3) direct practice, and 4) evaluation of program sustainability. The results of PKM activities are in the form of increasing employee knowledge and skills in managing customer databases more effectively using CRM Spreadsheet. This activity is very useful in building stronger relationships with customers because it can provide more personalized service, increase customer satisfaction, improve the quality of decision making related to customer management so that it can improve service quality.   Abstrak Manjah Tour & Travel memberikan pelayanan perjalanan wisata ke berbagai destinasi wisata di Indonesia. Manajemen biro ini mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola keluhan pelanggan, memberikan pelayanan secara personal, dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Hal ini menurunkan kepuasan pelanggan dan brand image perusahaan. Pengelolaan database pelanggan adalah kunci keberhasilan bisnis tour dan travel. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan pengelolaan database pelanggan menggunakan CRM Spreadsheet untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan manjah tour and travel. Sasaran kegiatan PKM adalah karyawan bidang Teknologi Informasi dan Marketing sebanyak 10 orang. Metode kegiatan PKM terdiri dari : 1) sosialisasi, 2) pelatihan, 3) praktik langsung, dan 4) evaluasi keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan PKM berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan karyawan dalam melakukan pengelolaan database pelanggan secara lebih efektif menggunakan CRM Spreadsheet. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam membangun hubungan yang lebih kuat dengan pelanggan karena dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih personal, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan terkait manajemen pelanggan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Skripsi ini berfokus pada pengoptimalan keuntungan dalam proses produksi kripik di UD Cap Fajar yang terletak di Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah kombinasi jenis kripik yang harus diproduksi oleh UD Cap Fajar untuk mencapai keuntungan optimal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan spesifik. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode linear programming dengan teknik simpleks, dibantu oleh software POM-QM for Windows v.5, untuk mencari solusi optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk mencapai keuntungan optimal, UD Cap Fajar harus memproduksi 450 kilogram kripik singkong dan 450 kilogram kripik krekel, dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp21.152.700 per bulan. Keuntungan ini menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 4,04%, atau Rp820.530, dibandingkan dengan kondisi faktual.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work ethic and work stress variables on the performance of production employees at PR Alaina Tulungagung. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 60 respondents in production at PR Alaina Tulungagung. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 10.814 + 0.45X1 + 0.811X2 Work stress has a partially significant effect on employee performance, with a sig. 0.001 > 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work ethic and work stress have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of production employees at PR Alaina Tulungagung.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of product quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at Awi Handmade Kediri. The data analysis technique used by researchers in this study uses statistical tests through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests with SPSS version 16.0. The methods used in this study are questionnaires, interviews and observations. The sampling technique in this study used the Accidental Sampling technique with a sample size of 86. Based on the results of the study obtained by researchers from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.344 + 0.369X1 + 0.411X2 + 0.2.69X3. The results of the analysis conducted, the results of the study indicate that the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the price variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with evidence of Sig t 0.000> 0.05, the location variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with evidence of Sig t 0.000 <0.05, and the results of product quality, price and location simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with evidence of Sig F 0.000 <0.05. The results of the analysis of the R2 value = 0.907 or 90.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signfikansi pengaruh kompensasi, pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perum Jasa Tirta 1 Wilayah Sub II/I. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, diperoleh 67 orang pegawai sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner sebanyak 3 kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5 yang digunakan untuk mengukur masing-masing variabel penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menjelaskan bawah variable kompensasi, pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif sigfinikan terhadap variable dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Perum Jasa Tirta 1 Wilayah Sub II/I harus lebih meningkatkan variable-variabel tersebut untuk menunjang kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan until menganalisis pengaruh work family conflict, beban kerja dan work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan perempuan pada PT BPR Bank Tulungagung (PERSERODA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuersioner. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 80 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 36 karyawan perempuan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial work family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan beban kerja dan work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara simultan work family conflict, beban kerja dan work life balance secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perempuan.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Wisma Jaya building materials store in Kunjang District, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population is all store customers from 2021-2024. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 154 customers. A questionnaire was used to collect data, then instrument testing and data analysis were carried out using SPSS software version 26. The results show that service quality and price, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The implications of the results of this study emphasize the importance of store managers to focus on improving service quality and setting competitive product prices as the main strategy in increasing customer satisfaction.
