Abstract

Financial risk management is a systematic process of identifying, measuring, analyzing, and controlling risks related to the financial aspects of a company or organization, with the aim of minimizing potential losses and maximizing profit opportunities. One of the main strategies in mitigating financial risk is diversifying sources of income. Dependence on a single source of funding, such as government funds, can become a serious concern when there are changes in policies or unstable economic conditions. To reduce this dependence, educational institutions can establish partnerships with private entities or set up school business units. The types of financial risk management are credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, legal risk, and equity risk. Educational institutions must be able to manage their budgets well to avoid wastage or imbalance in fund allocation. The rapid growth of risk management services indicates that management can increase company value by controlling financial risks. Therefore, financial managers are able to actively identify and manage the market risks they face.

Abstract

Dalam Al-Qur’an, hujan tidak hanya dipahami sebagai fenomena alam, tetapi juga sebagai manifestasi kekuasaan dan rahmat Allah SWT. Penelitian ini mengkaji ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an seperti Q.S. Ar-Rūm [30]: 48, Q.S. An-Nahl (16) 10–11 dan Q.S. Al-Baqarah (02) : 22 & 19 yang menggambarkan proses turunnya hujan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan tafsir tematik (maudhū‘i), penelitian ini menganalisis makna ayat-ayat tersebut secara menyeluruh dan terpadu, kemudian dikaji melalui pandangan mufassir klasik seperti Al-Jalalain, Al-Māwardī, dan Ibnu Kathīr. Selain itu, dilakukan komparasi dengan penjelasan ilmu meteorologi modern yang menggambarkan proses evaporasi, kondensasi, pembentukan awan, hingga presipitasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya harmoni antara penjelasan wahyu dan ilmu pengetahuan kontemporer, serta menegaskan bahwa Al-Qur’an telah memberi isyarat ilmiah sejak jauh sebelum ditemukannya teori-teori ilmiah tersebut. Lebih dari itu, hujan dipahami tidak hanya sebagai kebutuhan fisik, tetapi juga membawa pesan spiritual tentang keberkahan, kehidupan, dan keseimbangan alam. Kesimpulan dari kajian ini memperkuat posisi Al-Qur’an sebagai kitab petunjuk yang juga memuat nilai-nilai ilmiah, yang dapat menjadi landasan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang berakar pada tauhid.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the senior high school level through a literature review. The study was conducted using a systematic review approach, which was structured based on the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) method. Data sources were obtained from five main articles that discussed various implementation strategies, challenges, and forms of implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in several senior high schools. The findings of the study indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum is designed to be more adaptive, enjoyable, and aligned with the characteristics and developmental stages of students. Teachers have the freedom to design Learning Objective Pathways (ATP), use teaching materials relevant to the context, and apply learning that adapts to the individual needs of students. The Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PjBL) models are the main approaches that encourage active student participation and character development. However, the implementation of this curriculum still faces challenges such as limited teacher understanding, infrastructure constraints, and regional disparities.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is an educational innovation implemented to overcome learning losses due to the Covid-19 pandemic and adapt to 21st century educational needs. In its implementation, assessment is a crucial element to support the planning and implementation of learning activities that suit student needs. This study examines five articles on the assessment of the Merdeka Curriculum published between 2023 and 2024. The study results show that assessment in the Merdeka Curriculum includes diagnostic, formative, summative, and authentic assessments. However, there are still various barriers to implementation, such as teachers' lack of understanding of the concept of authentic assessment, limited facilities, little training, and low use of assessment results as a basis for improving the learning process. With the support of government policies, continuous training, and collaboration between teachers, the implementation of assessment in the Merdeka Curriculum is expected to take place optimally to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian.ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan secara rinci bentuk penggunaan tindak tutur direktif dalam interaksi pembelajaran mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas VIII SMP Negeri Momalia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui rekaman dan transkripsi interaksi antara guru dan siswa yang mengandung tindak tutur direktif selama kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur direktif yang muncul dalam interaksi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri Momalia mencakup jenis perintah dengan fungsi sebagai permintaan. Jenis memerintah dan fungsi pertanyaan, Jenis memerintah dan fungsi persyaratan, Jenis memerintah dan fungsi larangan, Jenis memerintah dan fungsi pemberian izin, jenis memohon dan fungsi permintaan, jenis menasihati dan fungsi saran.Temuan ini mengidentifikasi bahwa tindak tutur direktif memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif di lingkungan kelas. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman terhadap jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ini dapat membantu guru meningkatkan mutu interaksi dan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning of classroom management in Indonesian language learning seen from the teaching module, the implementation of classroom management in Indonesian language learning seen from the implementation of learning, supervision of classroom management in Indonesian language learning, inhibiting factors, and solutions to overcome inhibiting factors in classroom management in Indonesian language learning. Using a descriptive research method with a qualitative research type. The results of this study indicate that the planning of classroom management in Indonesian language learning seen from the teaching module is very good, because in the module there are principles of classroom management in the form of warmth and enthusiasm, challenges, variations, flexibility, instilling self-discipline and emphasizing positive things. In the implementation of classroom management carried out by teachers in Indonesian language learning, the implementation of learning is also very good, because the implementation of learning Indonesian language teachers apply the 6 principles of classroom management. However, in the supervision of classroom management carried out by teachers in Indonesian language learning, there is 1 classroom management plan that is not carried out by teachers, namely evaluation and feedback when ending learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the forms of hate speech and the types of speech acts used by netizens who support Anies Baswedan against Prabowo Subianto on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), particularly in the context of the 2024–2029 Indonesian presidential election. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using data collected through screenshots of tweets containing hate speech. The analysis was conducted using speech act theory proposed by Austin and Searle, as well as hate speech frameworks developed by Benesch and Matsuda. The findings reveal that the most dominant forms of hate speech include insults, defamation, provocation, blasphemy, and the spread of false information. These expressions are delivered through various speech acts such as locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary acts. The most frequently found types are expressive illocutionary acts (expressing hatred and anger) and directive illocutionary acts (calling others to reject or act). The study concludes that hate speech functions not only as an ideological or emotional expression but also has serious social and legal implications. This research contributes to a better understanding of hate speech patterns in digital discourse and supports the development of forensic linguistics, while also promoting legal and communication literacy in society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the form of swear words in Tondano Javanese by traders at Yosonegoro Market, West Limboto, describe the function of swear words in Tondano Javanese by traders at Yosonegoro Market, and describe the meaning of swear words in Tondano Javanese by traders at Yosonegoro Market, West Limboto. The supporting theories used are the theory of swear words by Wijana (2013) to determine the forms of swear words, the theory of swear words by Allan & Burridge (2006) to identify the use of swear words in the daily communication of traders, and the theory of swear words that are relevant in this study, namely literal meaning and connotative meaning. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a sociolinguistic approach and a qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, listening techniques without speaking, speaking techniques, note-taking techniques, and sound and image recording techniques. The results of the study show that the forms of swear words found vary, ranging from words, phrases, and clauses. The functions of swear words include expressive functions, aggressive functions, satire functions, and humor/familiarity functions. The meaning of swear words includes two meanings: literal meaning and connotative meaning. The use of swear words is strongly influenced by certain situations.

Abstract

The disruption of Industry 4.0 compels the education sector to adapt to digital technology, demanding digital leadership from school principals as drivers of transformation. However, challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and lack of motivation remain. This community service aims to equip students, teachers, and education staff with digital competencies to become agents of change in facing Society 5.0. The program was conducted through training/workshops led by expert speakers covering digital literacy and student innovation in the digital era. Participants engaged actively in discussions, Q&A sessions, and strategic planning exercises. Evaluation was carried out through direct observation and pre- and post-training questionnaires. Results showed that 85% of participants experienced significant improvement in knowledge and skills related to Islamic education planning. The training proved effective and strategic in preparing student leaders for the digital era with technology-based leadership competencies.

Abstract

Belum optimalnya peran perempuan, khususnya ibu rumah tangga, dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga melalui kreativitas dan pemasaran produk keterampilan dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi. Hal ini diperparah dengan beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan kapasitas SDM dalam pengelolaan usaha, kurangnya pemahaman bisnis dan strategi pemasaran, minimnya kesadaran akan risiko kegagalan, serta belum adanya sistem pelaporan keuangan yang terstruktur. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu peserta memahami dan mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan, serta menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi untuk menjadi wirausaha, termasuk pemahaman tentang biaya dan fasilitas yang diperlukan. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif yang terstruktur, dimulai dari tahap persiapan (survei, FGD, analisis SWOT), pelaksanaan (pembelajaran interaktif, diskusi kelompok, tanya jawab, praktik), hingga penutupan (apresiasi, evaluasi internal dan eksternal). Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden, sebanyak 86%, mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang signifikan dalam landasan berwirausaha hingga manajemen keuangan, sementara 14% menyatakan cukup meningkat. Kegiatan ini berhasil membangun sinergi kelompok, melakukan transfer pengetahuan secara efektif, dan memberikan pendampingan intensif untuk implementasi materi serta perluasan jejaring. Realisasi kegiatan meliputi pelatihan manajemen organisasi sederhana, implementasi strategi penguatan usaha mandiri dan pemasaran, identifikasi risiko kegagalan usaha, penguatan kompetensi kewirausahaan di berbagai sektor (kuliner, fashion, kecantikan), dan penyusunan sistem pelaporan keuangan. Implikasi dari pengabdian ini adalah secara nyata meningkatkan kompetensi berwirausaha para peserta dan mendukung upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat, khususnya perempuan, untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga.
