Abstract

School financing management is the whole process of trying to obtain and utilize all funds in schools. Seek as many financial sources and sources as possible to obtain funds from financial sources. Based on the results of the survey, the authors were able to identify problems which included: financial planning (budgeting), implementation (accounting) and auditing (auditing) had not been carried out properly. This study uses a qualitative method. Sources of data in this study consisted of the head of the Madrasah, Chair of the Committee, TU, treasurer, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, teachers. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions which were then described descriptively. By implementing financing management through financial management functions, namely financial planning (budgeting), implementation (accounting), inspection (auditing). The implementation of financing management through financial management functions at MTs Bahrul Ulum Krawang Sari Natar has been running as it should. Through this research, the authors recommend that parties related to financial planning (budgeting) be able to increase the number of educational infrastructure in the form of office/study buildings and inventory.

Abstract

This article discusses the evaluation of the educational curriculum at the Aulia Cendikia Islamic Boarding School in Palembang, with the background that curriculum evaluation is an important activity in the implementation of education in an educational institution. This type of research is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. The method used in collecting data is through interviews, observation, and documentation. To analyze the data starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Results obtained, namely the implementation of the evaluation of the Education Curriculum at the Aulia Cendikia Islamic Boarding School in Palembang has been carried out in accordance with the procedures for implementing the evaluation of the educational curriculum. Curriculum evaluation plays an important role both in determining educational policy in general, as well as in making decisions in the curriculum. The results of curriculum evaluation can be used by educational policy holders and curriculum holders in selecting and determining policies for developing the education system and developing the curriculum model used. The results of curriculum evaluation can also be used by teachers, school principals and other education implementers, in understanding and assisting student development, selecting learning materials, choosing methods and learning aids, methods of assessment and other educational facilities.

Abstract

The goal of the study is to identify methods for fostering teacher professionalism in the digital age, taking-into-account the potential and problems that may arise. A literature review was the research methodology adopted in this study. In this study, papers that are pertinent to the research topic and are required for it were gathered using library research data gathering methodologies. This is accomplished by using Publish or Perish (PoP), which uses the article databases from Google Scholar and Sciendirect for the 2019–2023 period to gather the necessary articles. Three stages make up the research phase used in this study: planning, conducting, and reporting. The article analysis produced 19 journal papers in both English and Indonesian that were pertinent to the research themes. The inference that may be made is that there are both obstacles and opportunities presented by the digital era. To build a plan for enhancing teacher professionalism in the digital age, it is necessary to identify obstacles and make use of numerous opportunities. The current plan involves supervision, KKG, PKG, and MGMP in addition to the implementation of training, workshops, seminars, and certification connected to the production of media, resources, and digital-based subject matter.

Abstract

The background of this research is the high interest of the people who are still vying to enter their children in MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, the number of new student enrollments every year has increased the number of registrants even though it doesn't look significant. However, there is an increasing number of applicants every year. This is also because many generations of student families have returned to study at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of integrated quality management at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study was carried out by reducing the data, after which it was presented in the form of a description and verified by drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: The implementation of integrated quality management at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, is already good, namely it is continuously pursued by prioritizing customer (student) satisfaction services, has involved all madrasa residents through teacher meetings every month or every two months, has an organizational structure that contains control, the head of the madrasa builds commitment by empowering all madrasa residents according to their competence and capacity to contribute to improving quality, madrasa management always makes creative efforts to satisfy students' services such as bringing in motivators.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of educator resources through improving the quality of pre-service teacher professional education in Indonesia. Literature review based on in-depth analysis of relevant sources. The results of data analysis in the field found that 3.3 million teachers, of which 1.5 million teachers were professionally certified (45%), the rest were not certified (55%), indicating that there were more teachers who were not professionally certified. research shows. In addition, Indonesia is still lacking on a national scale, around 1.4 million teachers. Of course, it is necessary to increase the number of teachers and their professionalism. This can be done with an alternative PPG Pre-service program policy. The results of the discussion in this study revealed that there was indeed an increase in the ability of post-PPG teachers compared to teachers who did not take PPG. However, this implementation needs to be carried out on an ongoing assessment and evaluation so that it runs optimally.

Abstract

The results of the affective domain assessment are not known to have a real impact on changes in students' everyday attitudes, such as tolerance and self-confidence, especially after Covid-19. This article aims to describe the relevance of the results of affective assessment to the practice of tolerance and self-confidence of students. The affective domain was chosen due to the fact that there is very little literature on affective evaluation and the practice of tolerance and self-confidence. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation and attitude scales, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The conclusion of this study is First, the relevance of the results of the affective domain assessment was found with an attitude of tolerance in three aspects, namely (a) accepting other people's customs and culture, (b) listening to other people, (c) collaborating and discussing with other people in a very high category, and Moderate relevance category on the aspect of understanding other people's point of view. Second, the relevance to the attitude of self-confidence was found to be very high on the aspects of self-love and self[1]knowledge, and the relevance to the medium category was on the aspect of being at peace with oneself and having clear goals.

Abstract

Tight competition in the global era requires an educational institution to be as active as possible in marketing its institution to attract students' interest and gain public trust. This study aims to examine Marketing in Islamic Education Management related to the Strategy for Increasing Public Interest in Madrasas at MA Darussalam Kepahiang. This research is a qualiative research with a descriptive approach. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data is processed with the stages of analysis, reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that the Strategy for Increasing Public Interest in Madrasahs at MA Darussalam Kepahiang is through collaborative collaboration and community approaches, quality development and improvement, leading trends and programs, marketing through digital media, proportional costs, and the application of good total quality management.

Abstract

Education decentralization brings positive and negative impacts for every school that implements it. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of education decentralization in SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. Respondents in this study were 5 people, namely the principal, vice principals, teachers and education staff. The instrument of this research is an interview guide on the implementation of education decentralization in SMA negeri 6 Batang Hari. The data collection technique in this research is through structured and depth interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is the SWOT technique (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The results of this study indicate that: 1) the form of education decentralization in SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari is School-based Management (SBM), school zoning systems, and the integration of technology in educational activities, 2) the positive impact of education decentralization in SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari is an increasing quality of education, efficiency of education administration and education equalization, 3) the negative impact of education decentralization in SMA Negeri 6 Batang Hari, namely the presence of new incompetent powers, the existence of gaps for the practice of Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism, and poses other challenges

Abstract

This study aims to determine curriculum strategies and learning methods in MTs Nashirul As'Adiyah Pepara in improving student achievement. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection obtained through observation, interviews and other sources in the form of files / data. So far the curriculum management strategy process has been implemented in such a way as to implement planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation in it. By implementing several learning methods in the form of lectures, questions and answers and discussions using media to support the creation of a good learning process in the form of LCDs, teaching aids and visual media in an effort to increase achievement in students.

Abstract

This study aims to get an in-depth description of the induction and supervision program expected by teachers at Salatiga City Vocational Schools. This study used a survey approach and the instrument used was a questionnaire. The research was conducted in several public and private SMKs in Salatiga City. The results of the study are that most teachers expect an induction and supervision program for novice teachers because the program has not been implemented evenly and sustainably in several educational institutions. The induction and supervision program carried out includes planning, implementation, and evaluation.
