Abstract

The problem often occurs in connection with moral cases in the surrounding environment due to the increasingly sophisticated social media. There is a phenomenon of a decline in a person's character, for example, Lack of Character Education, lack of attention and supervision of parents in accompanying their children in using technology and social media can cause them to be trapped in bad behavior. From time to time, Islamic boarding schools have played a very important role in the history of Islamic education in Indonesia. Islamic boarding schools themselves are a field in the habituation of religious attitudes that become religious culture can be built in three ways, namely: invitation, experience, and habituation. The researcher used a qualitative research method in this study, the researcher chose to use the type of field research with This study aims to explore more deeply how the role of Islamic boarding schools in cultivating religious attitudes, as well as identifying factors that influence differences in religious attitudes between students and non-students at SMP Qur'an Tri Bhakti At Taqwa Lampung Timur. After the researcher visited the Caretaker of the Islamic Boarding School, the Tri Bhakti At Taqwa Islamic Boarding School plays a central role in shaping the religious character of students through religious cultural activities held in the boarding school. Through this study, it is hoped that findings can be produced that can contribute to the development of religious education in Indonesia, especially in shaping the character of the younger generation who are more religious and have noble character.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what challenges are experienced by educational management in the digital era in managing educational institutions. In addition to revealing the challenges, the author also tries to open up what opportunities exist in the digital era and its efficiency for the progress and arrangement of educational institutions. In this study, the author uses a qualitative method with an emphasis on literature review to find out or understand in depth the challenges of educational management in the digital era, as well as to identify the challenges and opportunities that arise. Management of education management information systems is a way for leaders and decision makers in the education sector to improve education management in the future.

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the factors underlying the misappropriation or abuse of BOS funds in the school environment and to formulate strategic steps that can be taken to prevent such misappropriation. Thus, the management of BOS funds can be carried out transparently and accountably. This study uses a literature review method with library research data collection techniques. Data were collected from various journals, articles, and official documents related to BOS fund management, transparency, and accountability. The analysis was conducted to identify patterns of misappropriation of funds and good fund management methods. The results of this study indicate that there are several underlying factors causing the misappropriation of BOS funds, including: Lack of supervision and transparency, lack of understanding of the regulations on the use of funds, and a deep-rooted culture of corruption. The conclusion of this study is that in order to increase transparency and accountability in the management of BOS funds, it is necessary to improve the capabilities of human resources (HR) through training on regulations and the use of information technology. It is hoped that this recommendation will help the government and related parties in creating a better BOS fund management system because community participation must be increased so that they can play an active role in supervising the use of BOS funds

Abstract

This journal aims to explore and analyze his concept of the mosque, encompassing its societal roles, etiquettes within the mosque, worship activities, as well as recommendations and prohibitions related to the mosque. This study is a library-based research utilizing interpretative and historical approaches to analyze the concept of the mosque according to Hadratussyaikh KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari. The interpretative approach evaluates behavior in detail by observing the context and social meanings, while the historical approach investigates historical events and reconstructs them into a documented narrative. According to Hadratussyaikh KH. M. Hasyim Asy’ari, the construction of mosques in every city and village is considered a collective obligation (fardhu kifayah), essential for promoting Islamic symbols. The construction of mosques, whether large or small, must be carried out sincerely for the sake of Allah. Regarding mosque decoration, Hadratussyaikh advises simplicity to avoid disrupting the congregation's concentration. Excessive decoration is deemed makruh (discouraged) as it may divert attention from the primary purpose of worship. In emergency situations, such as significant population growth or long distances between homes and the mosque, building two mosques in one village is permissible to meet the community’s worship needs. However, in general, this practice is not recommended to avoid division among congregants

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of using interactive media in the form of "flashcards" on the process of memorizing the Al-Qur'an in early childhood at the Tahfidz Darul Quran Al Haramain Islamic Boarding School. The research method used was quantitative with a quasi-experiment approach involving two groups, namely the experimental group given flashcard media and the control group without this media. The research sample consisted of 40 young children who were divided randomly into each group. The results of the study showed that the use of flashcards had a significantly positive effect on the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an in young children, as indicated by a higher increase in memorization scores in the experimental group compared to the control group. Flashcard interactive media makes it easier for children to remember verses using attractive visuals and effective repetition, thereby increasing motivation and focus in the memorization process. This research concludes that flashcard media can be an effective tool in supporting memorizing the Al-Qur'an in early childhood in the Islamic boarding school environment. The recommendation from this research is that tahfidz educational institutions consider using similar interactive media to improve learning outcomes in memorizing the Koran for children.

This study aims to determine what factors influence human resource development. Human resource development is very important for the sustainability of the organization. Abstract

The changing context of legend narration and the difficulty of accessing legends are the background of legend preservation efforts. The purpose of this study is to describe the right strategy to preserve legends in accordance with the characteristics of the next generation and to utilize legends in the development of literary tourism interest. The theories used in this research are folklore and literary tourism. The method used in this research is the research and development model. This research is expected to contribute in the form of strategies that can be used to preserve legends as Indonesian cultural wealth that contains local wisdom. In addition, this research product is expected to develop interest in literary tourism in order to increase the independence, progress and competitiveness of the nation.

Abstract

Analysis of Final Project Standards in Visual Communication Design (VCD) in Relation to the Needs of the Creative Industry for Preparing Professional Teachers. This research aims to explore the Final Project of students, which is one of the mandatory requirements that must be fulfilled before students can be declared graduated by a Higher Education institution. In the Fine Arts Education study program, there is still no standard for the final project, especially for students who take topics related to Visual Communication Design (VCD). The final project should have a standard to produce professional graduates. This standard will later serve as a guideline that facilitates students in the process of creating a design product. The aim of this research is to describe the types of Final Project topics chosen by VCD students, describe the standards of VCD students' Final Projects based on the topics, and describe the evaluation and assessment process of the VCD students' Final Projects. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative, utilizing literature studies and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The FGD was conducted with experts and practitioners to formulate the standard for VCD students' Final Projects.

Abstract

The article was to development of Strengthening Qur'anic Character Values through Qur'an Reading Guidance (BBQ) Learning at MTs Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This study employs descriptive data analysis techniques. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis was conducted descriptively to evaluate the effectiveness of BBQ learning in strengthening Qur'anic character values. The results of the study indicate that BBQ learning is highly effective in instilling Qur'anic character values, such as religiosity, honesty, discipline, and responsibility. This is evidenced by the successful application of the halaqah method, habituation, and exemplary behavior demonstrated by the teachers. Based on interviews and observations, this learning model has been proven to strengthen Qur'anic character in students. Challenges identified include low student motivation and limited facilities, which can be addressed through teacher support and a conducive learning environment. Based on the data obtained, BBQ learning is deemed highly suitable as a model for strengthening Qur'anic character values in madrasah students.

Abstract

This article presents an Eco-ELT-based learning model for the Pragmatics course in English Education, drawing on the Eco-ELT framework. This innovative model integrates ecological principles with the study of Pragmatics, aiming to enhance the understanding of language use in context and foster a deeper connection between students and their environment. The article introduces several relevant learning materials, effective teaching methods, and assessment strategies aligned with the Eco-ELT approach. By emphasizing context, social responsibility, and sustainability, this model promotes a more comprehensive and context-aware approach to teaching Pragmatics in English Education. By integrating ecological principles into the study of language use in context, this model offers students a deeper understanding of how language operates in the real world, shaped by both social and ecological factors. Through relevant learning materials, innovative teaching methods, and comprehensive assessments, this model encourages students to use language responsibly and effectively, fostering critical thinking and social awareness.
