Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam pemasaran, termasuk bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM Pempek Mona, produsen pempek tradisional di Palembang, masih mengandalkan promosi manual melalui media sosial, sehingga jangkauan pasar terbatas dan interaksi pelanggan sulit dipantau. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi promosi berbasis website untuk meningkatkan efektivitas promosi, kemudahan pengelolaan informasi produk, dan interaksi pelanggan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan HTML, PHP, dan MySQL, serta diuji menggunakan Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menampilkan katalog produk, informasi promosi, serta menyediakan fitur komunikasi langsung melalui WhatsApp, dengan seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan visibilitas produk, memperluas jangkauan promosi, dan mempermudah pengelolaan data. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi UMKM dalam mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital, serta kontribusi teoretis dalam memperluas penerapan digital marketing pada sektor kuliner tradisional. Abstract

This study investigates the complex relationships between organizational transformation, transformational leadership style, employee satisfaction, and employee performance at PT Graha Sarana Duta (TelkomProperty), an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) subsidiary undergoing continuous change. Specifically, this research examines the mediating role of employee satisfaction and the moderating effects of tenure and gender. A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with Multi-Group Analysis (MGA) was applied. Data was collected from 268 permanent employees of PT Graha Sarana Duta via an online questionnaire. The results indicate that transformational leadership style significantly and positively influences employee satisfaction (P=0.000), and employee satisfaction significantly and positively influences employee performance (P=001). A crucial finding is that employee satisfaction fully mediates the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance (P=0.002), suggesting that leadership's impact on performance primarily occurs through increased job satisfaction. Conversely, organizational transformation does not significantly affect employee satisfaction or employee performance directly (P > 0.05), and its effects are not mediated by employee satisfaction. Tenure does not moderate any relationships. However, gender significantly moderates several relationships: the influence of transformational leadership on employee satisfaction and employee satisfaction on performance is stronger for men, while the influence of organizational transformation on employee satisfaction and performance is stronger for women. This study underscores the central role of employee satisfaction as a driver of performance and a key mechanism for transformational leadership. It also highlights the complex and often indirect impact of organizational transformation on human resource outcomes, as well as the need for gender-sensitive HR strategies. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive integration of variables, the specific context of an Indonesian BUMN subsidiary, and the in-depth multi-group analysis based on gender.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan data penjualan secara optimal menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis berbasis data. Kesuma Motor Sport sebagai toko variasi dan aksesoris motor memiliki volume data transaksi yang besar, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas pada laporan statis sehingga belum mampu memberikan gambaran performa penjualan secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis performa penjualan dan perilaku pelanggan melalui penerapan metode Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) dengan algoritma K-Means dan Regresi Linear, serta mengembangkan dashboard visualisasi interaktif berbasis Microsoft Power BI. Algoritma K-Means digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data penjualan berdasarkan pola dan karakteristik pelanggan, sedangkan Regresi Linear diterapkan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel dan memprediksi tren penjualan di masa mendatang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terbentuknya beberapa cluster penjualan dengan karakteristik performa yang berbeda serta pola tren penjualan yang meningkat, menurun, dan fluktuatif. Dashboard yang dikembangkan mampu menyajikan informasi secara visual dan interaktif, sehingga membantu manajemen dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja dan pengambilan keputusan strategis berbasis data.

Abstract

Air policing serves as a critical mechanism for maintaining airspace integrity within nations or alliances, directly contributing to air superiority in military defense contexts. This paper analyzes the role of air policing in establishing and sustaining air dominance, focusing on the NATO Air Policing case study. Employing qualitative and quantitative approaches, including literature review, historical data, statistical tables, and graphs, we explore how air policing functions as deterrence, rapid response, and a foundation for broader military operations. The NATO case since 2004 demonstrates over 300 annual interceptions in recent periods, reinforcing alliance solidarity and preventing conflict escalation. In-depth analysis, enhanced by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for prioritizing factors, Monte Carlo simulations for risk assessment, and relevant theories such as deterrence theory and air power theory, reveals air policing as a strategic element supporting modern military doctrines where air superiority is prerequisite for ground and naval operations. Findings emphasize the integration of advanced technologies like radar and fifth-generation fighters to enhance effectiveness. This paper concludes that air policing is a foundational pillar for air superiority, with implications for global defense policies in geopolitical tensions.

Abstract

There have been a lot of articles discussing how the kurikulum merdeka has made significant changes in the education field, some of them addressed the challenges in the implementation. This research focused on the challenges faced by English teachers in SMPN 7 in implementing the curriculum merdeka. This qualitative descriptive research aims to describe in detail the challenges experienced during the process of implementing the curriculum merdeka. Through semi structure interviews, this research proves the challenges experienced by teachers such as the difficulty of implementing differentiated learning due to the large number of students, the lack of technological skills for the digitise learning, and the differences in student evaluation comparing to the previous curriculum. Although they tried to overcome these problems one by one, this should be a topic of concern for researchers in other articles and education observers to evaluate the curriculum. Hopefully, this research can help educators to come up with solutions to these problems.
