Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penguatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi di Sekolah Dasar dalam konteks implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Meskipun literasi dan numerasi ditetapkan sebagai kompetensi minimum dalam kebijakan pendidikan nasional, praktik pembelajarannya di sekolah masih belum merata dan cenderung terfragmentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis temuan penelitian terkait strategi, tantangan, dan dampak pembelajaran literasi-numerasi di SD. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 15 artikel relevan yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2021–2025 dan diperoleh dari Google Scholar, DOAJ, ERIC, serta Garuda Dikti. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan tiga tema utama, yaitu Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai kerangka kebijakan, efektivitas model pembelajaran konstruktivistik dan kontekstual (PjBL, TaRL, dan PMR), serta pemanfaatan media digital dan berbasis budaya lokal. Secara keseluruhan, kajian ini menunjukkan pergeseran menuju pendekatan pembelajaran yang integratif, kontekstual, dan berorientasi HOTS, dengan kesiapan guru dan dukungan sekolah sebagai faktor kunci keberhasilan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership role of the principal of State Islamic Senior High School 2 in Jambi City in building and strengthening religious culture in the madrasah. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with informants consisting of the madrasah principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and student representatives who are active in religious activities. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the madrasah principal plays a central role through exemplary behavior, direction, supervision, and motivation to teachers and students. The presence of the madrasah principal in the activities of dhuha prayer, tadarus, congregational zuhur prayer, and moral development are real examples that strengthen discipline and participation of the madrasah community. In addition, coordination strategies, scheduling, and utilization of worship facilities effectively support the smooth running of religious programs. These findings confirm that the active, communicative, and supportive leadership of the madrasah principal is a key factor in the formation of a consistent religious culture that is embedded in the daily behavior of students, teachers, and all madrasah members.

Abstract

Perundungan (bullying) merupakan salah satu permasalahan serius yang berdampak negatif pada perkembangan akademik, sosial, dan emosional peserta didik. Guru memiliki peran sentral dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan bullying di lingkungan sekolah. Artikel ini membahas berbagai strategi efektif yang dapat diterapkan guru untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang aman dan inklusif. Strategi tersebut meliputi penguatan budaya positif di kelas, penerapan pembelajaran berbasis empati, deteksi dini perilaku perundungan, serta intervensi yang tepat dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah dalam membangun ekosistem pendidikan yang mendukung rasa aman dan saling menghargai. Melalui penerapan strategi yang komprehensif dan peran aktif guru, diharapkan sekolah mampu menekan angka perundungan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis seluruh peserta didik.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education creates a new paradigm and challenges, making digital literacy a crucial foundation. This literature study was conducted to analyze the development of students' digital literacy in the AI era and examine its role in improving the quality of learning. The research method used is a systematic review of relevant literature, such as scientific journals and books. The review reveals that the development of students' digital literacy is dynamic, with technical skills generally being good, but critical aspects such as information evaluation, digital ethics, and resilience to misinformation still need improvement. Regarding its role, digital literacy proves to be a determining factor in utilizing AI (such as ChatGPT and Quillionz) optimally, critically, and ethically. This role includes personalizing learning, collaboration, and plagiarism prevention. It is concluded that improving the quality of learning in the AI era highly depends on strengthening comprehensive digital literacy, which includes not only technical competencies but also cognitive and ethical competencies. Therefore, digital literacy is no longer just a supplement, but a core necessity to shape independent and responsible learners in a complex digital ecosystem.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of gender equality within campus politics by focusing on leadership, representation, and the experiences of women in student organizations. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research explores how social constructions, patriarchal culture, and representational practices shape power relations within student organizational spaces. The study employs Mary Wollstonecraft’s classical feminist theory, Judith Butler’s contemporary gender theory, and Stuart Hall’s representation framework to identify forms of subordination, negotiation, and resistance experienced by women. The analysis draws on previous studies, journal articles, and empirical findings regarding women’s political participation in higher education. The results indicate that women continue to face structural barriers such as masculine leadership stereotypes, gender-based division of labor, and limited institutional support. However, various studies show that women are able to establish more inclusive and participatory collaborative leadership patterns, playing an important role in strengthening democratic culture on campus. Furthermore, contemporary Islamic theological perspectives suggest that the principle of gender equality has strong normative foundations that support women’s participation in public spaces. This study affirms the importance of organizational cultural transformation, the strengthening of gender-based political education, and the mainstreaming of feminist perspectives in order to create a campus political environment that is more equal, inclusive, and just for all students.

Abstract

Instagram has transformed from a lifestyle platform into a crucial arena for political contestation, particularly in grassroots social movements such as the '17+8 People's Demands' Movement. This study aims to analyze how digital activism on Instagram facilitates political participation and shapes public agendas through visual rhetorical strategies. Employing a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach, this study integrates Agenda Setting Theory, Connective Action concepts, and Visual Rhetoric. The results indicate that Instagram facilitates connective action through sharing mechanisms that are personal yet massively connected. Visually, the use of infographics and carousel aesthetics functions to frame complex issues into digestible narratives, thereby succeeding in intermedia agenda setting by moving issues from social media to mainstream public discourse. Findings also suggest that while visuals enhance political awareness, there is a risk of deep issue simplification. The novelty of this study lies in the specific analysis of the role of Instagram's visual instruments as the primary variable in shaping protest agendas in Indonesia. Abstract

The Begarehan tradition is a form of customary practice in wedding ceremonies within the community of Lawang Agung Lama Village, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra, which embodies values of social solidarity, mutual cooperation, and local cultural identity. However, in the modern era, this tradition has undergone various changes due to modernization, social transformation, and shifts in the perspectives of the younger generation. This article aims to analyze the adaptation of the Begarehan tradition in the modern era and to examine the views of young people regarding the preservation of local culture. This study employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the younger generation still recognizes the Begarehan tradition as an important cultural heritage; however, its implementation has been simplified in terms of duration, forms of activities, and community participation. These adaptations are carried out to align the tradition with contemporary social, economic, and lifestyle conditions without eliminating its core values. Therefore, the preservation of the Begarehan tradition in the modern era depends not only on the continuity of customary practices but also on the awareness and active involvement of the younger generation in maintaining local cultural identity amid ongoing social change.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the application of digital technology in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning process at MA Muhammadiyah Curup, East Curup District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The background of this study stems from low student learning motivation in PAI subjects. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The research subjects included students, PAI teachers, and the principal at MA Muhammadiyah Curup. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the use of digital technology in PAI learning has become a crucial component in increasing student motivation and interest in learning. PAI teachers act as facilitators, motivators, spiritual guides, and innovators, able to optimize various digital media such as interactive PowerPoint presentations, learning videos, digital quiz applications, Google Classroom, and projectors to create a more engaging, varied, and modern learning environment. The application of this technology has been proven to increase student enthusiasm, encourage active involvement, and help them better understand PAI material. Abstract

Increasingly complex global environmental crises and disasters demand a strategic role for education in building awareness, attitudes, and sustainable actions. Islamic education has strong normative and pedagogical potential to respond to these challenges thru the internalization of ecological ethical values derived from Islamic teachings. This research aims to analyze how Islamic education based on ecological ethics is implemented in response to the global environmental crisis and disasters, as well as to identify pedagogical models, impacts on students, and obstacles in its implementation. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design and case studies across several Islamic educational institutions, including pesantren, Islamic schools, and madrasahs. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of curriculum documents, and was analyzed thematically. The research findings indicate that educational institutions that explicitly integrate Islamic values such as khalifah, amanah, mizan, and the prohibition of fasad thru practice-based programs such as organic farming, waste management, and reforestation are more effective in shaping students' environmental awareness and behavior. The contextual learning and Project-Based Learning approach combined with fiqh al-bi'ah has been proven to improve students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. However, this study also found constraints in the form of a lack of a systematic curriculum, uneven teacher capacity, limited resources, and the absence of consistent evaluation instruments. This research recommends strengthening the curriculum, training educators, and developing an Islamic ecological ethics-based evaluation model to make Islamic education a transformational force in addressing the global environmental crisis.

Abstract

Used cooking oil is a household waste generated from daily cooking activities and has the potential to cause environmental pollution if not properly managed. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of training on making soap from used cooking oil as a community empowerment effort based on household waste management. The main problem underlying this study is the low level of public awareness and knowledge in managing used cooking oil, which can potentially cause negative impacts on the environment and health. On the other hand, used cooking oil has the potential to be processed into products with functional and economic value if managed properly.This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design integrated into community service activities. The research subjects consist of community members, particularly housewives, who participated in the training on making soap from used cooking oil. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, as well as pre-test and post-test evaluations. The data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results show that the training on making soap from used cooking oil significantly increased participants’ knowledge, skills, and environmental awareness. Participants not only understood the environmental impacts of used cooking oil but were also able to independently practice the soap-making process. In addition, the training activities provided potential economic added value through opportunities for developing household-based micro-enterprises. The training also encouraged the formation of participatory and collaborative attitudes among community members. Thus, training on making soap from used cooking oil can be used as a sustainable and applicable model of community empowerment. This study is expected to contribute to the development of community service programs and serve as a reference for policymakers in household waste management.
