Abstract

Arya Jaya is a trading business that is engaged in making tofu. UD. Arya Jaya began operations in 2003, by Mrs. Siti Aisyah. UD. Arya Jaya is in Bukkolan Village RT.01 RW.01 Paowan Village / Panarukan District Situbondo Regency East Java Province. To run this business, Mrs. Siti Aisyah was assisted by 12 workers. At UD. Arya Jaya, so far the tofu wastewater has never been used and treated but has been discharged into the river. As a result, various cases of environmental pollution that make a negative impact on public health occur a lot. Community service activities are also intended to train and foster communities around the tofu industry and tofu entrepreneurs so that they have knowledge about the utilization of tofu liquid waste and can improve skills around 75% to process tofu liquid waste into biogas in processing tofu liquid waste into biogas so it is expected With good management of the waste produced by the tofu making industry, it will add value to the product and be more environmentally friendly. In addition, the management of tofu wastewater in a waste to product manner can efficiently cost the costs, materials used, and energy to make new products from waste raw materials. Besides that, entrepreneurs know that they will no longer be difficult to deal with their waste. Based on the situation analysis above, the PKM Team together with UD. Arya Jaya seeks to overcome the problem referred to as "The Socialization of Tofu Liquid Waste Management (Whey Tofu) Becoming Biogas As an Alternative Energy Reserve in the Framework of Creating an Environmentally Friendly Industry". The activity that will be carried out has very good prospects and is expected to provide information about the processing of tofu industrial wastewater using anaerobic biodigester technology for biogas production. For tofu industry entrepreneurs, the processing of various wastes can be converted into biogas into added value. By paying attention to environmental problems caused by the disposal of potentially polluting waste, the existence of anaerobic biodigester technology can provide economic and ecological value while reducing the potential for disposal. In addition, it can reduce the effects of pollution resulting in the greenhouse effect. The final target and output are the publication of scientific articles in journals or proceedings in national community service seminars and newspaper article publications in national newspapers.

Abstract

Tofu industry is one of the big producers of waste because the waste reachs 25-35% of tofu product. TheLack of public awarness about the tofu waste resulted unused waste, even they throw away the tofu waste withoutknowing the high nutrition contained in the tofu waste. Cooperation between UD. The final target to be achieved is toform a business unit for various processed foods using a separator machine in the sanding of tofu waste with soy milkextract, as well as marketing management with the help of information technology (social media). The basiccontribution to the target is that housewives get new knowledge and skills about diversifying various processed tofuwaste products and getting more benefit. In addition, housewives will get income from creative economic activitiesfor the sake of moving the economic wheel that increases directly for the community, especially families.

Abstract

Paduan aluminium 6061 merupakan paduan kekuatan tinggi yang pengaplikasiannya terdapat pada elemen perancah, bangunan mesin, dan kedirgantaraan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kekuatan tarik dan microstructure pada AA 6061 dengan sambungan V dan X serta variasi arus pengelasan sebesar 120A, 130A, dan 140A. Penelitian ini, menggunakan standar ASTM E8/E8M-16a untuk pengujian tarik dan ASTM E112 untuk mikrografi. Berdasarkan data penelitian yang diperoleh, sambungan pengelasan TIG kampuh V memiliki kekuatan tarik tertinggi pada arus 140A, yaitu 92,7 MPa sedangkan kampuh X memiliki kekuatan tarik tertinggi sebesar 73,4 MPa. Pada pengujian grain size, arus 120A memiliki diameter butir sebesar 151,0 μm. Sedangkan pada arus 130A dan 140A memiliki ukuran butir sebesar 127,0 μm dan 106,8 μm. Disimpulkan bahwa kampuh V dengan arus 140A memiliki kekuatan tarik tertinggi. Sedangkan pengujian mikrografi, arus 140A memiliki grain size terkecil.

Abstract

Bahan yang terbuat dari asbestos sangat mengganggu kesehatan terutama yang berhubungan dengan paru-paru manusia begitu juga pemerintah juga melarang penggunaan asbestos sebagai bahan rem kendaraan. Bahan yang terbuat dari logam juga mengganggu kesehatan dan suara bising. Tugas utama pada pad adalah untuk menghentikan laju kendaraan dengan halus tanpa menimbulkan guncangan. Perlu adanya indikator-indikator untuk perbaikan sistem pengereman yang tidak mempengaruhi pada kendali kemudi pada saat terjadinya pengereman. Apa yang dimaksud dengan keausan adalah sebagian hilangnya material dari permukaan yang dipengaruhi oleh bahan yang bergesekan. Dari pengujian kekerasan Spesimen brake pads yang diperlakukan pirolisis temperatur 200°C dengan nilai yang tertinggi fraksi volume 50% : 50 % menggunakan alat Shore Durometer = 77 HD, terendah pirolisis fraksi volume 30%:70% = 49 Hard Durometer. Hasil uji keausan yang paling rendah yaitu campuran 50% arang hasil pirolisis dan 50% epoxy : 0.02404 mm3/kg.m, tertinggi fraksi volume 30% : 70% = 0,06598 mm3/kg.m. Pengujian bending tertinggi dengan fraksi volume 40% : 60% sebesar = 24,27 Mpa. Terendah fraksi volume 50% : 50% = 19,52 Mpa.

Abstract

Automotive is one of the mainstay products in the world today, especially in 4-wheeled vehicles and 2-wheeled vehicles. One of them is electric cars whose main driving force uses electric power. Some of the advantages possessed by electric vehicles with oil-fueled vehicles include free air police from exhaust fumes, no odor and a smoother motor sound. The development of electric cars in Indonesia, which is now growing rapidly, especially among university students, is being held with competitions to make electric cars that are worthy of being marketed. For that we need an energy-efficient car chassis design that is in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesian Electric Car Competition (KMLI). Research on the design chassis in previous studies has been done with different dimensions, materials, and types of chassis used. The purpose of this research is to design and analyze chassis type Tubular Space Frame using Solidworks 2019 Software in the hope of producing a chassis that is strong, lightweight and has flexibility properties while still paying attention to the Factor of Safety (FOS) when used. The chassis designed using Solidwork 2019 software has dimensions, including: Length = 1883.40 mm, Height = 1033.40 mm, Width = 721.34 mm. The results of the analysis and determination of the material between Aluminum 6061-T6 and Aluminum 6063-T6 used with a comparison of the values ​​of stress, displacement, and safety of factors that occur in the frame, it can be concluded that the chassis is a tubular type with the use of pipes 34.4 x 26.64 3.38 mm thick and 21.36 x 15.50 mm thick 2.77 mm is the most secure chassis and the weight is quite light.

Abstract

The worldwide generation of plastics evolved over the years due to the use of plastics in various sectors. This increase affects the availability of petroleum resources because plastic is a petroleum-based material. The research method used is the experimental method. In this study, observations and tests were carried out on the performance of the 110 cc injection motor, namely torque and power. Data collection begins with 3000 RPM rounds and ends with 8000 RPM rounds according to the standard. The mixing variations between pertalite fuel and polypropylene plastic fuel are as follows: 30% pertalite and 70% polypropylene, 40% pertalite and 60% polypropylene, 50% pertalite and 50% polypropylene. The results showed that the fuel mixture of 30% pertalite and 70% polypropylene experienced an increase in torque from 5.77 N.m to 14.06 N.m, and an increase in power from 1.9 HP to 7.4 HP.

Abstract

Pada penelitian.ini telah dilakukan modifikasi intake manifold pada 3 komponen asli sepeda motor skuter matic karburator 125 cc dan uji perfoma (Daya dan Torsi) yang menggunakan variasi bahan bakar (pertalite dan pertamax). Uji perfoma (daya dan torsi) pada komponen asli dan komponen balap mesin 4 langkah skuter matic 125 cc menggunakan.alat dynamometer atau. dyno test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan daya dan torsi.yang cukup signifikan. Daya optimum dihasilkan pada komponen balap dengan menggunakan bahan bakar Pertamax sebesar 7,1 Hp.dan Torsi 12,46 Nm. Sedangkan.Daya minimum.dihasilkan pada komponen asli dengan menggunakan bahan bakar Pertalite sebesar 1,9 Hp dan Torsi 1,11 Nm.

Abstract

ABSTRAKHasil survey menunjukkan bahwa para tukang di Desa Sukogidri Kecamatan Ledokombo Kabupaten Jember belum memiliki keterampilan memanfaatan teknologi ferosemen dan beton bertulang bambu sebagai bahan bangunan yang tahan terhadap gempa. Solusi yang diberikan pada para Tukang diantaranya 1) memberikan informasi mengenai gempa dan dampak yang ditimbulkan terhadap rumah dan bangunan, 2) memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi ferosemen, 3) memberikan tindak lanjut pelatihan pemanfaatan bambu sebagai tulangan beton. Mengingat intensitas terjadinya gempa sangat masif maka kegiatan  Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) mendesak untuk dilaksanakan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tukang dalam menerapkan teknologi ferosemen dan beton bertulang bambu. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan mulai dari observasi, koordinasi lapangan, penyampaian teori teknologi ferosemen dan beton bertulang bambu, praktek membuat ferosemen, praktek membuat beton bertulang bambu, praktek membuat beton bertulang bambu, penguatan kelompok tukang. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan, maka dilakukan pretest sebelum dimulai pelaksanaan program dan postest setelah kegiatan. Dari kegiatan  ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan tukang meningkat setelah dilakukan praktek membuat ferosemen dan praktek membuat beton bertulang bambu. Kata kunci: ferosemen; tulangan bambu; tukang; beton. ABSTRACTThe results of the survey indicated that the construction employees in Sukogidri Village, Ledokombo District, Jember Regency lacked the skills necessary to use ferrocement technology and bamboo-reinforced concrete as earthquakeresistant building materials. The solutions supplied to the construction workers included 1) providing information about earthquakes and their effects on buildings and residences, 2) providing training on the use of ferrocement technology, and 3) providing follow-up training on the use of bamboo as concrete reinforcement. Program kemitraan masyarakat stimulus (PKMS) must be implemented immediately due to the magnitude of the enormous earthquake. This activity aims to enhance the skills of construction employees in the application of ferrocement and bamboo-reinforced concrete. Observation, field coordination, delivery of ferrocement technology theory and bamboo reinforced concrete, practice of producing ferrocement, practice of producing bamboo reinforced concrete, practice of producing bamboo reinforced concrete, and strengthening of construction worker groups are the stages of implementing the activities. Before the program begins, a pretest and a post-test are administered to measure the efficacy of the activity. Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh dari variasi komposisi zeolit alam terhadap hasil pirolisis campuran plastik polypropylene (PP) dan polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Dengan bertumpu pada masalah meningkatnya penggunaan plastik sekali pakai, penelitian ini menerapkan teknologi pirolisis untuk mengubah sampah plastik menjadi bahan bakar minyak. Zeolit alam ditambahkan sebagai katalis dalam pirolisis dengan persentase variasi 5%, 10%, dan 15%. Eksperimen dilakukan dengan memanaskan campuran plastik dalam reaktor selama 2 hingga 3 jam, kemudian hasil pirolisis diukur volume minyaknya. Selain itu, analisis kandungan senyawa sintetik dilakukan menggunakan alat GCMS (Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan zeolit alam memiliki dampak pada kualitas hasil pirolisis. Semakin tinggi persentase zeolit, semakin jernih warna bahan bakar yang dihasilkan, menyerupai bahan bakar premium. Selain itu, waktu pirolisis juga dipengaruhi oleh penambahan zeolit, dengan waktu yang semakin singkat seiring peningkatan persentase zeolit. Analisis menggunakan(GCMS) mengungkapkan bahwa variasi komposisi zeolit berpengaruh pada jumlah zat senyawa komponen sintetik yang dihasilkan. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa zeolit alam memiliki potensi sebagai katalis dalam proses pirolisis plastik campuran PP dan PET. Penambahan zeolit dapat meningkatkan kualitas bahan bakar hasil pirolisis, yang dapat memiliki implikasi positif dalam upaya mengurangi dampak sampah plastik dan mendapatkan sumber energi alternatif. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami efek zeolit secara lebih rinci serta untuk mengoptimalkan proses pirolisis secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of straight groove, zigzag groove, and U pattern groove movement on the hardness and mechanical properties of the material in ST42 steel welding. The welding method used is shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) with a current strength of 100 Amperes. The test results show that the movement of the straight groove electrode gives the highest stress value in the bending test with an average of 1,168 MPa. The zig-zag groove electrode movement gave an average stress value of 1.127 Mpa, while the U pattern groove electrode movement gave an average stress value of 1.905 MPa. Microstructural testing showed that all electrode movements produced pearlite and ferrite phases, but straight groove electrode movements had more pearlite phases than the other movements. In addition, the zig-zag groove electrode flow and U pattern. This study provides a better understanding of the effect of electrode movement on the quality of welded joints, as well as providing important information in the development of industrial welding techniques.
