Abstract

The research focused to (1) describe the types of student errors when solving story problems on length measurement material based on Nolting's theory, (2) describe the factors that cause errors, and (3) describe alternative solutions. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subject in this study was class IV student and class IV teacher at Ta’mirul Islam Surakarta. The data validity test technique used source triangulation technic. Data collection techniques used the results of document studies and interviews. The data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman analysis, which consists of (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing. The results showed that most common error found was an error during the test with a percentage of 52.7%, Learning errors are the least mistakes made by students with a percentage of 0.7%.

Abstract

This purpose of this study is to demonstrate how grade V student’s reading comprehension ability (Y) and vocabulary mastery (X1) and reading interest (X2) relate to one another. The study employed a correlational study survey methodology. Students in grade V in public elementary schools in the Laweyan subdistrict during the 2023/2024 academic year made up the study’s population. A basic random sample strategy was employed in the sampling process. Methods for gathering data that involve questionnaires and tests. Tests were used on vocabulary mastery variables and reading comprehension ability. In order to read interest variables, questionnaires were employed. Both simple and multiple correlation analysis were employed as data analysis technique in this study. The result of this study are vocabulary mastery with reading comprehension ability, namely the correlation coefficient r count (0,99) > r table (0,202) with t count significance (67,81) > t table (1,66); the capacity to read comprehension is significantly correlated with, namely the correlation coefficient r count (0,993) > r table (0,202) with t count significance (83,83) > t table (1,66); the capacity to read comprehension is significantly correlated with vocabulary mastery and reading interest together with reading comprehension ability, namely R count (0,993) > R table (0,202), F count significance (3480,92) > F table (3,1) with a real level α = 0,05 and df 93.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe the feasibility of learning Indonesian language learning videos in WELING E-Learning. This research is qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach. The results of this research data come from the evaluation of learning media validation questionnaires using the LORI evaluation framework which has 8 indicators, namely content quality, learning goal alignment, feedback and adaptation, motivation, presentation design, interaction usability, accessibility, reusability, standards compliance which will be divided into 2 aspects, namely media aspects and material aspects. Assessment of the feasibility of learning media was carried out by 3 learning media experts, 3 learning material experts, and 6 elementary school teachers. Apart from using a questionnaire assessment, the video was also tested on fifth grade students at SD Ta'Mirul Islam Surakarta. There are 7 Indonesian learning videos in WELING E-Learning which have very good results to be used as learning media with several revisions.Keywords : Learning media, learning videos, Feasibility of learning media

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui: (1) perbedaan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi pada peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create (RADEC) dan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture; (2) perbedaan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi oleh peserta didik yang memiliki penguasaan kosakata tinggi dan penguasaan kosakata rendah; (3) interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan penguasaan kosakata terhadap keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi. Penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode penelitian Quasi Experimental Research dan desain penelitian yakni Factorial Design 2x2. Populasi penelitian mencakup semua peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri di Kecamatan Pasar Kliwon Kota Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Sampel terpilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data didapatkan menggunakan teknik tes. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Variansi Dua Jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi pada peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create (RADEC) dan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture dengan data (Fhitung = 6,9 > Ftabel sebesar 4,01); (2) ada perbedaan pada keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi oleh peserta didik dengan penguasaan kosakata tinggi dan penguasaan kosakata rendah sesuai data (Fhitung = 5,50 > Ftabel sebesar 4,01); (3) tidak ada interaksi pada model pembelajaran dengan penguasaan kosakata terhadap keterampilan menulis teks eksplanasi dengan data (Fhitung = 0,01 < Ftabel = 4,01).

Abstract

Project to Strengthen Pancasila Student Profile (P5) is very important to improve the character of students, especially independent learning. The novelty of this research is that it focuses on the factors that influence learning independence in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with a qualitative approach. Factors that affect the learning independence of students in class are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include the ability of students to get used to learning on their own after understanding the teacher's explanation, focusing on working on projects, and developing interests according to their wishes. Meanwhile, external factors include a supportive family environment, a supportive community environment, supportive teachers, and friends who influence all attitudes of students. Factors that influence learning independence in the Project to Strengthen Pancasila Student Profiles (P5) for class II B and V B SD N Kleco II are influenced by internal factors and external factors.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the cultural literacy development profile of the cultural literacy development profile in science science learning in grade 5 SD N 2 Drono in 2023/2024. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study are class teachers and 7 students of grade V of SD Negeri Drono 2 Klaten. The research data was obtained through observation techniques, interviews and document studies. To test the validity of the data, this study uses source triangulation and time triangulation. The researcher used an interactive model data analysis technique developed by Miles and Huberman. The teacher has integrated cross-cultural awareness into the planning, implementation, and evaluation of IPAS lessons. Various media, learning resources, and teaching methods are used to help students understand cultural differences. The research indicates that the teacher has fostered an inclusive environment that embraces cultural diversity. The teaching modules have comprehensively developed cross-cultural awareness. IPAS learning activities have enhanced cultural literacy, particularly in cross-cultural awareness. The teacher also evaluates IPAS learning by incorporating cross-cultural aspects. This promotes students' understanding and appreciation of local and diverse cultures, which is essential for effective interaction in heterogeneous communities.

Skripsi, Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan. Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, Juli 2023.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengelolaan kelas dengan hasil belajar matematika kelas V SD Negeri Sekecamatan Laweyan Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik SD kelas V Kecamatan Laweyan tahun pelajaran 2022/2023, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian yaitu yaitu peserta didik SD kelas V SDN Karangasem II, SDN Karangasem IV, SDN Kleco I, dan SDN Tunggulsari II. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data atau instrumen menggunakan tes dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis korelasi sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pengelolaan kelas dengan hasil belajar matematika kelas V SD Negeri Sekecamatan Laweyan Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan peirsamaan reigreisi Y ̂ = 21.622 + 0,735X. Koefisien korelasi r_xy= 0,321, dengan signifikansi thitung = 2,711 > ttabel = 1,669. Besar koefisien korelasi diinterpretasikan tergolong pada kategori yang rendah. Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh 0,103 artinya kontribusi pengelolaan kelas terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 10,3%.

Abstract

The research objectives include: 1) Increasing learning motivation in science subjects using the Assemblr Edu application; and 2) Knowing how to use the Assemblr Edu application which can increase learning motivation in science subjects. This research is of the type Classroom Action Research (CAR). Each cycle contains planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects consisted of 14 4th grade students with 7 girls and 7 boys as well as the homeroom teacher. Obtaining data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses triangulation techniques with the Miles and Huberman model. Based on the results questionnaires, an increase in students' science learning motivation was shown by an average initial pre-action of 61%. Then after carrying out the actions in cycle I the average motivation rose to 73% and after the actions in cycle II the average became 84%.

Abstract

The development of 21st century technology has led to an increase in the need for education to be able to form humans who have productive personalities, are able to innovate and have higher creativity. Creative thinking is important for every student to have because it will be able to create new things during the learning process and solve various problems through ideas and ideas more broadly. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the effectiveness of the application of the project-based learning model or PJBL based on deep learning and ICT on improving students' creative thinking skills on Civics material at SD Negeri 3 Glodogan. This research was conducted using quasi-experimental method through one group pretest posttest design. The sample in this study was 6th grade students as one group used for research material on the application of the PJBL learning model. The instrument used in this research is an essay test instrument through indicators of creative thinking skills which are then further analyzed through quantitative testing. The result of this study is the use of project-based learning model based on deep learning and ICT is able to improve the creative thinking skills of each student. These results are shown by significant differences in the average acquisition of learning outcomes and the results of the analysis of thinking skills test both pretest and posttest. In addition, after the application of the project-based learning model, students were able to have a much higher creative thinking ability than before or in the category of more than 20% of their ability. For this reason, the use of project learning models has a very positive effect on increasing students' ability to think creatively.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing the forms of Indonesian spelling errors and the factors that influence Indonesian spelling errors in descriptive essays for grade V students. This research used a qualitative descriptive research method. The data comes frim the words, sentences, and paragraphs contained in the essay. The data source is student essay. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of language errors Tarigan. The forms of errors found included errors in the use of letters by 52.09%, writing words by 20%, using punctuation by 27%, and writing absorptionelements by 0.09%. Factors that affect spelling errors in student’s descriptive essays include: (1) student’s lack of understanding of spelling, (2) lack of practice and habituation, (3) students have difficulty writing spellings according to the guidelines for using Indonesian spelling. The research implications are divided into practical and theoretical implications.
