Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman belajar peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran Game Based Learning Di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini berlatar belakang pada kenyataan bahwa pemahaman belajar peserta didik pada materi tumbuhan di sekolah dasar masih rendah, dengan hasil observasi pemahaman belajar peserta didik sebesar 40,38%. Peserta didik merasa bosan dan kurang bersemangat saat pembelajaran berlangsung serta model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru kurang efektif berdampak pada materi yang dipelajari tidak tersampaikan dengan baik pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dimana data yang diambil yaitu berupa data wawancara, observasi melalui lembar observasi pengamatan pemahaman belajar peserta didik dan observasi guru menerapkan model pembelajaran Game Based Learning, serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman belajar peserta didik terlihat dari hasil observasi pada siklus I pemahaman belajar peserta didik 51,34%. Meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 78,31%. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan kemampuan pemahaman belajar peserta didik pada materi tumbuhan di sekolah dasar dapat meningkat setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Game Based Learning.

Abstract

Character education is a crucial aspect of student personality development, particularly in primary schools. This study explores the moral values embedded in the local legend of Tapa Malenggang from Batanghari Regency, Jambi Province, as a potential character learning medium for elementary school students. Using a qualitative research method with interviews, documentation, and literature studies, the research identifies seven key moral values: perseverance, sacrifice, empathy, cooperation, love for nature, ethics and morality, and mental resilience. The study reveals that folk legends can serve as effective educational tools for character formation, offering subtle yet profound moral lessons that help young generations develop integrity and empathy. By analyzing the narrative of Mambang Diawan's journey, the research demonstrates the significance of local cultural heritage in character education and provides insights into innovative approaches for moral learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kajian etnomatematika dalam arsitektur bangunan Istana Kantor di Pulau Penyengat. Dan menganalisa kaitan antara arsitektur bangunan Istana Kantor dengan materi geometri pada Fase C di sekolah dasar. Serta mendeskripsikan filosofi yang terkandung di dalam arsitektur bangunan Istana Kantor di Pulau Penyengat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode penelitian etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta sumber-sumber lain seperti buku dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kajian etnomatematika melayu tentang arsitektur bangunan bangunan Istana Kantor di Pulau Penyengat terkait dengan materi geometri di sekolah dasar, diantaranya pada topik bangun datar dan bangun ruang. Serta terkandung filosofi di dalamnya, baik dari tata letak ruang, warna, bentuk, dan lain sebagainya. Dari penelitian ini, peneliti merekomendasikan untuk memasukkan etnomatematika pada arsitektur bangunan Istana Kantor di Pulau Penyengat sebagai sumber belajar matematika pada materi geometri fase C di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program supervisi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa di SD Negeri Sambiroto, khususnya dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka. Masalah yang diidentifikasi adalah capaian siswa dalam literasi dan numerasi yang belum optimal, meskipun program supervisi telah diterapkan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, mengadopsi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, supervisor, dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program supervisi memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Evaluasi konteks mengungkapkan kebutuhan mendasar siswa, sedangkan evaluasi input menyoroti pentingnya kompetensi supervisor dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Proses supervisi yang kolaboratif meningkatkan interaksi antara guru dan supervisor, dan hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa setelah program diterapkan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perbaikan program supervisi ke depan, dengan penekanan pada pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk guru dan peningkatan dukungan manajerial di sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang program supervisi yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Indonesian language is one of the lessons which must be given to the students from elementary school until university. It is because this lesson can't be separated with other knowledges. This research was to analyze media development needs as an action to improve student's writing skill in Indonesian lesson. The research method was descriptive qualitative and the research instruments were teacher's score record, interview, and questionnaire which was given to teachers and students. According to student's pre test, it could be seen the worst score was 65 and the best score was 85 with the average score 66. This problem was because teaching media was not varied, students were not interested in writing, and teaching method was not varied as well. The research result was shown most of the students need a media in comic strip to help them in writing. The research conclusion was comic strip media can be a solution to improve students' writing skill in writing a story.

Abstract

Abstract: The Independent Curriculum encourages teachers to design interesting and relevant learning to the needs of students. This requires teachers to have high pedagogical competence. SD Negeri Doplang 02 is one of the elementary schools that has implemented the Independent Curriculum and is accompanied by an increase in the pedagogical competence of its teachers. This study aims to describe and analyze the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning in the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Doplang 02, Bawen District, Semarang Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, documentation. This study uses two types of triangulation, namely source triangulation and method triangulation to test the validity of the data. The results of the study show that: 1) Planning for the implementation of the independent curriculum has been carried out well by formulating objectives, formulating content, designing learning activities, determining learning resources and determining evaluations. 2) The implementation of the independent curriculum is effective by focusing on six aspects of independent curriculum learning, including conducting initial assessments, providing opportunities for students to participate, differentiated learning, utilizing technology-based learning media, implementing learning reflections, and implementing formative and summative assessments. 3) Evaluation of the implementation of the independent curriculum is carried out systematically with the stages of compiling evaluation objectives, developing instruments, collecting evaluation data, analyzing data, providing feedback, and utilizing evaluation results. 4) The implementation of the independent curriculum has a positive impact on improving teacher pedagogical competence. There was an increase in pedagogical competence of 15.10 or 21%. This increase occurred in the indicators of mastering students from various aspects, designing and organizing educational learning, facilitating the development of student potential, conducting learning evaluations/assessments, and utilizing information and communication technology for learning purposes. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of student activity and learning outcomes caused by the less than optimal learning process implemented. Some indications are that students do not understand the material taught so they tend to be passive, teacher-centered learning, have not used a variety of learning models and low student learning outcomes. This study uses the type of PTK research which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The purpose of this study is to describe the increase in activity and learning outcomes of science using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in class IV of SD Negeri 169/IX Marga. The subjects of this study were 29 fourth grade students. The data collection techniques used were tests and non-tests. Non-tests include observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative and qualitative. The results showed that there was an increase in student activity and learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning learning model. This is evidenced by the increase in each cycle. The percentage of student activity in cycle 1 was 72.41% and increased in cycle 2 to 93.10%. The percentage of student learning outcomes completion in cycle I was 68.96% and increased in cycle II to 82.58%. The results of the data collection instrument have reached the criteria for successful action, therefore the action was stopped in cycle II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran dukungan sosial dalam meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dan prestasi akademik anak berkebutuhan khusus, dengan fokus pada anak tunawicara. Metode kualitatif diterapkan untuk menggali pengalaman dan interaksi anak dengan lingkungan sosialnya, termasuk keluarga, guru, dan teman sebaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan emosional dan akademis yang diberikan oleh orang tua dan lingkungan sekitar sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan motivasi dan pencapaian anak. Anak tunawicara yang mendapatkan perhatian dan dukungan positif menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam prestasi, terutama dalam bidang matematika. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan mendukung, serta perlunya strategi yang adaptif untuk membantu anak berkebutuhan khusus mencapai potensi maksimal mereka. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi pendidik dan orang tua dalam mendukung perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus secara holistik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the teaching skills of students in the Micro Teaching Course in the Study Program of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education IAIN Curup. This research conducted in descriptive quantitative approach to analyze the teaching skills of Semester 6 students who are taking Micro Teaching Courses. The results showed that: 1). opening and closing skills are in the “good” category. 2). Students' skills in explaining are in the “very good” category. 3). Basic and advanced questioning skills are in the “good” category. 4). The skill of giving reinforcement is in the “good” category. 5). The skill of organizing variations is in the “good” category. 6). Classroom management skills are in the “good” category. 7). Small group and individual teaching skills are in the “very good” category. 8). Skills in guiding group discussions are in the “not good” category. Overall student teaching skills are in the “good” category.

Abstract

Technological advancements require teachers to create learning media that align with technological progress and the demands of the times for students. One educational tool that meets the technological demands of modern science education is the Android-based Smart Apps Creator (SAC). SAC proves highly effective for developing specialized educational applications, particularly for the diverse subject of Natural Sciences at the elementary level. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Android-based learning media using SAC in enhancing the science learning outcomes of sixth-grade students, focusing on the human locomotor system. Descriptive statistical analysis was employed as the research method. The findings indicate an improvement in students' learning outcomes regarding human locomotion, with the average pre-test score rising from 62.04 to 84.43 in the post-test. Furthermore, SAC facilitates the creation of educational media, eliminating the need for proficiency in programming languages.
