Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by BAZNAS Bima City in collecting and distributing productive zakat to increase mustahik income. It also explores the challenges faced and the corresponding solutions in the implementation process. Utilizing a qualitative method, the study is based on both primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews, while secondary data were sourced from journals, books, and reports relevant to the topic. The findings reveal that BAZNAS Bima City plays a strategic role in enhancing mustahik welfare through systematic and sustainable zakat management. Despite operational obstacles, the institution has adopted innovations and engaged local stakeholders to address these issues. The study concludes that strengthening institutional capacity and partnerships is essential for optimizing the impact of productive zakat and achieving maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah.

Abstract

An edge irregular total k-labeling of a simple graph  is a labeling that assigns positive integers to its vertices and edges such that the weight of every edge, defined as the sum of the labels of the edge and its two incident vertices, is distinct. The smallest integer  that allows such a labeling is called the total edge irregularity strength, denoted by  In this paper, we study the total edge irregularity strength of the corona product of a ladder graph ​ and a null graph ​, denoted by  By applying constructive labeling and analyzing the resulting edge weights, we show that all edges can be assigned distinct weights. From Theorem 1, it is obtained that . This result contributes to the development of graph labeling theory and can be extended to larger ladder graphs for further applications, including cryptography and network security.

Abstract

Introduction: Bilateral pneumothorax is a rare case which happens in 1.3 to 1.9 percent of all cases of  pneumothorax.1 In breast carcinoma patients, it is due to lung metastasis and first selected conservative therapy.2 Lung metastasis can be found in the appearance of pulmonary nodules called cannon-ball metastases in chest X-Ray (CXR).3 Method: Case report based on findings in chest X-Ray. Result: A 42 year-old female came to ER with sudden shortness of breath and pleuritic pain. She was diagnosed with breast carcinoma 3 years prior the ER visit and had undergone mastectomy on breasts and chemotherapy. Physical examination showed bilaterally decreased breath sounds. CXR AP postion showed bilateral pneumothorax and multiple nodules varied in size indicated lung metastases. Chest tubes with water-sealed drainage were inserted in both side of the lungs. CXR after the insertion showed reduction of the volume of pneumothorax in both side of the lungs and cannon-ball metastases in both sides of the lungs. CXR was performed serially until hospital discharge. Discussion: Bilateral pneumothorax which develops in patients who have history of breast carcinoma is considered very rare.It is caused by the metastatic process and treatment.2 CXR can be used to detect the metastasis and its complications such as pneumothorax.4 Conclusion: Bilateral pneumothorax is rarely seen in patients with breast carcinoma. Early detection of lung metastasis and appropriate therapy of tumor can prevent complications such as pneumothorax.Keywords: bilateral pneumothorax; lung metastases; breast carcinoma; chest X-Ray

Abstract

Education and health assessments for the elderly are essential for the community, particularly for senior citizens, and should be delivered using appropriate methods to ensure that the information is effectively received and can be applied in their daily lives. The aim of the health check-up is to identify diseases affecting the elderly in Luthu Lamweu village and to provide them with knowledge about effective prevention and treatment options. The team are conducted to help the elderly understand how to prevent and manage the illnesses they may encounter. Additional empowerment techniques involve performing health checks by monitoring vital signs, assessing blood glucose levels, and measuring oxygen saturation. The activities took place at the Luthu Lamweu meunasah, with participation from 25 elderly individuals. The health check-up results indicated that hypertension, and diabetes mellitus were the most prevalent conditions among the elderly in this village.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Implementasi Elektronik Kinerja pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh merupakan hasil observasi kemudian wawancara serta dokumentasi dengan informan yang ada pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Sistem E-Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gowa sudah berjalan dengan cukup efektif dari segi efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja pegawai. Sistem ini memberikan kemudahan bagi para pegawai dalam menyusun dan mengevaluasi Sasaran Kinerja yang telah ditentukan. Tidak hanya itu sistem ini juga telah mendorong terciptanya budaya kerja yang lebih transparan, terukur, terstruktur dan efisien. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya e-kinerja juga menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan literasi teknologi di kalangan pegawai, terutama yang berusia lanjut atau tidak terbiasa menggunakan perangkat digital, dan kendala teknis seperti gangguan jaringan serta lambatnya sistem. Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian di Indonesia dan sering disebut sebagai “silent killer” karena tidak menunjukkan gejala yang nyata. Senam jantung sehat merupakan bentuk intervensi non-farmakologis yang dipercaya dapat membantu menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam jantung sehat terhadap tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Babahrot, Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel berjumlah 20 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi berupa senam jantung sehat dilakukan selama 8 kali dalam 1 bulan (2 kali seminggu), dengan pengukuran tekanan darah dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan rata-rata tekanan darah sistolik dari 144,775 mmHg menjadi 142,413 mmHg, dan tekanan darah diastolik dari 86,806 mmHg menjadi 84,969 mmHg setelah intervensi. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan tersebut signifikan secara statistik (p < 0.05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa senam jantung sehat terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik pada pasien hipertensi. Senam ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi pendukung non-farmakologis dalam penanganan hipertensi di layanan primer seperti puskesmas.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the struggle regarding the stigma and discrimination of church members towards PLWHA. PLWHA are stigmatized as sinners because the congregation often identifies HIV/AIDS as a disease caused by sin. The author found this case in the Toraja Church, Batusura Congregation. To minimize cases of discrimination in the congregation's perspective towards PLWHA, the author analyzed the pastoral approach model found in the story of Job. Job's suffering is a critique of retributive theology which always generalizes disease as a result of sin. Job's friends visited Job and helped him understand his suffering with a deductive pastoral approach and retributive theology as the basis of thinking. However, God showed Job's friends the error and claimed that Job's suffering was under the authority of His wisdom and creativity. The author found that Job's story emphasizes a correlational pastoral approach. This approach rejects discrimination and generalization towards PLWHA because not all diseases are the result of sin, including PLWHA. The stigma of a sinner will not restore PLWHA but instead discriminate against them. A correlational approach can also help congregations encounter other causes of HIV/AIDS that are not sinful acts.

Abstract

The application of a Deep Learning model to classify songket woven cloth motifs from South Sumatra reflects the richness of local culture through its diverse motifs. The main challenge faced is the difficulty in distinguishing various songket motifs due to their complexity and wide variety of designs. This research aims to: (1) develop an effective Deep Learning model for classifying songket woven fabric motifs, (2) measure the accuracy and performance of the model, and (3) assess the implications of this model for cultural preservation and the textile industry. The research method employs the SEMMA (Sample, Explore, Modify, Model, and Assess) approach in the data mining process, which includes five phases: data sampling, data exploration, data modification, data modeling, and model evaluation. Songket motif image data is collected, processed, and modeled using the YOLO (You Only Look Once) algorithm for accurate predictions. Data analysis is conducted to assess the model's accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The research results show that the developed system is capable of accurately classifying songket motifs, confirming the effectiveness of Deep Learning models in overcoming this challenge. These findings have significant implications for cultural preservation and textile industry applications, highlighting the potential of Deep Learning technology in processing and analyzing traditional textile data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi pelindungan hukum bagi dokter polisi dalam penugasan Bawah Kendali Operasi (BKO) Kepolisian dan pelaksanaan pelindungan hukum bagi dokter polisi dalam penugasan BKO Kepolisian. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan secara yuridis.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaturan pelindungan hukum bagi dokter polisi dalam penugasan Bawah Kendali Operasi (BKO) Kepolisian belum memberikan perlindungan bagi dokter sebagai petugas medis, hal ini dikarenakan baik Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan maupun Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 Tentang Sistem, Manajemen  Dan Standar Keberhasilan Operasional Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia belum mengadopsi ketentuan Pasal 11, Pasal 24 hingga 27, Pasal 36, dan Pasal 37 Konvensi Jenewa sebagaimana telah diratifikasi oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 59 Tahun 1958 tentang Ikut Serta Negara Republik Indonesia Dalam Seluruh Konpensi Jenewa Tanggal 12 Agustus 1949 tentang perlindungan tenaga medis di wilayah konflik dan berbahaya.

Abstract

The International Labor Organization (ILO) reports that 2 million people die in the workplace, one of the causes being overexertion. Herbal saunas are decoctions of plants with medicinal properties, including anti-fatigue. Warm steam applied to the skin helps dilate blood vessels, improving circulation. The purpose of this activity was to provide knowledge about various medicinal plants that can be used as herbal saunas and to provide community members with skills in making herbal saunas. The PKM method involved participation through outreach and mentoring women in preparing herbal saunas. The activity took place on July 27, 2025, in Alue Deah Teungoh Village, with 15 women participating in the Family Welfare Movement (PKK). The activity began with a pre-test and then a herbal sauna booklet. The results of this activity were an increase in the knowledge and skills of the PKK women, demonstrated by the resulting product, a dried herbal sauna packaged in a standing pouch. Participants were very enthusiastic about the training. The activity concluded with the use of herbal saunas, which were boiled in a steamer and the steam flowed into a portable sauna tent. Participants took turns using the sauna, which had been filled with the herbal sauna decoction.
