Abstract

Sentiment analysis on mental health issues is crucial for understanding public perceptions of healthcare services. This study analyzed tweets related to mental health on platform X in 2025 using SVM, Random Forest, and Naive Bayes algorithms. Data was collected through web scraping with Python, then evaluated using a confusion matrix with accuracy, precision, f1-score, and recall metrics. The classification results showed a distribution of sentiment: positive (3,667 tweets), neutral (838 tweets), and negative (704 tweets). A comparative analysis of the three algorithms revealed that SVM achieved the highest accuracy (78.69%), followed by Random Forest (75.04%) and Naive Bayes (70.44%), proving the superiority of SVM in classifying mental health sentiment. These findings provide valuable insights for stakeholders in improving mental healthcare services based on public feedback, while also offering a reference for effective sentiment analysis methods for social media data.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology demands companies to have a network infrastructure that is not only fast but also secure and efficient. PT. XYZ, as a company engaged in distribution and customer service, faces challenges in managing increasing data traffic while maintaining the stability and security of its internal network. One strategic solution to address this issue is the implementation of a proxy server. A proxy server functions as an intermediary between users and the internet, enabling it to filter data requests, store cache, and restrict access to unwanted content. Thus, the implementation of a proxy server can improve bandwidth efficiency, accelerate access to frequently used websites, and strengthen network security systems through traffic monitoring and restriction. This research aims to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of using a proxy server within PT. XYZ’s environment. The evaluation results show that the use of a proxy server can enhance network efficiency and provide better protection against cyber threats. With a more controlled and secure system, the company can run its operations more optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

Good water quality is crucial for living things, including temperature, pH, and TDS, which are constantly changing due to various factors. These three water parameters are crucial for maintaining water quality within a certain threshold to ensure that an ecosystem meets specified standards. Measuring water quality is essential to anticipate these changes as desired. Internet of Things (IoT) technology allows continuous monitoring of water parameters at any time and can be accessed anywhere with a network connection via computer or smartphone. In this proposed research, an IoT-based system based on ESPHome will be developed for water quality measurement in aquarium water and its ecosystem. The proposed research detects, records, and displays water pH and TDS parameters, including temperature, using an ESP8266 microcontroller. The system utilizes sensors to detect water parameters; the system utilizes an ESP8266 microcontroller and a WiFi connection that sends data to a cloud-based server with a Homeassistant dashboard. The research results are well-functioning in both hardware and software and are easily accessible.

Abstract

In an era where cash transactions are being replaced by digital transactions, users are faced with a dilemma between the many choices of e-wallet types. This choice challenges users to have to align their preferences and needs with the available digital transaction methods. This research aims to develop a decision support system based on Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to assist users in evaluating their level of suitability for digital payment methods. The SAW method is used to assess important aspects such as ease of use, security, costs, and availability of both types of transactions. Each aspect is given weight according to its significance in decision making. The results of this research provide detailed guidance to users in considering their preferences and needs regarding digital transaction methods. By using a SAW-based decision support system, users can make more appropriate decisions according to their needs. The development of this decision support system is an important step in assisting users in evaluating and selecting various types of e-wallets.

Abstract

Predicting stock prices through different analyses and techniques is highly challenging. The task is complicated further by fluctuating market conditions and the impact of news, necessitating the consideration of numerous factors. The advancements in machine learning and deep learning have led many researchers to use algorithms like RNN with LSTM for predictions. In this study, we aim to predict stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using LSTM, focusing on optimizing the hidden layer and activation function. We focus on some stock data with good liquidation in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The comparison performance between models proposed in this research will be the method in this research. The result showed that the LSTM model with hyperbolic tan activation method performed better than the LSTM model with sigmoid activation method. The future research based on this research, we can compare several other activation methods.

Abstract

In the digital era, data analytics is a key factor in increasing sales and competitiveness for individuals, companies, industries or governments. The use of data analytics allows us to understand market trends, customer behavior, and develop more effective marketing strategies. Studies show that companies that implement data analytics experience significant increases in revenue and better operational efficiency. The purpose of this article is to review how analytics can be used to understand audience behavior and preferences, and how this information can be used to target the right consumers with more relevant messages. By using sophisticated analytics tools, companies can gain insights from customer data, from purchasing patterns to interactions with digital platforms, enabling more informed and accurate decision making. Through a data-driven approach, companies can provide more personalized services and increase customer satisfaction. The implementation of data analytics also allows businesses to respond to market changes more quickly and precisely. With proper implementation, data analytics is not only a decision support tool, but also a key strategy in business growth. Therefore, investment in analytics technology is essential to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of companies in the long term. In the data analytics process, there are 4 stages, namely Data collection, Data processing, Data analysis, and Data interpretation. Companies can gain competitive advantage by optimizing operations, increasing efficiency, responding to market changes, and predicting future trends through this process. Data analytics changes the way businesses operate by helping to understand customers, find opportunities, and make evidence-based decisions. It also improves operational efficiency and risk management, supporting innovation and long-term growth. The output targets of this activity are publications in international/national journals/Proceedings, IPR/HKI and publications on social media.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penerapan aplikasi kesehatan di masyarakat adalah kemampuan masyarakat dalam menerima penggunaan aplikasi kesehatan. Keberhasilan implementasi aplikasi kesehatan harus mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi kesehatan digital dengan kebijakan pemerintah. Untuk memastikan masyarakat dapat menerima dan menggunakan teknologi kesehatan digital, maka perlu didukung oleh perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi kesehatan dengan baik kepada masyarakat, terutama pada masyarakat dengan kondisi demografi yang kurang ideal, seperti rendahnya literasi digital. dan buruknya akses terhadap kesehatan. Bintaro merupakan salah satu kelurahan di Jakarta Selatan yang memiliki visi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dengan memaksimalkan penerapan teknologi. Dengan kondisi geografis dan demografi penduduk yang cukup menantang dalam menerima teknologi baru, maka diperlukan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan untuk menggunakan aplikasi Kesehatan Masyarakat sebagai upaya meningkatkan penerimaan pelayanan kesehatan secara cepat dan memadai. Oleh karena itu, tim dosen Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk memberikan sosialisasi penggunaan aplikasi Kesehatan untuk membantu mendukung program pemerintah dan juga program Kementerian Kesehatan dalam hal kesehatan digital transformasi.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi adalah penggabungan pendidikan luar biasa dengan pendidikan reguler dalam satu sistem pendidikan yang terintegrasi. Kurikulum dan pembelajaran di sekolah inklusi ini tetap sama dengan kelas reguler. Karena kondisi kelas tidak dirancang untuk peer tutoring—atau tutor sebaya—perlakuan siswa yang berkebutuhan khusus juga sama. Guru mungkin meninggalkan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus jika mereka tidak memahami materi pelajaran dan alat pembelajarannya tidak bekerja dengan baik dengan siswa. Penulis membuat media pembelajaran digital untuk siswa di kelas inklusi dengan menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran dan alat peraga manipulatif. Ini akan fokus pada siswa inklusi yang memiliki keterlambatan belajar dan kurang fokus menerima pelajaran. Dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif, siswa inklusi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan literasi baik membaca ataupun menulis.

Abstract

Di tengah pesatnya perkembangan era digital, teknologi persuasif dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) menawarkan potensi besar dalam mendorong perubahan perilaku positif, khususnya dalam aspek kesehatan dan pelestarian lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di wilayah Duri Kepa dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan edukasi masyarakat terkait pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan lingkungan hidup melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Menggunakan pendekatan berbasis teknologi informasi serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat, program ini memanfaatkan aplikasi dan platform digital berbasis AI dan teknologi persuasif untuk memberikan edukasi yang interaktif, personal, dan adaptif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya gaya hidup sehat dan perilaku ramah lingkungan, serta meningkatkan minat untuk menerapkan kebiasaan positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Edukasi yang tepat, didukung oleh inovasi teknologi, terbukti mampu menjadi alat transformatif dalam membangun masyarakat yang lebih sadar, sehat, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pelatihan E-Commerce di Desa Pasir, Tangerang, Banten, dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM lokal melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan membekali pelaku UMKM dengan keterampilan pemasaran online, seperti penggunaan platform E-Commerce, teknik fotografi produk, strategi pemasaran digital, dan manajemen pesanan. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 50 peserta dengan metode ceramah, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan intensif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap penggunaan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran. Dalam tiga bulan pasca pelatihan, terjadi peningkatan jumlah transaksi produk UMKM melalui platform online, yang menunjukkan keberhasilan kegiatan ini dalam mendorong transformasi digital UMKM. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal Desa Pasir di pasar nasional secara berkelanjutan dan menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis teknologi untuk daerah lain.
