Abstract

The leader is indispensable in achieving project success. The leader must be able to adjust leadership style that is suitable to be applied to specific situations and the follower. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership styles, team work as a mediating role in the performance of the project. The population in this study were all employees of the project. Location of research at PT. Ciputra Property Tbk - Sub Holding 3A - Bali, Jakarta and Semarang. Sampling technique using saturated sample so that the same population with the sample. Total respondents 121 employees. The research instrument used questionnaires and data analysis techniques using PLS. The results showed that transformational and transactional leadership style to teamwork influence positively, transformational leadership style to project performance affected positively whereas transactional leadership style to project performance is not influential in running the project and also teamwork as mediation does not affect the project performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect job satisfaction and organizational commitment on attitude towards organizational change and the influence of commitment organizational mediation. Population in this study is Industry Training Centers’ employees from seven cities in Indonesia. This study used questionnaire as a research instrument and Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analyze technic. The result shows that job satisfaction, has positive and significant effect on attitude towards organizational change, normative commitment, affective commitment,  and continuance commitment. Whereas, affective commitment and normative commitment have positive and significant effect on attitude toward organizational change. Moreover, continuance commitment has negative effect yet it’s not significant to attitude towards organizational change. Mediation test shows normative commitment and affective commitment influence partial mediation in accordance with job satisfaction to attitude towards organizational change.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of technology-based information systems with using models DeLone and McLean (1992) and developed by Seddon and Kiew (1996). This study modifies models Seddon and Kiew (1996) and applied to the public sector. The purpose of this study to test the effect of system quality, information quality, top management support on the usefulness and user satisfaction. Data were collected through a survey method with questionnaire technique. Respondents were taken using purposive sampling method with with individual analysis unit. Total respondents 108 user SIMDA applications in 36 units working. The study was conducted in October 2016 and the data analysis technique used is the partial least squares (PLS). Based on the results of empirical testing and discussion can be concluded that the quality of information and top management support positive effect on usefulness, but the quality of system has no effect on the usefulness. System quality, information quality, usefulness has positive effect on user satisfaction, but the top management support has not effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

One of them is the low performance of employees village-owned enterprises. The low performance of employees can be seen from the low level of employee discipline and the work produced is not maximized. Methods of data collection are observation, questionnaire and deep interview. The analysis showed that : 1) the village-owned enterprises were able to absorb manpower; 2) the village-owned enterprises were able to give a role to the original income of the village; 3) work experience, salary, work environment and leadership style positively and significantly impact on work motivation of employees of the village-owned enterprises, and age has negative and significant effect on employee motivation of the village-owned enterprises; 4) Work environment and motivation positively and significant effect on employee performance of the village-owned enterprises. Work experience, salary, age and leadership style does not significantly influence employee performance of the village-owned enterprises; 5) indirectly variables education through work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance BUMDes, while the variables of age, work experience, salary, work environment and leadership style indirectly significant effect on employee performance BUMDes through motivation work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze; 1) the impact of extensive arable land, working capital, technology and farming experience to the amount of production of sweet corn, 2) the impact of extensive arable land, working capital, technology,  farming experience and the amount of production on farmers' welfare sweet corn, 3) factor of the amount of production mediates the influence extensive arable land, working capital, technology, and the experience of farming on the welfare of sweet corn growers in Denpasar. The data sources used, there are two primary data obtained from interviews to sweet corn growers and secondary data obtained from the Department of Agriculture in Denpasar. The data collection methods used were in-depth interviews and questionnaires, with a number of respondents as many as 72 people. The analysis tool used is descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of the analysis of that acreage and working capital positive and significant effect on the amount of production of sweet corn in Denpasar, while the technology and farming experience no significant effect Technology, acreage, working capital, and the amount of production and significant positive effect on the welfare of farmers,while farming experience no significant effect. Total production mediating influence between acreage and working capital for the welfare of farmers. The influence of technology and experience of farming on the welfare of sweet corn growers in Denpasar is not mediated by the amount of production of sweet corn.
