The plan includes specific steps to be taken to integrate future education into the day-to-day activities of the school. And it is necessary to pay attention to the strengthening of fundamentals, strengthening existence and building partnerships and communities. The three Quality Assurance Systems are carried out in a consistent and consistent manner in institutional development, so that the institution is automatically a quality institution. In accordance with the provisions of the ministry of education and culture, the quality assurance system is organized by internal institutions or known as the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and which is held by the Government as the main person in charge of the education quality system or the External Quality Assurance System (SPME).

The results showed that some religious groups in the village of Sana Daja disseminate multiculturalism through religious activities such as recitation, traditions, or community social activities; religious sects become instruments of social power to instill multicultural awareness. The construction of multicultural education between religious views begins with recategorization and desacralization, explaining the various interpretations of fiqh, emphasizing the substance and purpose of religious activities, and placing religious traditions as part of ijtihad products in the practical realm. Abstract

The pesantren system places a strong emphasis on the preservation of traditional Islamic knowledge and practices. The research examines the concept of Islamic education ideology and its implementation process at Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School. Two research questions were raised to guide this study. A qualitative research design is employed in the study, utilizing descriptive data from written language and respondent-observed behaviors. Additionally, 35 students (a mix of current students and Madrasah Aliyah students) were interviewed by the researchers. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observation. The findings demonstrate that, as a component of the Islamic movement in Indonesia, PP Hidayatullah Balikpapan established a formulation of Islamic thought that served as the foundation for the organization's philosophy. K.H. Abdullah Said, the founder of PP Hidayatullah, had this genuine notion, which his successors carried on with. This gave rise to fundamental principles that are connected to the pre-prophetic historical periods in Islamic educational ideology, including self-reliance, leadership, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and problem-solving. The steps of normalization, orientation, internalization, externalization, and objectification that comprise the developing ideological consciousness are influenced by the early suras of the Quran. The internalization of Santri's ideological knowledge is accomplished through both classical and non-classical methods, in addition to the use of pesantren support facilities including mosques, dorms, and madrasahs/schools. In conclusion, PP Hidayatullah Balikpapan creates the foundational principles of the Islamic framework and influences Santri's personal development by formulating the cognitive structure of Islamic education and implementing it inside the classroom.

Abstract

The madrasa committee is an independent institution formed by educational institutions to have a role in improving the quality and services of education in the form of direction, support for both educational facilities and infrastructure, and supervision of the implementation of education in each education unit. The madrasa committee plays a role as an Education Advisory, Education Supporting, Education Mediatory, and even controlling the implementation of Education itself. We must carry out the policy of "Merdeka Belajar", because this is a mandate from the government that all education practitioners in each education unit are required to implement "Merdeka Belajar" policy which is then poured into the "Guru Penggerak", the education practitioners are through the program in each education unit. Therefore, madrasa committees must be present and support the policies of this program. In this research method, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological descriptive type. The informants in this study are those who the researchers consider to know and are related to this research. The results of the study show that: 1) Madrasah committees have the duty and responsibility to make madrasas a progressive educational institution, 2) The potential and strengths of madrasas must be able to be explored and maximized so that later madrasas are no longer the number 2 educational institution but have become the leading choice of the community, 3) Madrasas become centers of excellence for education because educational institutions in the form of madrasas present more menus and scientific variants when compared to educational institutions in the form of schools.
