Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan mengukur dan membandingkan perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, perputaran persediaan, dan perputaran modal kerja pada profitabilitas (earning power) pada perusahaan farmasi dan food and beverage. Data sekunder diambil dari laporan keuangan perusahaan farmasi dan food and beverage dengan periode waktu 2011 – 2014 pada penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 19 dari 35 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini memakai analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil riset mengungkapkan bahwa perputaran kas; perputaran piutang; perputaran persediaan; dan perputaran modal kerja berpengaruh secara serentak pada profitabilitas di perusahaan farmasi dan perusahaan food and beverage ditemukan hal yang berbeda. Perputaran kas berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada profitabilitas di perusahaan farmasi dan food and beverage. Perputaran piutang, perputaran persediaan dan perputaran modal kerja tidak berdampak signifikan pada profitabilitas pada perusahaan farmasi dan food and beverage.

Abstract

The development of the tourism sector has an impact on the increase of income per capitaand the increase of people's prosperity. The purpose of this study are 1) To analyze the influence of tourist attraction, facilities, and quality of service to the satisfaction of tourists. 2) Analyzing the influence of tourist attraction, facilities, service quality and satisfaction of tourists to the intention of returning tourists visit. 3) Analyzing the indirect influence of tourist satisfaction that mediates tourist attraction, facilities, and quality of service to the intention of returning tourists. Methods of data collection with observation, in-depth interviews and structured interviews. The data source of this research is primary data obtained from the spreading of questionnaires on 156 respondents in 4 tourist attraction which is subject to retribution, while secondary data, obtained from Badung Regency Revenue Service, Badung Regency Tourism Office, Central Bureau of Statistic (BPS) Badung Regency and Agency Central Statistics (BPS) of Bali Province. Analyzer used in this research is Path Analisys method. The results of this study indicate Attraction, Service Quality and Facilities have a positive and significant impact on Tourists Satisfaction. Tour Attractions and Travelers's Satisfaction Influence Positive and Significant to Tourist Visits Intention. Quality of Service and Facilities has a positive but insignificant effect on Tourist Visits Intention, and Tourists Satisfaction Variables is a variable that mediates the effect of Tourism Attraction, Service Quality, Facilities on Tourist Visits.

Abstract

Financial performance is an analysis done to see the extent to which the company Esperanca Timor-oan has implemented by using the rules of financial performance is good and right. This study aim to determine the effect of firm size (Total asset), leverage (DER) and liquidity (QR) to profitability (ROA) in the company Esperanca Timor-Oan Unipessoal.Lda Dili East Timor. This research was conducted in the company ETO. Secondary date in this research report 2010-2012 financial year, . Testing the research hypotheses using multiple regression linear analysis techniques, with tools Statistical Package for the Application of the Social Sciences (SPSS) 21.0 Version.The results showed that: 1).the size of the company’s significant negative effect on profitability, leverage significant positive effect on profitability, liquidity significant negative effect on profitability.

Abstract

Modal Intelektual (MI) merupakan suatu konsep yang menyatakan bahwa manusia (sumber daya berbasis pengetahuan) berbentuk aset tak berwujud yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan.  Jika dikelola secara optimal memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menjalankan strateginya dengan efektif dan efisien. Proksi yang digunakan untuk mengukur MI terus berkembang, dua diantaranya adalah value added intellectual coefficient (VAIC) dan  market to book value (MBV). VAIC merupakan pengukuran berbasis internal dan PBV merupakan pengukuran secara eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh MI dengan metode VAIC pada return on assets (ROA), bagaimana pengaruh MI dengan metode MBV pada ROA, dan metode mana dari dua metode tersebut yang lebih baik digunakan untuk mengukur MI. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2006-2011. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa MI dengan metode VAIC berpengaruh positif pada ROA, MI dengan metode MBV berpengaruh positif pada ROA, dan metode VAIC merupakan metode yang lebih baik digunakan untuk mengukur MI. Kata kunci: Modal Intelektual, VAIC, MBV, ROA

Abstract

The purpose of this research is know the performance of LPD Buleleng district with Balanced Scorecard Method are evaluated by four perspectives: financial perspectives, customer perspectives, Internal business process perspectives, learning and grow perspectives. In Accordance with the objectives, this research is descriptive research. The Results of this research based on the analysis of the financial perspectives this indicator for performance with healty predicate, the perspectives of costumers is an indicator for a good performance by category, internal process perspective is an indicator for good performance by category and for the last perspective is learning and growth perspective is an indicator for good performance by category. Overall performance LPD showed good performance in the category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the perception of usefulness and perceived ease with interest in the use as an intervening variable and its influence on the behavior of the system using Electronic Data Capture (EDC). The population in this study is the overall merchant using EDC systems PT. Indonesia Union Pay (Indopay) in Denpasar. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, with criteria merchants using EDC system Indopay in Denpasar. The samples used in this study is as much as 192 merchants. Technical analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study show that: 1) Perception of expediency positive effect on the behavior of use, 2) Perceived ease positive effect on the behavior of use, 3) Perceived usefulness positively affects the desirability of using, 4) Perceived ease positive influence on interest in the use, 5) Interests of use positive effect on the behavior of use, 6) Perceived usefulness positively affects the usage behavior through the use of interest, 7) Perceived ease of use positively affects behavior through the use of interest.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the financial report publication at the company's website and the level of voluntary information disclosure on the company's stock trading volume in Kompas 100 index. The study was conducted by using quantitative data with the source secondary data of financial and non financial information contained in the company's website and  trading volumes were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study was performed on companies listed in the Kompas 100 index during the period 2012 to 2015. Purposive sampling method applied in order to obtain 264 observations. The analysis technique used is by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the publication of financial reporting at the company's website and the level of voluntary disclosure positive effect on the company's stock trading volume in Kompas 100 Index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and quality of service to user satisfaction to build user loyalty GO-JEK applications in the city of Denpasar. The sample used as many as 170 users who have been using the service application GO-JEK at least 3 times in the last 3 months who live in Denpasar with nonprobability sampling technique. This research uses analysis technique PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the study found that perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on user satisfaction, service quality has influence Positive and significant to loyalty. Furthermore, user satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of ethical leadership and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and to know the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of ethical leadership on job satisfaction. The populatio used in this study was all permanent employees at DharmawYadnya Hospital and used a sample of 98 people using saturated sample method. DataRwere analyzed using Partial Least Squares. The results of the study found that ethical leadership and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational commitment is found to mediate ethical leadership to job satisfaction. The implications of this study to improve job satisfaction with regard to the ethical leadership of the director or management have not disciplined employees who violate ethical standards, so directors or management utilize absentees to deduct employee salaries or provide warnings. Decision making procedures in the company also have not created a fair and balanced perception related to the objective or not the decisions taken by the director or management thus need to do transparasi related information.

Abstract

The term of organizational justice used in this study was the degree to which organization member perceived about the overall organizational procedures, rules, and policies which are connected to their job. The aim of this study was to explore the quality, strength, and significance of the relationship between three types of organizational justices (procedural, distributive and interactional) to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The study would investigate the relationship between organization chief agent in the Polícia Nacional De Timor-Leste (PNTL). Data was collected through questionnaire and the data which had been collected and be analyzed using descriptive and path analysis. The results showed that the perception of chief agent member in the PNTL about organizational justice had a positive significan effect on their job satisfaction. This research also found that the job satisfaction of chief agent member had a positive significan effect on organizational commitment in the Polícia Nacional De Timor-Leste (PNTL).
