Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the impact of straight-line trajectory ball training on the dribbling abilities of players at the Disporasu Football School, aged between 14 and 17 years old, in Medan City, Indonesia. The research addressed the observed deficiencies in dribbling abilities, including players' difficulty in maintaining close ball control and the monotony of existing training methods. The study employed an experimental one-group pre-test post-test design and involved 17 athletes, representing the entire population of the age group at the school. The intervention comprised seven variations of straight-line trajectory ball training, conducted thrice weekly for a period of six weeks between September 21st and December 12th, 2022. The dribbling ability of the subjects was evaluated using a standardized dribbling test before and after the training period. The data were analyzed using paired sample t-tests, with normality and homogeneity checks performed prior to hypothesis testing. The results demonstrated a notable enhancement in dribbling proficiency following the intervention, with the mean dribbling time reducing from 21.18 to 19.66 seconds. The study's findings indicate that straight-line trajectory ball training significantly enhances dribbling ability in youth soccer players. These results provide coaches and trainers with an evidence-based approach to improve essential soccer skills during a crucial developmental period. The research contributes to a broader understanding of skill acquisition in soccer, offering practical insights for optimizing player performance and engagement. Additionally, the study underscores the significance of structured, progressive training programs in youth soccer development and provides a valuable template for ongoing assessment and refinement of training methods.

Abstract

Tunalaras merupakan anak yang berkelainan perilaku atau anak yang mengalami gangguan emosi dan tingkah laku sehingga kurang menyesuaikan diri dengan baik, baik terhadap lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, maupun masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis gerak dasar anak tunalaras dalam mengikuti pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta didik Sekolah Dasar yang berjumlah 50 orang dengan rincian 25 orang putra dan 25 orang putri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan memakai kuesioner. Hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat kesulitan siswa pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran gerak dasar  di sekolah dasar kota medan berada pada kategori “sangat tinggi” sebesar 6% (3 siswa), “tinggi” sebesar 76% (38 siswa), “cukup” sebesar 18% (9 siswa),   “rendah” sebesar 0% (0 siswa), dan “sangat rendah” sebesar 0% (0 siswa). Disimpulkan bahwa kebanyakan siswa di sekolah dasar Kota Medan mengalami kesulitan yang besar dalam belajar gerak dasar. Sebagian besar siswa merasa kesulitannya tinggi, bahkan ada yang merasa sangat tinggi. Sebaliknya, tidak ada siswa yang merasa kesulitannya rendah atau sangat rendah. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya tantangan besar dalam pembelajaran gerak dasar yang perlu diatasi oleh guru PJOK maupun guru lain dan pihak sekolah bekerja sama dengan orangtua siswa untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) subjects at Langsa City Public Elementary Schools. The focus of the research is on the learning process and the results achieved by students. This study uses observation and evaluation methods based on the standard learning process of PJOK. Data were collected through observation of learning activities that included introductory, core, and closing activities in classes VIII and IX. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the prerequisite test and t-test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the average value for preliminary activities was 45.5 (excellent category), core activities 50.09 (excellent category), and closing activities 15.13 (good category). Overall, the implementation of PJOK learning received a total score of 110 which is included in the excellent category. This study also found that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the school has been implemented optimally. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the PJOK subject at Langsa City Public Elementary Schools has been going well, having a positive impact on the learning process and student learning outcomes. Guidance from the driving school has assisted teachers in implementing meaningful learning by the new paradigm. The evaluation shows that the PJOK learning process not only improves students' physical fitness but also their social and individual development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the difference in the influence of the teaching games tournament learning model and teaching games for understanding on the learning outcomes of the rounders game, the difference in the influence of high interest and low interest on the learning outcomes of the rounders game; and the interaction between the learning model and interest in the learning outcomes of the rounders game in elementary school students. This research method is an experiment with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population is 56 students from SDN 132413 and SDN 132404 Tanjung Balai. The sample consisted of 32 students consisting of 4 groups, there were 8 in each group based on the top and bottom 27%. Data collection uses pretest and posttest. The instrument in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was analysis of variance (two-way ANOVA) at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of this research show that: there is a significant difference in the influence of learning models and teaching games tournaments and teaching games for understanding on the learning outcomes of the rounders game; There is a significant difference in the influence of high interest and low interest on the learning outcomes of the rounders game; and there is an interaction between the learning model and interest in the learning outcomes of the rounders game in elementary school students. Conclusion, There is a significant interaction between the teaching games tournament learning model and teaching games for understanding and interest (high and low) on increasing learning outcomes for the game of rounders. Abstract

This study aims to create and develop variations of forehand overhead clear shot training in badminton games. The research problem is the athlete's ability to perform forehand overhead clear shots still looks poor. This research was conducted in the age group of 10-15 years old beginner athletes Badminton Teratai Club Medan. In this study using the type of R&D research refers to the development model of Borg and Gall. The subjects in this study were beginner athletes. the product in this study has been designed and then validated by 2 experts, namely, Sports Experts and Expert Practitioners. The small group test results of 89.12% were categorised as ‘Feasible’ and the large group test results of 85.89% were categorised as ‘Feasible’. Conclusion, this research produces a product in the form of a variation of forehand overhead clear shot training using media tutorials for beginner athletes of Badminton Teratai Club Medan. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran jatuhan pencak silat berbasis rancangan modul android bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian Dilaksanakan dengan mengadtasikan dengan keadaan pandemi covid 19 dengan 5 validasi ahli yaitu 2 pelatih pencak silat yang bersertifikat, 2 dosen ahli media, 1 guru pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) berarti penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang berorientasi pada produk. penelitian dan pengembangan adalah suatu proses yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi produk yang diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan dengan dilanjutkan pengembangan produk, kemudian produk dievaluasi, direvisi da diujicobakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis evaluasi ahli pencak silat, ahli media, ahli guru pendidikan jasmani diketahui jumlah total skor responden (∑X) adalah 55 dan julah total keseluruhan skor responden (∑X) adalah 60 sehingga, presentasenya adalah 91% dan kriteria yang ditentukan dan dapat dikatakan bahwa Memberikan contoh gerakan sehingga mudah untuk dimengerti memenuhi kriteria VALID (80%-100%) sehingga dapat digunakan dalam proses penelitian. disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran jatuhan pencak silat berbasis modul android untuk siswa SMP ini sangat efektif dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Persentase yang diperoleh dari analsis data adalah 85% dan 91%. Produk yang dikembangkan ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani khususnya materi jatuhan pencak silat pada siswa SMP. Model ini dibuat berdasarkan tingkat kebutuhan siswa dan guru dalam aktvitas gerak teknik jatuhan pencak silat ini masih sukar dipelajari. Hasil ujicoba tahap kedua penggunaan model ini ternyata menghasilkan 91% dari target yang diharapkan, artinya model ini sudah efektif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran jatuhan pencak silat pada siswa SMP.

Abstract

he type of research method used in this angry bird game development research is the research and development method (Research and Development), which aims to develop and validate learning products. This study’s research and development (R & D) development model from Brog and Gall consists of ten steps. The subjects in the small group in this study were 20 students of class IV A MIS Nurul Amal Labuhan Batu Selatan. The subjects in the large group in this study were 40 students of class IV B and IV C MIS Nurul Amal Labuhan Batu Selatan. The small group trial obtained an empirical score of 78.62% (Quite Valid or Effective), so the Angry Birds game product is effective for manipulative movement. The expert revision in the small group trial was 80% (Valid). Although it was valid, the expert still provided revisions on the angry bird game for improvement. In the large group trial, based on the values ​​obtained, it was known that the empirical score obtained was 89.25% (Valid or Very Effective). The expert revision in the large group trial was 92.50% (Valid). This means that this study is sufficient to determine the validity of the angry bird game on the manipulative movement skills of grade IV students of MIS Nurul Amal Labuhan Batu Selatan. The effectiveness and efficiency test results above are 95% in the valid or very effective category. So, that means the development of this angry bird game can be applied later in learning elementary school children’s basic manipulative movement skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi, minat, dan persepsi terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani. Menggunakan metode penelitian regresi berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan seluruh siswa SD Negeri 066661 Medan Deli. Teknik sampel menggunakan probabilitas sampling dengan simple random sampling yaitu siswa kelas V SD yang mengikuti pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, 35 siswa laki-laki dan 29 siswa perempuan. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi, minat, dan persepsi terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani yaitu dengan rhitung 2,117 > rtabel 0,038, rhitung 2,547 > rtabel 0,013 dan rhitung 2,378 > rtabel 0,021 dengan taraf signifikan 5%, karena nilai R square sebesar 0,585 atau setara 58,5%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara minat terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan, ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi, minat dan persepsi secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani.
