Abstract

Human resources have a good role for every organization individually or in groups, human resources are the main driver in the smooth running of business activities, even the development of the company is determined by human resources. Good management is needed in a company as well as in a cooperative so that human resources can be used properly. Management ensures that the resources owned by the cooperative are used effectively and efficiently. Good cooperative management will create a cooperative that determines the success of achieving the vision, mission and goals of the cooperative. The implementation of good cooperatives is important to achieve the expected goals. Cooperative activities cannot be separated from the role of members in it, for this reason the welfare of members is one of the goals that must be achieved. This research is a narrative inquiry with a qualitative approach. This research is to see the implementation of employees in implementing the concepts, definitions, and empirical indicators of Cooperative Management. The results of this study show that employees are able to carry out their duties, principals and functions in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures in decision-making, and employees have a good role in managing cooperatives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Untuk mengetahui Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Untuk mengetahu budaya organisasi dan Efikasi Diri berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Deli Serdang.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang dengan sampel sebanyak 97 pegawai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai thitung untuk variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1) sebesar 5.381 jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel yang sebesar 1.985. maka thitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai ttabel atau 5.381 1.985. Untuk variabel Efikasi Diri (X2) sebesar 20.057 jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel yang sebesar 1.985. maka thitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari nilai ttabel atau 20.057 1.985. Hasil uji F yang terlihat nilai Fhitung 509.256 Ftabel 3.093, maka H0 ditolak karena Fhitung Ftabel. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulakan bahwa secara simultan Variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Variabel Efikasi Diri (X2), (variabel bebas) berpengaruh nyata terhadap Variabel Kinerja Pegawai (Y) (variabel terikat)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karaktersitik wirausaha dan inovasi dengan keberhasilan usaha UMKM kuliner ayam di Lubuk Pakam Deliserdang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan data deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini 30 responden pelaku UMKM kuliner ayam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelaku usaha UMKM kuliner ayam di Lubuk Pakam Deli serdang. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh karaktersitik wirausaha dan inovasi dengan keberhasilan usaha di UMKM kuliner ayam ditunjukkan dari hasil regresi berganda Y = 6,995+ 0,264X1 + 0,542X2 + e, dan hasil uji t variabel karakteristik wirausaha diperoleh nilai t hitung t tabel sebesar (1,8261,703) dan uji t variabel inovasi diperoleh nilai t hitung t tabel sebesar (3,7441,703) pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil uji F di peroleh F hitung F tabel sebesar (40,034) (2,96) dengan tingkat probability (0,000,05) dimana H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya karaktersitik wirausaha dan inovasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM kuliner ayam di Lubuk Pakam Deliserdang sedangkan nilai R2 (RSquare) sebesar 0,761 artinya karaktersitik wirausaha dan inovasi dapat menjelaskan variabel keberhasilan usaha sebesar 76,1% dan sisanya 23,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Jika melihat data dan fakta sosio-geografis, tidak ada yang bisa membantah Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara paling majemuk dan heterogen. Dengan luas mencapai 8.3 juta kilometer persegi, Indonesia punya 17.499 pulau, dihuni oleh 273.8 juta jiwa, 300 kelompok etnik, 1.340 suku bangsa, 742 bahasa daerah, dan 6 agama resmi yang diakui negara. Data ini menempatkan Indonesia pada posisi ke-2 negara dengan bahasa daerah terbanyak di dunia. Hanya kalah dari Papua Nugini yang punya 840 bahasa daerah. Indonesia juga berada di posisi ke-2 sebagai negara dengan keragaman suku di dunia. Hanya kalah dari India yang punya 2.000 kelompok etnis. Dengan tingkat heterogenitas yang begitu tinggi di semua aspek kehidupan, wajar jika diskursus tentang multikulturalisme tetap aktual untuk didiskusikan. Apalagi realitas muttakhir menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia berada dalam kegamangan peradaban. Ketika negara-negara yang secara tegas mengklaim sebagai kapitalis, komunis, dan Islamis berkompetisi meretas kemajuan, Indonesia justru terkesan masih sibuk mencari formula yang paling tepat yang bisa membuncahkan semua potensi bangsa.  Pancasila memang telah ditetapkan sebagai dasar negara, dan sudah terbukti bisa dijadikan sebagai titik temu sekaligus pemersatu semua identitas dan kepentingan. Tapi ibarat rumah, persatuan hakikatnya adalah pondasi yang menempati posisi terbawah pada suatu bangunan. Menyelesaikan pembuatan pondasi, bukan berarti sudah menyelesaikan pendirian bangunan. Tapi baru menuntaskan tahapan pertama saja. Masih banyak tahapan lain yang harus dilakukan. Dalam konteks ini kita bisa meneladani sejarah hijrah Rasulullah Saw. dari Mekah ke Yatsrib atau Madinah. Langkah pertama yang beliau lakukan adalah mempersatukan Anshar dan Muhajirin.Kata Kunci: Hijrah; Pembentukan; Civil Society

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan citra merek terhadap minat beli masyarakat pada baba parfum indonesia di kelurahan bandar selamat medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang atau kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel yang berjumlah 96 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,504, artinya variabel minat beli dapat dijelaskan sebesar 50,4% oleh variabel harga dan citra merek, sementara sisanya 49,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

 This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work experience, work environmentand rewards on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptiveapproach. The population in this study were all employees of the Woongrame Beach Tourism ObjectManagement. While the sample in this study was the entire population, which was 57 samples. The datacollection technique used was by conducting a survey and distributing questionnaires to respondents.The data analysis technique used was Statistical Data Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, MultipleLinear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test "t" test and F test andDetermination Coefficient Test (R2), which were processed using the SPSS program. The results of thestudy indicate that partially the work experience variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect onthe employee performance variable. The work environment variable (X2) also has a positive andsignificant effect on the employee performance variable. Likewise, the reward variable (X3) has apositive and significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously it also shows that theindependent variables (Work Experience, Work Environment and Reward) have a positive andsignificant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Performance), with a determination coefficientvalue of 97.6%.

Abstract

The advancement of Industry 4.0 has introduced complex challenges in occupational safety and health, calling for strategic approaches to ensure sustainable work environments. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) in enhancing workplace well-being in Indonesia. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study synthesizes relevant scholarly literature published between 2015 and 2025, focusing on Green HRM, workplace well-being, and occupational health and safety (OHS) across key national industries. The findings indicate a positive correlation between Green HRM practices and improved employee well-being, encompassing physical, mental, social, and environmental aspects of the workplace. This relationship is influenced by organizational factors such as OHS systems, workload, and conflict management, and is supported by digital technology and regulatory frameworks. The study formulates an integrative Green HRM model consisting of six core dimensions: green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance management, green compensation and benefits, integrated OHS management systems, and enabling technologies. This model offers a holistic framework for creating transformative and sustainable workplace well-being, aligned with the AKHLAK core values and the national development vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

This Field Work Lecture Report discusses the utilization of social media as a strategy to empower micro-enterprises in Galang Baru Village, Galang District, Batam City. The main issue addressed is the low adoption of digital technology by micro-entrepreneurs in the area, particularly in using social media to expand markets and increase sales. The objective of this KKL activity is to enhance the understanding and skills of the community, especially the youth, in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp as marketing tools for micro-business products. The methods applied include identifying micro-entrepreneurs, socializing the importance of digitalization, conducting social media training, and providing direct assistance in account creation and content management. Coordination with the village organizational structure was also carried out to support the smooth implementation of the program. The results show an increase in digital awareness and capabilities among micro-entrepreneurs in utilizing social media, despite challenges such as limited internet access and digital literacy. Social media use has proven effective in helping entrepreneurs broaden market reach, build product branding, and significantly increase income. This activity is expected to serve as a sustainable digital-based economic empowerment model for other villages facing similar challenges, while supporting inclusive and responsive local economic development in line with current technological advancements

Abstract

This study examines how job security and job satisfaction influence the performance of university lecturers in Indonesia, aiming to identify key factors that enhance academic professionals' potential and improve educational quality. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive design, collecting data from Indonesian lecturers through purposive sampling. Survey questionnaires were distributed nationwide, and the gathered data were analyzed using SmartPLS to measure the impact of job security and job satisfaction on various performance indicators. The findings reveal that job security significantly improves lecturer performance, while job satisfaction demonstrates a stronger positive correlation. Lecturers with stable employment conditions and high job satisfaction exhibited better teaching quality, higher research productivity, and more impactful community engagement. The study underscores the critical relationship between employment stability, professional fulfillment, and academic performance. Therefore, higher education institutions should prioritize policies that strengthen job security and workplace satisfaction to optimize lecturer performance and institutional excellence. However, the study has certain limitations. Although it includes multiple institutions across Indonesia, regional variations in education systems may affect the generalizability of the results. Additionally, reliance on self-reported performance data may introduce some measurement bias.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan mental berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dalam Modul Tasawuf Karakter di Madrasah Aliyah Yayasan Pendidikan dan Dakwah Baitul Mustaghfirin Al-Amir, Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian adalah strategi guru dalam menanamkan nilai Islam melalui pembelajaran tasawuf, metode yang digunakan, serta dampaknya terhadap karakter siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul tasawuf karakter efektif membentuk akhlak mulia, ketenangan batin, dan kesadaran tanggung jawab spiritual siswa. Pendekatan experiential learning dengan integrasi teori dan praktik spiritual memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan karakter peserta didik. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan perbedaan latar belakang siswa yang diatasi melalui pembinaan berkelanjutan dan keterlibatan orang tua. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter berbasis spiritualitas Islam dan merekomendasikan pengembangan modul serta pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan.
