This journal accepts and publishes scientific articles that are original and focused on community service. Manuscripts are written using an academic approach or scientific method by presenting data on the impact of community service activities that have been carried out. Abstract

The Beginner Community Empowerment Program (PMP) aims to increase the knowledge and skills of craftsmen groups, with a focus on the "Bilalbeleke-art Group," which consists of eight members who are experts in making woven bags from typical Lombok rattan. This group of partners often faces a number of problems in running their business, especially related to organizational management, finance and marketing. In addition, they face challenges in production, including design and production equipment, as well as business and marketing planning, especially in the use of information technology. Therefore, implementing this activity is very important to overcome the problems faced by these partners. Thus, the main aim of this program is to solve the problems faced by partner groups and simultaneously empower them through the development of the creative economy.

Abstract

Kesadaran diri pada setiap pegawai akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap instansi, terkhusus dalam kesadaran diri terhadap potensi yang dimiliki. Sadar akan adanya potensi dalam diri, akan membantu  kelancaran kinerja seorang pegawai karena menggunakan keahlian-keahlian yang mereka miliki.  Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif melalui studi pustaka seperti buku, jurnal, skripsi, tesis dan lainnya, serta studi lapangan melalui observasi beserta wawancara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang pelaksanaan tes potential review di Balai Standardisasi dan Pelayanan Jasa Industri (BSPJI) Banjarbaru. Melalui wawancara awal dengan salah satu pegawai BSPJI Banjarbaru, bahwa subjek tersebut mengatakan masih belum terlalu mengenal diri sendiri, sehingga diperlukan kegiatan tes potential review  untuk melihat potensi apa saja yang ada pada dirinya dan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran diri (self awareness) terhadap keahlian yang dimiliki diri sendiri. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan di BSPJI Banjarbaru, dengan diikuti 20 orang peserta tes yang berstatus sebagai pegawai BSPJI Banjarbaru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa peserta tes mengatakan saat mengdengar hasil tes tersebut senang karena menunjukan hasil yang positif serta mengetahui potensi apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan. Selain itu, hasil tes tersebut sesuai dengan diri sendiri, tetap juga ada potensi yang tidak disadari seperti Gaya Kepemimpinan yang Birokratis. Peserta tes mengatakan, akan mengembangkan potensi-potensi tersebut hingga dapat memberikan manfaat untuk diri sendiri maupun organisasi. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat membantu pegawai BSPJI Banjarbaru untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran diri (self awareness) terhadap potensi yang dimiliki, baik yang sudah diketahui ataupun belum diketahui. Potential Review Test For BSPJI Banjarbaru Employees in Developing Self Awareness Self awareness of each employee will have a positive impact on the agency, especially in self awareness of their potential. Being aware of the potential within oneself will help smooth an employee's performance by using the skills they have. This type of research is qualitative through literature studies such as books, journals, theses and others, as well as field studies through observations and interviews. This research aims to provide information about the implementation of potential review tests at the Banjarbaru Industrial Standardization and Services Center (BSPJI). Through an initial interview with one of the BSPJI Banjarbaru employees, the subject said that he still didn't really know himself, so a potential review test was needed to see what potential he had and to grow self-awareness regarding his own skills. Alone. This activity was carried out at BSPJI Banjarbaru, attended by 20 test participants who had the status of BSPJI Banjarbaru employees. Based on research results, test participants said that when they heard the test results they were happy because they showed positive results and knew what potential needed to be improved. Apart from that, the test results are in accordance with yourself, there is also potential that is not realized, such as a bureaucratic leadership style. Test participants said they would develop these potentials so that they could provide benefits for themselves and the organization. It is hoped that this activity can help BSPJI Banjarbaru employees to increase self-awareness regarding their potential, whether known or unknown

Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak ke remaja. Trend masalah kesehatan pada remaja antara lain kekurangan zat besi (anemia), kurang tinggi badan, kurang energi kronis dan obesitas. Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis pada balita dengan ditandai tinggi badan yang lebih pendek dibandingkan dengan anak seusianya. Penyebab stunting multidimensi dimana salah satunya adalah gizi ibu mulai dari masa remaja. Gizi Remaja putri yang buruk menyebabkan peningkatan kejadian stunting. Pengetahuan tentang gizi pada remaja sangat penting karena akan berdampak pada jangka panjang terhadap derajat kesehatan. Pengetahuan remaja yang baik tentang gizi berkolerasi dengan kesehatan dilihat dari status gizi yang juga baik. Untuk membekali remaja dalam pengetahuan gizi dan pencegahan stunting maka pengabdian masyarakat perlu dilakukan. Kegiatan bertujuan untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran dalam menerapkan gizi seimbang pada remaja dan pencegahan stunting di Pesantren Yayasan Lima Menara. Pemberian edukasi dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Evaluasi pre dan post-test dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan. Hasil yang diperoleh adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebagian besar (70%) cukup, dengan nilai rata-rata 71,8. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi/penyuluhan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan para peserta. Adolescent Nutrition Education and Stunting Prevention Adolescence is a transition period from children to teenagers. Trends in health problems in adolescents include iron deficiency (anemia), lack of height, chronic lack of energy and obesity. Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in toddlers characterized by shorter body height compared to children their age. The causes of stunting are multidimensional, one of which is maternal nutrition starting from adolescence. Poor nutrition among young women causes an increase in the incidence of stunting. Knowledge about nutrition in adolescents is very important because it will have a long-term impact on health status. Adolescents' good knowledge about nutrition is correlated with health as seen from their good nutritional status. To equip teenagers with nutritional knowledge and stunting prevention, community service needs to be carried out. The activity aims to increase knowledge and awareness in implementing balanced nutrition for teenagers and preventing stunting at the Lima Menara Foundation Islamic Boarding School. Education is provided using lecture and discussion methods. Pre and post-test evaluations are carried out to determine increases in knowledge. The results obtained were that the majority (70%) had a sufficient increase in knowledge, with an average value of 71.8. This shows that education/counseling can increase the knowledge of participants.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) play a strategic role in Indonesia's economic growth, but they still face various obstacles, especially in product marketing. This research aims to identify and address the challenges in marketing the products of UMKM, particularly those under the guidance of Baznas Microfinance in the Gunungsari Village, NTB. The main focus of this research is marketing management training as a solution to enhance the marketing capabilities of UMKM. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach to collect data through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents. The findings indicate that marketing constraints for UMKM involve a lack of human resources understanding effective marketing concepts. Therefore, the Community Service Team initiates marketing management training as a concrete effort to strengthen the marketing capacity of UMKM. The training aims to improve the understanding of UMKM actors regarding marketing strategies, branding, and the application of technology in product promotion. The results of the training are expected to make a positive contribution to the development of UMKM, enhance product competitiveness, and expand market reach. This article provides a systematic, factual, and accurate overview of the role of marketing management training in empowering UMKM. By publishing this article in Lumbung Inovasi, it is hoped to contribute to a broader understanding of UMKM marketing literacy and inspire relevant parties in the development of similar training activities in various regions.

Abstract

Bangun Harja Village in East Seruyan Hilir District, Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, possesses significant natural potential for development into a tourism destination, particularly as an agrotourism park. Despite its substantial potential, the Bangun Harja Agrotourism Park has not attracted substantial attention from tourists due to inadequate infrastructure, limited human resources, lack of innovation and creativity among managers, and absence of promotion through social media. This community service program aims to increase the popularity and number of visits to the Bangun Harja Agrotourism Park by utilizing social media platforms as the main promotional tool. The program involves students from IAIN Palangka Raya, village officials, and community leaders, and employs the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method to leverage the village’s assets effectively. The key activities include creating and promoting attractive spots within the park, enhancing infrastructure, and conducting social media marketing campaigns. The expected outcomes include increased social media followers, interactions, tourist visits, and local economic benefits. This initiative aims to create a sustainable and thriving agrotourism destination that benefits the local community both economically and socially

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya stunting adalah kondisi ibu pada saat remaja. Pondok pesantren sebagai salah satu institusi formal bagi para remaja putri dapat menjadi media penyebaran informasi guna mengatasi pemasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan pemberdayaan kepada santriwati sehingga diharapkan santriwati yang telah mendapatkan pemberdayaan dapat menjadi agen perubahan (agent of change) khususnya bagi rekan sebayanya. Adanya pertukaran informasi antar rekan sebaya akan mempermudah informasi tersebut untuk diterima, difahami dan diyakini dalam mempercepat proses perubahan perilaku. Sehingga harapannya semakin luas informasi yang tersebar ke masyarakat akan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat khususnya dalam peningkatan kesehatan keluarga. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan yang dilakukan kepada 25 orang santriwati di Pondok Pesantren Qamarul Huda. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini diperoleh bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan remaja tentang  stunting, kesehatan dan gizi remaja, perencanaan keluarga, peran remaja dalam pencegahan stunting, kesehatan reproduksi dan pernikahan dini serta teknik komunikasi dan konseling sebesar  26,80 atau 53,54%. Langkah berikutnya diperlukan sebuah wadah dalam bentuk komunitas untuk menyebarluaskan informasi terkait stunting kepada sesama santriwati dan masyarakat luas. Empowering Female Students at Qamarul Huda Islamic Boarding School to Increase the Role and Contribution of Teenagers in Preventing Stunting One of the factors of stunting is mother’s condition when she was a teenager. Islamic boarding schools as a formal institution for young women can be a medium for disseminating information to overcome these problems. The aim of this service is to empower female students so that it is hoped that female students who have received empowerment can become agents of change, especially for their peers. The exchange of information between peers will make it easier for this information to be received, understood and believed in, accelerating the process of behavior change. So it is hoped that the wider the information that is spread to the public will increase public awareness, especially in improving family health. The method used in this activity was counseling carried out to 25 female students at the Qamarul Huda Islamic Boarding School. From the results of this service activity, it was found that there was an increase in teenagers' knowledge about stunting, teenage health and nutrition, family planning, the role of teenagers in preventing stunting, reproductive health and early marriage as well as communication and counseling techniques by 26.80 or 53.54%. The next step requires a forum in the form of a community to disseminate information related to stunting to fellow female students and the wider community.

Abstract

The goal of the PKM activity is to enhance the quality of learning through intensive training in the creation of teaching modules that integrate the concepts of PBL with the application of TPACK. This reflects the urgency of the teacher's role in adapting the learning approach to the current developments and preparing students to face future challenges. Focusing on the improvement of learning quality provides insights into the importance of integrating PBL and TPACK in innovative and relevant modern learning. The implementation method involves knowledge transfer and the Community Development Model through synchronous and asynchronous online activities. The partners in this activity are students of the PPG Daljab Biology Class of 2023 from the Mandalika University of Education. The activity is carried out for a total of 3 meetings. The results of the activity show that the partners' participation is very active, and there is a significant impact of the training on the partners' understanding of the PBL model and the TPACK approach, as well as their integration into teaching modules

Abstract

Sanggara Bimbingan (SB) Muhammadiyah Kepong Kuala Lumpur Malaysia yang didirikan sejak 2022 oleh Pimpinan Cabang Istimewa Muhammadiyah Malaysia (PCIM), sampai saat ini masih menghadapi berbagai masalah dalam pemberikan layanan pendidikan kepada warga migran Indiensia. Guru pengajar atau tenaga pendidik atau pembimbing di sanggar masih kurang. Kurangnya tenaga pendidik pada lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Indonesia yang ada di Malaysia, berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pendidikannya. Bukan hanya jumlah tenaga pendidik atau pembimbing di sanggar yang masih kurang, tetapi permasalahan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan guru atau tenaga pendidik di SB juga belum sesuai dengan berkembangan tantangan jaman sekarang dan masa yang akan datang. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan pemahaman dan keterampilan pedagogik kepada tenaga pendidik melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan penyusunan RPP Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Projek.  Sasaran pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah tenaga pendidik SB Muhammadiyah Kepong Kuala Lumpur Malaysia sebanyak 11 orang guru atau pendamping. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendidikan dan latihan atau workshop. Setelah dilakukan pengabdian selama 1 bulan, peserta (guru/pembimbing) SB Kepong memberi respon, yaitu: 1) Sebanyak 60% menyatakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sangat bermanfaat, 2) Menurut 80% guru/pembimbing materi yang disampaikan sudah sesui, (3) metode penyampaian  menurut 40% guru/pembimbing sangat sesuai, dan (4) Sebanyak 60% guru/pembimbing setuju jika pengabdian diadakan lagi dengan masalah yang lain. Kesimpulan dari hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat Internasional di SB Kepong Kuala Lumpur Malaysia sangat bermanfaat dan perlu dilakukan kembali di masa yang akan datang. Development Of Project-Based Learning Model Lesson Plans For Supervisors at SB Muhammadiyah Kepong Kuala Lumpur Malaysia Sanggara Guidance (SB) Muhammadiyah Kepong Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, which was founded in 2022 by the Leadership of the Special Branch of Muhammadiyah Malaysia (PCIM), is still facing various problems in providing educational services to Indonesian migrant citizens. There are still not enough teachers or teaching staff or supervisors in the studio. The lack of teaching staff at Indonesian educational institutions in Malaysia has an impact on the quality of education. Not only is the number of teaching staff or supervisors in studios still lacking, but the problem is that the learning methods used by teachers or teaching staff in SB are also not in line with the development of current and future challenges. This community service aims to provide insight into understanding and pedagogical skills to teaching staff through education and training in preparing RPP Project-Based Learning Models. The target of this community service is SB Muhammadiyah Kepong Kuala Lumpur Malaysia's teaching staff, totaling 11 teachers or assistants. The service methods used are education and training or workshops. After serving for 1 month, SB Kepong participants (teachers/supervisors) responded, namely: 1) As many as 60% stated that community service was very useful, 2) According to 80% of teachers/supervisors the material presented was appropriate, (3) method According to 40% of teachers/supervisors, the delivery was very appropriate, and (4) 60% of teachers/supervisors agreed if the service was held again with other problems. The conclusion from the results of service to the international community at SB Kepong Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is very useful and needs to be done again in the future

Abstract

Sosial media berkembang sangat cepat sehingga memberikan dampak pada peran sosial media itu sendiri. Sosial media telah menjadi wadah multifungsi, hal tersebut terjadi karena setiap orang memiliki kebebasan untuk menyampaikan ide dan pendapatnya kepada masyarakat tanpa batasan jarak. Salah satu potensi sosial media saat ini adalah menjadi media konten dengan pelakunya yang disebut content creator. Akan tetapi untuk menjadi seorang content creator banyak aspek yang perlu diperhatikan agar tetap menarik para penonton. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan content creator dipilih dengan maksud untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat luas sebagai upaya optimalisasi kreativitas sehingga konten yang diproduksi dapat disaksikan secara luas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan kerja secara komunitas yang dilaksanakan di Desa Medali, Kecamatan Puri, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bekerjasama dengan salah satu lembaga Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas Al-Muaawanah sehingga diharapkan peserta pelatihan akan memiliki skill dan memiliki daya saing untuk melanjutkan ke dunia kerja dalam bidang content creator ataupun advertisement. Jumlah mitra yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Lembaga Balai Latihan Kerja Al-Muaawanah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pegabdian ini adalah metode pelatihan yang mana pelatihan dilakukan dalam waktu lima hari. Pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai konten kreator, perencanaan konten, konsep konten, produksi dan pengeditan konten sehingga peserta mampu mencapai tahap publikasi yang baik. Kegiatan ini dapat digunakan sebagai modal untuk menyalurkan bakat serta peningkatan bakat peserta dalam bidang content creator dan dapat ditingkatkan sebagai peluang untuk mendapatkan penghasilan serta bersaing di dunia kerja. Optimizing Social Media Creativity With Content Creator Training Social media is developing so fast that it has an impact on the role of social media itself. Social media has become a multifunctional platform, this happens because everyone has the freedom to convey their ideas and opinions to the public without distance restrictions. One of the potentials of social media today is to become a content medium with the perpetrators being called content creators. However, to become a content creator, there are many aspects you need to pay attention to in order to keep attracting viewers. Therefore, content creator training activities were chosen with the aim of increasing public understanding as an effort to optimize creativity so that the content produced can be widely viewed. This activity was carried out in the form of community work training which was carried out in Medali Village, Puri District, Mojokerto Regency. This training activity is in collaboration with one of the Al-Muaawanah Community Job Training Center institutions institutions so that it is hoped that the training participants will have the skills and competitiveness to continue into the world of work in the field of content creator or advertisement. The number of partners involved in this research is the Al-Muaawanah Job Training Institute. The method used in this service is a training method where training is carried out within five days. This training can increase understanding of content creators, content planning, content concepts, content production and editing so that participants are able to reach a good publication stage. This activity can be used as capital to channel talents and improve participants' talents in the content creator field and can be increased as an opportunity to earn income and compete in the world of work.

Abstract

Ancaman bencana geologis seperti gempa bumi dan tsunami di Indonesia, meskipun jarang terjadi dalam skala besar dibandingkan dengan bencana hidrometeorologis, dapat menyebabkan kerusakan yang serius dan korban jiwa besar. Kesiapsiagaan yang rendah dalam menghadapi risiko bencana merupakan penyebab utama dampak negatif. Wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Tulungagung, terutama terhadap tsunami, memiliki peran sebagai pelindung alam namun juga rentan terhadap bencana. Diperlukan peningkatan pengetahuan terkait upaya mitigasi bencana tsunami di wilayah tersebut. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat tentang tanggap darurat menghadapi bencana tsunami. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan roleplay simulasi tanggap darurat bencana tsunami. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat desa Keboireng yang berada pada pesisir pantai gemah sebanyak 40 orang. Guna melihat nilai bagaimana pengetahuan peserta pengabdian, maka sebelum dan setelah kegiatan pengabdian, peserta akan diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner yang dibuat tentang kesiapsiagaan tanggap darurat bencana tsunami. Hasil hasil penelitian, skor pengetahuan pre-test didapatkan nilai rata-rata 74,80 dengan   nilai   minimal   dan   maksimal   67-83. Setelah   diberikan sosialisasi dan simulasi tanggap darurat bencana tsunami skor pengetahuan post-test didapatkan hasil rata-rata 84,25 dengan skor minimal dan maksimal 75-95. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatansimulasi ini terbukti sangat efektif dalam memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang langkah-langkah setelah menerima peringatan bencana, termasuk strategi penyelamatan diri dan jalur evakuasi. Emergency Response Simulation for Tsunami Disaster in the Community of Keboireng Village, Tulungagung Geological disaster threats such as earthquakes and tsunamis in Indonesia, although occurring less frequently on a large scale compared to hydro-meteorological disasters, can cause severe damage and significant loss of life. Low preparedness in facing disaster risks is a major contributor to negative impacts. The coastal area of Tulungagung Regency, particularly in relation to tsunamis, plays a role as a natural protector but is also vulnerable to disasters. Enhancing knowledge related to tsunami disaster mitigation efforts is necessary in this area. This community service aims to improve the community's knowledge of emergency response to tsunami disasters. The implementation method involves socialization and role-play simulation of emergency response to tsunami disasters. The target participants are 40 residents of Keboireng village located on the Gemah coastal area. To assess the participants' knowledge, a questionnaire on emergency response preparedness for tsunami disasters will be administered before and after the community service. The research results show that the pre-test knowledge score averages 74.80, with a minimum and maximum score of 67-83. After receiving socialization and simulation of emergency response to tsunami disasters, the post-test knowledge score averages 84.25, with a minimum and maximum score of 75-95. Based on the activities carried out by the service team, it can be concluded that this simulation activity is proven to be highly effective in providing in-depth understanding of the steps to take after receiving disaster warnings, including self-rescue strategies and evacuation routes.
