Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of infrastructure development, especially the arrangement of roads, road management policy in terms of spatial aspects and accessibility of development in Pangandaran Regency. The methodology used in this research is Connectivity, Ultrasound Method and SWOT Analysis. Source of data used as informants is Bappeda Pangadaran District and Local Government Work Unit (SKPD) and RPJMD document Pangandaran District 2016-2021, Regional Profile of Regency Pangandaran 2106. The official map of Pangandaran Regency to be used as reference to analyze spatially. In addition, the process of collecting data using interview methods accompanied the demand for digital data. The results showed that the implementation of infrastructure development related to road arrangement in Pangandaran Regency is currently the main priority of development activities. It is not separated that the existing road conditions can be said to be less feasible and is a legacy of Ciamis regency. The policy of road arrangement is urgent because if viewed from the spatial aspect of Pangandaran Regency is in disaster-prone areas. On the other hand, the challenging condition of topology and geography of Pangandaran Regency becomes its own reasons. Accessibility can increase the acceleration of development in Pangandaran regency due to the strategic location of Pangandaran Regency and become a tourist destination

Abstract

The rapid development of the restaurant is currently an opportunity for the younger generation to be able to open culinary business and can combine innovations to attract consumers. This study aims to find out the influence of raw materials, entrepreneurship and work experience on the production and income of the culinary industry in Denpasar. The population in the study were all restaurant businesses. The sample used was 76 with Simple Random Sampling. Path analysis techniques are used. The results of the study show that raw materials and entrepreneurship have positive and significant effect on industrial production, work experience has no effect on industrial production. Raw materials, entrepreneurship, and production have positive and significant effect on income, work experience has no effect on income. Raw materials and entrepreneurship have indirect effect on income through production, work experience does not have indirect effect on income through the production of the restaurant's industry.

Abstract

The research to examine that procedural justice and ethical work climate as a moderation variabels for the effect of budgetary participation on budgetary slack. This research was conducted at 41 SKPD in Tabanan regency. The sample was taken by purposive sampling with criteria. Data collected by survey method. The respondents were 123 government officers in Tabanan regency who were involved in budgetary planning.The empirical analysis is conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis.The results of this research  that the budgetary participation give positive effect on budgetary slack. The interaction between budgetary participation and procedural justice decrease the budgetary slack, meanwhile the interaction between budgetary participation and ethical work climate increase the budgetary slack.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Motivasi dan kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja, Stres dan konflik antar karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, stres dan konflik antar karyawan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan Kantor pusat, PT.Bank Sinar Harapan Bali (Bank Sinar). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Kantor pusat, Bank Sinar yang berjumlah 150 responden dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Proportional Random Sampling. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan Teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, stres berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, konflik antar karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, stres berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, konflik antar karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dan  motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan yang kondusif, rendahnya tingkat stres dan konflik yang dapat dikendalikan akan meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja dapat tercapai sesuai yang diharapkan.   Kata kunci: Lingkungan kerja, stres, konflik antar karyawan, motivasi dan kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of empowering MSME onMSME performance, analyze the influence of empowerment and performance of MSMEs in the welfare of SMEs in SikkaRegency-East Nusa Tenggara, and analyze the indirect effect of empowerment onwelfare through the performance of MSME in Sikka Regency- East Nusa Tenggara. Data source of this research was primary data obtained from the direct interviews using questionnaires to 105 MSME and secondary data were obtained from the Office of Cooperative in Sikka Regency - East Nusa Tenggara. Sample collectionused nonpropability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique of this research was descriptive analysis and PLS. The resultof statistical analysis showed the average of empowerment variables were variables with the highest loading value i.e.0.901, in the performance variable,the highest loading value was capital variables i.e. 0,856 and welfare variable,the highest loading value was the education variable, 0.819. While the resultof PLS analysis concluded that the MSME empowerment had a significant and positive effect on the performance of MSME and empowerment and performance of MSME hada significant and positive effect on the welfare of MSME, and performance significantly had a role to mediate the effect of empowerment on the welfare of MSME in Sikka Regency- East Nusa Tenggara. Therefore there should be an increase in empowerment and performance of MSME in order to increase the degree of welfare of MSME.

Abstract

Social security has been accepted as an instrument for the prevention and alleviation of poverty because it can increase the productivity of labor. Submission of the convenience of information and services via the Internet has been adopted to support it. The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of e-servqual to customer satisfaction, trust, and word of mouth participants BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The research data were used in the form of figures the growth rate of Internet users, the numbers increase user participation and online services BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, as well as the distribution of the questionnaire to test the variables in the study, using purposive sampling techniques BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to 100 participants who have been using online services. The analytical method used, namely, Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the application of SPSS and AMOS. This study showed that, the whole hypothesis can be accepted that e-servqual contribute positively and significantly to customer satisfaction, trust, and word of mouth. customer satisfaction and significant positive role towards trust, and word of mouth. trust plays a positive and significant impact on word of mouth. The theoretical implication of this study further enrich the theories e-servqual, customer satisfaction, trust, and word of mouth. Managerial implication in this study suggested that the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan consider factors - factors other than the dimensions of responsiveness as socializing on a regular basis for security and ease of use of online services, as well as providing stimulus to participants who are able to invite others to sign up as a participant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what can influence the occurrence of the bonus shares with a view of the variable rentability and leverage of the company. This study will also reveal the market's reaction as a result of the announcement of bonus shares. The data used are secondary data from the financial statements and annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2000-2014. Selection of the sample with purposive sampling method and acquired 36 companies with a number of observations over 14 years. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. These results indicate that, if high corporate rentability, the company tends to pay dividends and vice versa. Bonus issue itself was published at a time when companies do not have the capability sufficient cash to pay dividends, and the company will choose a stock option bonus as a successor or the company entered into a plan of dividend reinvestment plans (DRP) which allows investors to reinvest the dividends they have received returned to the company as additional capital for the company and instead investors receive bonus shares of the company. The results of this study also indicate that the market reacted positively to the announcement of bonus share.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan reaksi berlebihan (overreaction) pasar saham winner dan loser pada perusahaan Indeks BISNIS – 27 Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 27 perusahaan dan sampel yang di dapat setelah diseleksi adalah 25 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks BISNIS – 27 tahun 2016. Dari 25 perusahaan terdapat 14 saham yang yang tergolong winner dan 11 saham yang tergolong loser. Penelitian ini menggunakan abnormal return sebagai variabel penelitian. Abnormal return diperoleh dari selisih antara actual return dengan expected return. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung expected return adalah market model. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah independent sample t – test, untuk menguji perbedaan average abnormal return winner dan average abnormal return loser. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat overreaction yang signifikan secara statistik pada perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks BISNIS – 27 sepanjang tahun 2016, yang ditandai dengan abnormal return saham winner secara konsisten lebih besar dibandingkan dengan abnormal return saham loser secara signifikan.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative and quantitative research which is analyzed in descriptions by describing or describing the collected data conducted in Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. Analytical techniques of this study using two methods of data analysis. First, by using factor analysis methods to describe a state or a concept, the planned variables will be treated as indicators of either the latent independent variable or the latent dependent. Secondly, by using path analysis method to know the relationship pattern between three or more and can not be used to confirm or reject the hypothesis. The sample used in this study were 99 respondents. The result of the analysis shows that the level of labor participation is seen from labor perception indicator, labor attitude, and socialization participation in Blahbatuh sub-district, Gianyar regency is positive. This is seen from the average score obtained from each indicator, labor perception, labor attitude, and socialization of labor, and labor participation. Indirectly, workers' perceptions and worker attitudes have a positive and significant influence on participation in labor protection services to explore the participation of socialization in labor protection services in Blahbatuh sub-district, Blahbatuh sub-district.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance comparison of large capitalization shares and small capitalization stocks. The results of the previous single index model approach found that of the 35 shares that were incorporated and used as research samples in the large capitalization index of 18 shares and in the small capitalization index of 18 stocks from January 2017 to January 2018 there were 25 stocks that could form an optimal portfolio , these shares include 13 shares of large capitalization and 12 shares of small capitalization. The results of this study indicate that the large capitalization stock portfolio has a sharpe index of -21.70, while the portfolio of small capitalization shares has a sharpe index of -39.33. If there is nothing better compared to the IHSG benchmark. However, the performance of shares can be measured by comparing each other into stocks that are able to show better performance, namely large capitalization shares with a value of -21.70 because the performance measure is better than small capitalization shares with a value of -39.33.
