Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesadaran hukum masyarakat terhadap Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 2019 tentang penertiban hewan ternak dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesadaran hukum masyarakat terhadap Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 2019 tentang penertiban hewan ternak di Desa Bertong Kecamatan Taliwang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik menurut Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana dengan tahapan kondensasi data, tampiland, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran hukum masyarakat terhadap Peraturan Daerah Nomor 2 Tahun 2019 tentang penertiban hewan ternak cukup tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan beberapa indikator yang terpenuhi yaitu pengetahuan hukum masyarakat yang cukup, pemahaman hukum masyarakat yang cukup, sikap dan perilaku hukum masyarakat yang memadai. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesadaran hukum masyarakat dalam pengendalian hewan ternak antara lain faktor masyarakat, faktor penegakan hukum, faktor fasilitas dan faktor peraturan hukum.Keywords: Kesadaran Hukum, Penertiban Hewan Ternak)

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan problematika yang terus menghantui berbagai wilayah global, termasuk Indonesia. Kemiskinan bukan semata tentang defisit sumber daya ekonomi, melainkan juga melibatkan keterbatasan dalam akses pendidikan, peluang pekerjaan yang layak, serta ruang untuk pengembangan diri. Dalam konteks ini, pemberdayaan muncul sebagai strategi yang menjanjikan dalam merespons dampak kemiskinan yang tak berkesudahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Pemberdayaan Berkelanjutan Melalui Pemanfaatan Dana Desa Bagi Masyarakat Pesisir di Desa Momalia, Kecamatan Posigadan, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) secara fisik, Pemerintah desa mengalokasikan dana desa untuk membangun jalan paving yang bertujuan memudahkan akses pertanian. Di sektor pertanian, terbentuk Kelompok Tani Wanita (KWT) yang berfokus pada budidaya tanaman jahe dan cabai, sementara di sektor nelayan, diberikan bantuan rakit dan alat pancing untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Sedangkan, (2)  Pemberdayaan non-fisik yang dilakukan berupa edukasi dan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi tepat guna bagi petani dan nelayan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola usaha pertanian dan perikanan secara berkelanjutan. secara keseluruhan, pemberdayaan berkelanjutan melalui alokasi dana desa oleh pemerintah desa telah memberikan dampak positif pada hasil pertanian dan perikanan di Desa Momalia. Sebagai saran, perlu dilakukan upaya lanjutan dalam mengintegrasikan inisiatif pemberdayaan fisik dan non-fisik dengan mengoptimalkan partisipasi masyarakat, memperkuat kolaborasi lintas sektor, serta memantau secara berkesinambungan dampak dan keberlanjutan program pemberdayaan di Desa Momalia.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan kegiatan praktek pembuatan Upiya Karanji sebagai sumber belajar PPKn dan hal yang dapat dilakukan dan dapat dikembangkan dalam pembuatan Upiya Karanji sebagai sumber belajar PPKn. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus (case study) Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila pada pembelajaran PPKn dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran PPKn dalam penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila dan peran serta guru dalam pembelajaran khususnya melalui praktek kegiatan pembelajaran. Dampak dari penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila adalah adanya peningkatan kesadaran akan nilai-nilai Pancasila (kebersamaan, kemandirian, empaty Meningkatnya rasa toleransi dan keharmonisan dilingkungan sekolah; tumbuhnya perilaku kepemimpinan dan kepedulian social pada diri peserta didik. Kecintaan terhadap nilai budaya yang membentuk nilai menghargai keberagaman budaya, kerjasama dan ketelitian serta memiliki karakter yang positif. Manfaat kegiatan praktek pembuatan Upiya Karanji sebagai sumber belajar PPKn di SMPN. Praktek pembuatan Upiya Karanji, peserta didik tidak hanya belajar tentang nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam konteks teori,  mereka juga dapat merasakan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam tindakan nyata. Ini membuka peluang bagi untuk memahami makna persatuan, keadilan, demokrasi, dan nilai-nilai lainnya dalam Pancasila dapat diwujudkan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari mereka. Pemanfaatan kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran ini juga mempromosikan penghargaan terhadap budaya dan warisan lokal. Ini menciptakan ikatan antara nilai-nilai universal Pancasila dengan nilai-nilai budaya dan tradisi yang ada di daerah, memperkaya pemahaman peserta didik tentang pluralitas budaya Indonesia.

Abstract

Mewujudkan peserta didik yang berkarakter merupakan tujuan pendidikan saat ini. Penelitian ini fokus pada penguatan pendidikan karakter religius melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan pada siswa yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Tumpaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan beberapa hal: 1). Temuan menunjukan bahwa siswa terlibat dalam perilaku secara verbal dan siswa yang terprovokasi siswa yang lain di sekolah. 2). Faktor lingkungan atau Pergaulan peserta didik, lingkungan keluaraga, tidak adanya kesadaran peserta didik dan anak-anak yang Broken Home. 3). Proses penguatan pendidikan karakter religius dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan. 4). Karakter religius yang paling terlihat mengalami penguatan antara lain ketagwaan, disiplin, toleran, gotong royong dan kreatif. 5). Penguatan Pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan ekstrakulikuler keagamaan didukung oleh tata tertib, kerja sama yang baik, sarana dan prasarana, serta budaya sekolah. 6). Hasil penguatan pendidikan karakter religius terlihat dengan adanya kesadaran diri dalam beragama serta menunjukkan hasil akademik yang baik. 7). Strategi yang digunakan dalam proses penguatan pendidikan karakter yaitu pembiasaan, keteladanan dan internalisasi nilai-nilai positif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kegiatan ekstrakulikuler keagamaan dapat menjadi salah satu wadah untuk penguatan karakter religius pada siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the nature of student responsibility in improving the Education Report Card at SMAN 1 Pringgabaya through national assessment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research uses purposive sampling technique, which involves interview, observation, and documentation to collect data. In addition, the data analysis technique used in this research is the interactive model, which consists of several parts, such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The observation guideline sheet, interview guideline sheet, and documentation sheet explain the data collection process. The interview and observation guideline sheets are used as a reference to find out the various activities of implementing the character of responsibility of students in strengthening the results of the national assessment on the education report card. The results of data acquisition will then be reduced according to the information needed, then data display will be carried out and the last is to draw conclusions from the results of the data that has been analysed. The research results obtained after conducting several appropriate research procedures, namely the strengthening of national assessments based on the character of responsibility at SMAN 1 Pringgabaya showed a significant increase with an average achievement of 8.02%. This can be seen from the results of the school report card and various ordinary activities carried out every day, both during learning and extracurricular activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the paradox of the Quarter Life Crisis (QLC) as a critique of the alienation of the young generation in the Society 5.0 Era while offering solutions based on Qur'anic values, with a case study in Gorontalo Province. The method used is qualitative with primary, secondary, and tertiary data sources. A survey of 82 respondents revealed that more than 40% experienced high-frequency QLC, which is related to social pressure and the development of digital technology. The three main indicators of QLC include self-identification that is often experienced, dominant worries about career (35.4%), mental health, life goals, and the significant influence of digital technology (89.1%). The qualitative analysis reinforces that digital advances bring new complexities to the lives of the younger generation, while weak spiritual resilience and understanding of religious values exacerbate the condition of QLC. This study reconstructs the verses of the Qur'an and the main interpretations to offer solutions through three important awareness: (1) Cognitive Awareness, (2) Skills Awareness, and (3) Disposition Awareness. This approach emphasises internal transformation that is in line with the principle of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar. Surah Ar-Ra'd verse 11 becomes a strategic foothold, emphasising that changes in external conditions must begin with changes in oneself. Tafsir Al-Mishbah, Al-Qurthubi, and Al-Azhar reinforce the importance of mental attitude, effort, and self-awareness in facing QLC. Thus, spiritual strengthening and character based on Qur'anic values are the key to overcoming the identity crisis and emotional pressure of the younger generation in the Society 5.0 Era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the transformation of global citizenship through the experiences of Indonesian students in the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) programme, focusing on the practice of cultural diplomacy and advocacy of global issues. This study examines how students who participate in international mobility programmes build intercultural competence, strengthen national identity, and develop critical awareness of global issues such as climate justice, human rights, and decolonisation of knowledge. Using a qualitative approach with a narrative study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with IISMA participants from two universities in Indonesia and a reflective analysis of their experiences during the programme in various countries. Thematic analysis was conducted by referring to the theories of global citizenship, epistemic agency, and soft power. The results of the study show that international experience plays an important role in the formation of students' global citizenship identity, both through cultural diplomacy in cross-cultural interactions and active participation in global discourses. Students transform into cultural and knowledge agents who bridge local and global perspectives. These findings emphasise the urgency of integrating intercultural literacy, critical reflection, and global ethics in international mobility programmes to strengthen the role of higher education in producing inclusive and transformative world citizens.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of cooperative learning model type Make A Match mediated by Wordwall in improving the understanding of civic concepts of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Praya. This classroom action research took place in two cycles, in each cycle there are several stages which include planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were all students of class VII totalling 30 people consisting of 17 women and 13 men. Data collection was done through observation sheets and formative tests. Descriptive quantitative data analysis was used to process the data obtained. The results showed an increase in the percentage of students who reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) by 33.33% from cycle I to cycle II, from 10% to 43.33% in cycle I, then significantly increased to 76.66% in cycle II. In addition, the average value of student learning outcomes also experienced a significant increase of 14.97% from 57.66% in the initial condition to 72.63% in cycle I, and continued to increase to 85.74% in cycle II. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model of Make A Match type by utilising Wordwall media is proven to be effective in improving the understanding of civic concepts of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Praya.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in combating money politics during the 2024 Election in Dumbo Raya District, Gorontalo City. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach, the research gathered data through interviews, observations, and documentation involving Bawaslu officials, community members, and election stakeholders. The findings reveal that Bawaslu has adopted systematic, participatory, and preventive strategies such as early detection, voter education, and the use of digital platforms for reporting violations. Nevertheless, obstacles including limited personnel, constrained budgets, weak law enforcement, and public tolerance for money politics impede optimal oversight. The study concludes that while Bawaslu's efforts have shown progress, there is a critical need to enhance institutional capacity, reform election laws, integrate digital supervision tools, and promote civic engagement. The study recommends increasing funding, streamlining enforcement mechanisms, and fostering collaboration among various stakeholders to ensure more transparent, fair, and democratic elections.

Abstract

In Senior High School 4, Gorontalo City, there are several teachers who only use the lecture model in class when teaching, which creates a mediocre learning atmosphere, as a result, students' enthusiasm for learning decreases. Teachers do not yet understand how to design and implement learning models effectively. Inconsistency of Learning Models with Student Characteristics, Minimal Student Engagement in learning, because learning is only centered on teachers, Lack of Teacher Understanding of Learning Models, Evaluations that are not in line with Learning Models, and there are still many evaluations that only focus on memorization, whereas an effective learning model that can increase students' learning motivation is a learning model that emphasizes students' critical thinking skills. The method used in this study is Qualitative. The results and discussion of this study are In general, the implementation of Problem Based Learning has a significant positive impact on students' learning motivation, especially in terms of increasing involvement, self-confidence, and collaborative learning. However, the success of its implementation is highly dependent on student readiness, teacher support, and a supportive learning environment. The existence of challenges such as the need for high independence and teacher readiness are factors that need to be considered to ensure that Problem Based Learning can provide maximum benefits for students' learning motivation. The disadvantages of the Problem Based Learning Learning Model are that the problem-solving process through PBL takes longer than traditional learning methods. Students need time to understand the problem, conduct research, discuss, and find solutions.
