Abstract

Advances in information technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI) and generative language models like ChatGPT, can be leveraged in presentation creation. This technology opens up opportunities to automate and simplify creative tasks, including the development of presentation materials. This training aimed to explore the use of AI and ChatGPT to accelerate workflows, improve content quality, and create engaging presentations for students at SMK Media Informatika Dasana Indah, Tangerang. The methods used included case studies and comparative experiments between conventional and AI-based presentation creation. Data was obtained from analyses of quality, design, processing time, and user feedback. The results showed that AI and ChatGPT significantly saved time in developing presentation outlines, ideas, and text drafts. Integrating AI into platforms like Canva or Google Slides also facilitates the selection of professional templates and automated design. However, challenges were identified, such as the limitations of human creativity, the risk of misinterpretation by AI, and the need for content verification.

Abstract

This study aims to produce Learning Video Media Using the Capcut Application on Light Material for grade III students of SD Kartika XVII-1 Pontianak City which can be used to help science learning activities. the model used in this study is the 4D model. The sources of this study were homeroom teachers, 22 grade III students of SD Kartika XVII-1 Pontianak City, and 3 expert validators, namely lecturers. The data collection technique for this study was in the form of student questionnaires/responses. The results of the study showed that the development of Learning Video Media Using the CapCut Application had gone through 4 research steps, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. The results of the study showed that: (1) The validity of the learning media by expert validators obtained a value from the validator including, media aspects 3.8 with the category "valid", language aspects 3.1 with the category "valid" and design and material aspects 3.4 with the category "valid". (2) The feasibility of the media based on student responses obtained a score of 88.04 with the category "very feasible" and teacher responses obtained a score of 4.8 with the category "very feasible". Based on the feasibility assessment, the learning video media obtained good results from teachers and students so that it is suitable for use as a learning medium.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, khususnya materi puisi, seringkali kurang menarik bagi siswa karena penggunaan media yang konvensional. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan pembuatan media kardus dan kartun sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif di SMP Negeri 49 Hitu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perhatian, partisipasi, dan pemahaman siswa. Media pembelajaran yang kreatif terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa dan mempermudah pemahaman materi. Dalam pelatihan ini, guru dilatih untuk mengembangkan media yang sederhana namun menarik, memanfaatkan bahan yang mudah didapatkan sesuai dengan kondisi geografis setempat. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan mengajar guru dan ketuntasan belajar siswa, serta membekali mereka dengan pemahaman pentingnya penggunaan media yang efektif. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran bagi siswa dan guru di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

The study that is now being conducted wants to measure how the ability to innovate academically, the organizational innovation, and the leadership that can adapt to change will affect the sustainability performance of educational institutions. Educators and administrative staff of higher education institutions made up the sample of 120 participants for the survey and the quantitative explanatory method was used to analyze the data. The analysis result showed that academic innovation capability, organizational innovation, and leadership adaptability were the independent variables, which had a significant positive effect on the sustainability performance of the institutions. As a result, the study not only augments the existing knowledge in educational management and institutional innovation literature but also gives practical tips to educational institutions on how to get better at sustainability by developing academic innovations, organizational innovations, and change-adaptive leadership.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi dan kapasitas kewirausahaan para asatidz, asatidzah serta santri di Pondok Pesantren Yanbu’ul Hikmah Bangkalan, Madura melalui pengembangan model Pesantrenpreneur berbasis potensi lokal yang sejalan dengan program One Pesantren One Product (OPOP) Jawa Timur. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kesejahteraan ekonomi tenaga pengajar yang rata-rata memiliki pendapatan di bawah UMK Bangkalan serta belum optimalnya penerapan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan di lingkungan pesantren. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui lima tahapan, yaitu koordinasi dengan mitra, penyusunan materi pelatihan, pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis konsep OPOP dan Business Model Canvas (BMC), pelatihan lanjutan berupa presentasi rencana usaha serta implementasi produksi dan pemasaran produk unggulan pesantren. Sebanyak 50 peserta yang terdiri atas asatidz, asatidzah dan santri berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep kewirausahaan, manajemen usaha, serta keterampilan pemasaran digital. Produk olahan ubi ungu “Lumbilicious” yang dikembangkan mitra menjadi wujud nyata implementasi program OPOP dan telah mulai dipasarkan dengan respon positif dari masyarakat. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil membentuk unit usaha pesantren yang berkelanjutan sebagai model pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren yang inovatif, mandiri dan berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengalaman para nakes di Klinik XYZ dalam menghadapi penerapan kebijakan penggunaan aplikasi RME di FKTP. Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh adanya kebijakan dari Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia melalui Permenkes Nomor 24 Tahun 2022 yang mewajibkan seluruh Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) mengimplementasikan RME terintegrasi dengan sistem Kemenkes. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian kualitatif, melalui pendekatan penelitian fenomenologi Edmund Husserl dan paradigma konstruktivisme untuk menggali pengalaman subjektif nakes dalam proses adaptasi terhadap Aplikasi RME. Subjek penelitian meliputi dokter jaga, perawat, serta kepala Klinik XYZ. Dari temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses implementasi RME, tentunya nakes menghadapi berbagai hambatan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, serta kesulitan memahami teknologi, minimnya kemampuan nakes dalam hal literasi digital dan lain sebagainya. Dengan adanya hambatan tersebut serta melalui proses pembelajaran dan adaptasi bertahap, nakes mulai menyadari pentingnya penerapan RME di FKTP. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan RME sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan SDM, dukungan infrastruktur, serta peran organisasi internal dalam mendorong transformasi digital layanan kesehatan di tingkat pertama.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of parental verbal aggression, particularly name-calling, on adolescents' self-concept and self-esteem. Negative labeling practices are often considered minor, yet they have serious impacts on adolescent identity development. Using multilevel analysis, the study assessed the relationship between the intensity of verbal aggression, perceived family emotional support, and school social dynamics on variations in adolescent self-esteem. Data were obtained through a survey of 350 students aged 13–18 years at junior high schools in Sragen Regency and senior high schools in Karanganyar Regency, as well as in-depth interviews. The results showed that parental verbal aggression had a significant negative effect on self-concept and self-esteem (p < 0.01), while peer support moderated this effect. These findings emphasize the importance of positive communication in parenting and the need for family interventions to prevent negative self-image. Theoretically, this study enriches the psychosocial model of self-esteem formation and practically provides recommendations for counselors, educators, and parents in creating supportive communication.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of immaterial reality in developing the theory and practice of Islamic educational management. The dominance of secular and rational paradigms has marginalized spiritual and moral dimensions within educational systems. Through a literature study of recent books and journals, this research finds that implementing divine values such as sincerity, responsibility, and blessing strengthens the managerial orientation of Islamic educational institutions. Integrating immaterial reality not only enriches management theory but also fosters an organizational culture grounded in faith and morality. Therefore, Islamic educational management is expected to serve as an instrument of spiritual and social transformation in response to contemporary challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the cooperative integrated reading and composition learning model assisted by leaflet media on the critical thinking skills of students of grade V science material at elementary school 17 Pontianak city. The method used was an experiment with a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was all fifth-grade students at Elementary School 17, Pontianak City. The data collection technique used was a measurement technique and a written essay test was used as the data collection tool. Based on data analysis, the average pretest score was 42.50 and the average posttest score was 70.27. The results of the hypothesis test using a paired sample t-test showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores with a significance value of 0.000, so ha was accepted. This proves that there is an effect of implementing a cooperative integrated reading and composition model assisted by leaflets on critical thinking skills. Based on the effect size calculation, it was obtained at 0.97, which is included in the large category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative integrated reading and composition model assisted by leaflet media has a positive influence on the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students at Elementary School 17 Pontianak City.

Abstract

Asas pacta sunt servanda menegaskan bahwa setiap perjanjian yang dibuat secara sah memiliki kekuatan mengikat bagi para pihak layaknya undang-undang. Dalam konteks perjanjian perkawinan, asas ini landasan atas keberlakuan kesepakatan mengenai pengaturan harta bersama antara suami dan istri. Meskipun demikian, keberlakuan asas tersebut tidak terlepas dari norma perlindungan hukum yang berorientasi pada prinsip keadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keseimbangan antara penerapan asas pacta sunt servanda dengan norma perlindungan hukum dalam pengaturan harta bersama melalui perjanjian perkawinan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asas pacta sunt servanda memberikan jaminan kepastian hukum terhadap sahnya perjanjian perkawinan, namun perjanjian tersebut dapat dianggap tidak sah apabila isinya bertentangan dengan ketertiban umum, kesusilaan, atau itikad baik sebagaimana tercantum dalam Pasal 1337 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata. Lebih lanjut, pengaturan harta bersama dalam perjanjian perkawinan perlu diseimbangkan dengan norma perlindungan hukum agar dapat mewujudkan keadilan bagi kedua belah pihak. Dengan demikian, pengembangan hukum perjanjian di Indonesia perlu diarahkan pada harmonisasi antara kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum substantif dalam pengaturan harta bersama.
