Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study leadership motivation, competence, and motivation for service quality in the Musi Rawas Land Office, both simultaneously and partially. The sample of this study were 50 employees at the Musi Rawas Land Office. The research data were collected with a questionnaire submitted through data quality tests namely validity and reliability and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, t test of determination (R2) and f test. Through testing the correlation coefficient (R) Obtained from the level of competition or the relationship between leadership style, competence, and work motivation of employees has a high relationship that is 94.6%. The result of determination (R2) of 89% means that the percentage of style motivation, employee competence and motivation towards service quality is 89% in this study. The results of the partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test) were carried out to prove the leadership style, competence and work motivation that were significant to the quality of service at the Musi Rawas Land Office. calculate which is higher than ftabel that is 389,472> 2.81 and the probability (sig 0,000) is less than or less than 0.05 So Ha; accepted and Ho; rejected. The most dominant variable affecting service quality at the Musi Rawas Land Office is competency with a conversion value of 0.944. A positive and strong relationship which means getting higher competence will be higher than the quality of service at the Musi Rawas Land Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine disaster management carried out by the Regional Government in this case the Social Service Office of Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra. This research is a qualitative study using a type of research with case studies. The subject of the case study is the analysis of disaster management planning with other words Analysis of Disaster Management Planning is the Focus of this Research. To support the focus of research, the researcher makes sub-focus - sub focus, to represent and better direct the focus of the research, while the sub focus - the sub focus consists of; The planning process is carried out; Structured and planned planning. And planning that is ongoing and sustainable. Results of research findings, that based on several theories and research findings, it can be seen that the process of disaster management planning in the Social Office of musi rawas district is oriented to the process of activities within the Social Service alone, no process has yet been seen involving other parties. Coordination with related agencies has not been reflected in the understanding of planning in the Musi Rawas Regency Social Service. It is recommended that related parties in cross-sectoral in Musi Rawas Regency be involved in the process of disaster management planning in the Musi Rawas Regency Social Service.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the Impact of education, competence, training and motivation on the quality of trainees partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and samples in this study amounting to 81 people consisting of training participants and organizing teams. Research Results The influence of education, competence, training and motivation on the quality of training participants at the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas. Obtained Fcount value of 212.522 and Ftable of 2.48. It means that there is a positive and significant influence of education, competence, training and motivation on the quality of training participants at the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas. The influence of education, training and motivation on the quality of the trainees in the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas Regency has a Fcount of 162.505 and a Ftable of 2.48. The Impact of competence, training and motivation on the quality of trainees in the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas Fcount value of 199.593 and Ftable 2.48 This shows that there is a positive and significant Impact of competence, training and motivation on the quality of trainees at the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas. The influence of education, competence and training on the quality of the trainees in the UPT BLK UKM Musi Rawas Regency has a Fcount of 162,505 and a Ftable of 2.48.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Office of Public Works Lubuklinggau City. The purpose of research to determine the influence of employee placement, work discipline and commitment to employee performance in Office of Public Works Lubuklinggau City both simultaneously and partially. The sample in this research as many as 60 employees in Office of Public Works Lubuklinggau City. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The results obtained are 1). The partial test (t test) performed proves employee placement has a significant effect on employee performance where tcount 4,419 > ttable 1,991 and also sig 0,009 < 0,05. 2). Work Discipline significantly influence the performance where tcount 6,436 > ttable 1,991 and also sig is 0,004 < 0,05. 3). Commitment significantly influence the performance where tcount 3,030 > ttable 1,991 and also sig is 0,026. 4). Employee Placement, Work Discipline and Commitment have significant influence simultaneously on Service in Office of Public Work Lubuklinggau City, where Fcount 4,518> Ftable 2,73 and also sig of 0,020 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Kedisiplinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD) Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Penelitian ini dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik-teknik pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, angket kuisioner, dan dokumentasi dengan populasi berjumlah 46 orang. Hasil penelitian kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja pegawai; kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja pegawai; kompetensi dan kedisiplinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPPKAD) Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini sampel pegawai dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 orang. Penelitian ini dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik-teknik pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, angket kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Simpang Periuk Kota Lubuklinggau Dari hasil terdapat adanya pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Simpang Periuk Kota Lubuklinggau, yang harus diperhatikan adalah bahwa disiplin kerja belum tertanam baik di puskesmas simpang periuk, dan perlu diperbaiki bila tidak akan berdampak pada kinerja pegawai oleh karena itu pemimpin perlu mengubah image pegawai dengan berbagia pendekatan, supaya para pegawai memahami pola disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja yang akan berdampak positif dikemudian hari.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompentensi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur I Kota Lubuklinggau. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya yaitu 54 pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur I Kota Lubuklinggau. Penelitian ini dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik-teknik pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh dan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, angket kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan dinyatakan bahwa Terdapat Pengaruh Kompentensi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Timur I Kota Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen, dandisiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara secara simultan dan parsial. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, sebanyak 67orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah (1). Uji parsial (Uji t) yang dilakukan membuktikan,kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dimana ?ℎ?????4,928>??????1,996 dan juga sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. (2). Komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dimana ?ℎ?????3,540>??????1,996 dan juga sig sebesar 0,001< 0,05. 3). Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dimana ?ℎ?????3,844>??????1,996 dan juga sig sebesar 0,000< 0,05. (4). Kompetensi dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja dimana Fhitung5,384> Ftabel3,14 dan juga sig sebesar0,013< 0,05. (5)Komitmen dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja dimana Fhitung6,573> Ftabel3,14 dan juga sig sebesar0,003< 0,05. (6).Kompetensi dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja dimana Fhitung5,086> Ftabel3,14 dan juga sig sebesar0,002< 0,05. (7). Kompetensi, komitmen, dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja, dimana Fhitung4,660> Ftabel 2,75 dan juga sig sebesar0,005< 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh variable bebas tang diteliti mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Kinerja Pemerintahan Daerah yang dihasilkan setiap Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) berbeda-beda, tergantung bagaimana OPD tersebut mengelola Penyelengaraan Pemerintahan di Organisasinya, kinerja tersebut pada umumnya dinilai oleh Masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji kinerja layanan pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan sipil Kota Lubuklinggau, yang dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya manusia, dengan variable yang mempengaruhi; variabel Kompetensi, Komitmen, dan variable Motivasi dengan metode exsplanatory research atau confirmotory research, dan teknis analisis menggunakan Statistical service social (SPSS) 22,0 dengan populasi 59 responden unsur masyarakat pengguna layanan perizinan di Kabupaten Musirawas. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial ketiga variabel di atas hanya variabel Komtmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, namun secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut mempengaruhi kinerja dan variabel Komitmen mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan, implikasi manajemennya peran komitmen sumber daya manusia sebagai pelaksana penyelengara Pemerintahan di Daerah, menjadi tolok ukur dalam mewujudkan pelayanan prima di Dinas DUKCAPIL Koata Lubuklinggau.
