Abstract

This study examines the career development of government civil servants in the implementation of the policy of equalizing structural positions into functional positions and how the preparation of supporting factors and obstacles faced in the career development of the apparatus because of equalizing positions. The study employed a qualitative descriptive research method, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation of 11 informants in 4 regional apparatus of the city of Lubuklinggau, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The findings suggest that the equalization policy aimed at promoting the career progression of local government officers has not been fully effective. The other problems found are the ability of individual apparatus to collect credit numbers as proof of performance, mismatches of qualifications and competencies of positions, and work mechanisms that have not been adjusted after the equalization of positions. The recommendations of this study require adjustments to the work system, competency mapping, and priority training maps, as well as the preparation of counseling services for the apparatus resulting from the equalization of positions.

Abstract

One form of implementation of community service activities is the implementation of real work lectures, this must be carried out in order to realize the tri dharma of higher education. Since the discovery of Covid-19 until it spread widely in early 2020, it resulted in a global pandemic that is still ongoing today, thus making many parties participate in overcoming the spread of this outbreak. One of the real forms of higher education in tackling the pandemic is the Community Service Program-PPM activity, in this case the University of Tridinanti Palebang whose KKN activities are in the location of the Sematang Borang District, Palembang City with the aim of providing social education to the community in the fields of pandemic prevention, socio-cultural, socio-economic , socio-religious. The method of implementing the program is Field Research, field research with qualitative descriptive studies, with socialization of training and management of healthy and dynamic life, social service work in places of worship, schools, public facilities, and providing assistance for cleaning and worship equipment. The results of the service show that there is an increase in public awareness and concern for the COVID-19 pandemic, the application of a healthy lifestyle, mutual cooperation, and an increase in community welfare through creative economic development.

Abstract

Kompetensi, Kompensasi dan Sanksi hukum pengaruhnya terhadap Perilaku Aparatur dalam pengadaan Barang/jasadi Kota Palembang, dibawah koordinator Lembaga penelitian Universitas In do Global Mandiri Palembang ( Program Pascasarjana Studi ekonomi Manajemen)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kompensasi dan sanksi hukum pengaruhnya terhadap pengadaan Barang/jasa di Kota Palembang. Penelitian dilakukan selama 4 bulan terhadap 16 SKPD  dari populasi 190 Aparatur SKPD Dinas/Badan di Kota Palembang.   Analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan inferensial.  Model analisis menggunakan SPSS / Regresi Berganda dengan komposisi struktur  Kompetensi, Kompensasi dan Sanksi Hukum sebagai variabel eksogen dan Perilaku Aparatur sebagai variabel endogen.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan (1) pada sub-struktur pertama bahwa, Kompetensi dan Kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku aparatur, namun secara parsial hanya kompetensi yang berpengaruh positif dansignifikan (2) pada struktur utama bahwa kompetensi, kompensasi dan sanksi hukum secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku aparatur di Kota Palembang.Dari hasil analisis  deskriptip  dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan perilaku aparatur di Kota Palembang variable sanksi hukum memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan dari pada variabel kompensasi dan variabel kompetensi indikator paling berpengaruh adalah pemalsuan dokumen lelang merupakan tindakan pidana dalam pengadaan bartang/jasa.Disarankan kepada para aparatur di Kota Palembang, bahwa untuk meningkatkan perilaku aparatur yang baik dalam pengadaan Barang/jasa  perlu perhatian di fokuskan pada upaya memperbaiki sistem kompensasi, honorarium panitia lelang dan untuk meningkatkan sanksi hukum perlu perhatian yang di fokuskan pada upaya kelengkapan lelang kepada rekanan diwajibkan meyediakan jaminan penawaran, untuk meningkatkan  Kompetensi aparatur perlu adanya pembekalan tentang pemahaman pengadaan barang/jasa.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Kompensasi, Sanksi hukum,dan Perilaku Aparatur

Abstract

The aims of this research are to determine the impact of incentivizing, motivation and discipline on the performance of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City employees simultaneously and partially. Qualitative method was used in this research, with 57 employees at The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City as a sample. Multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, f-test and t-test were used in this research as data analysis technique. The results obtained from partial test (t-test) proved that incentivization, motivation, and discipline each had a partially significant impact on employee performance at the office of The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City where t (count) > t (table) and also sig 0,001 < 0,05. Incentives, Motivation, and Disciplines have simultaneously significant impact on employee performance, where t (count) > t (table) and also sig is 0,000 < 0,05. This research is an important contribution to the regulation of human resources in The Department of Education and Culture of Lubuklinggau City so. The determination of discipline, incentives, and motivation tends to be neglected in improving performance so that it is necessary to examine the relationship to performance in human resources, which is an important contribution of research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 4 Kota Lubuklinggau menggunakan metode assosiatif kuantitatif, dengan menghubungkan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada para guru dengan sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Teknis analisis pada peelitian ini menggunakan teknis statistik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 20.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa berdasarkan nilai uji t-hitung untuk variabel kompetensi sebesar 2,722 > dari t-tabel 2,021 dengan nilai sig 0,000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan untuk variabel motivasi uji t-hitung sebesar 3,022 > dari t-tabel 2,021 dengan nilai sig 0,000 yang berarti ada pengaruh seignifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil uji- F variabel kompetensi dan motivasi kerja guru sebesar 10,380 > dari f-tabel 3,22 nilai sig 0,000 menunjukkan simultan variabel kompetensi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 4 Kota Lubuklinggau, namun secara parsial motivasi kerja lebih dominan mempengaruhi kinerja guru, maka disarankan agar unsur pimpinan khususnya Kepala Sekolah agar dapat memberikan program kerja dan kesejahteraan guru guna memacu motivasi kerja di sekolah.Kata-kata Kunci: kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the education and training system and apparatus development at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas District with the study indicators, namely aspects of education and training of apparatus, career development, or apparatus and placement of human resources using SWOT analysis. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation study methods. The results showed that the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas District is in the prime and steady condition in developing human resources for apparatus. It is really possible to continue increasing growth and achieving maximum progress even though it poses a large enough threat. The strategic recommendation given is the Progressive Strategy, which means that the organization is stable. The human resource development strategy can be carried out progressively towards improving human resources by increasing activities that encourage the development of human resources intensively and continuously. To implement human resource development at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Musi Rawas District to run well and as needed, it is recommended to determine the priority scale of the education and training. It must be based on the results of the Training Needs Analysis. Then in the implementation of Movements and Promotions carried out based on Career Patterns, Workload Analysis, and Job Analysis.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Kelindang Atas Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency with the theme of Training on the Use of Digital Marketing (E-Commerce) for Digital-Based Oyster Mushroom MSMEs in Kelindang Atas Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency, where this training method was carried out using workshop on the use of digital marketing (E-Commerce), how to open a shop in an online store and how to do digital branding. The aim is for MSME players in Kelindang Atas Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency to gain additional insight into digital marketing concepts and technological products used for product marketing, provide training and simulations about the use of digital media in product marketing, compose effective persuasive messages which is interesting and provides solutions or problem solving to enable MSME players to promote products through digital media, so that people know how to use digital marketing (E-Commerce) properly and correctly and on target. So, it is able to increase the income of MSME players and can market products better by combining marketing both conventionally and online.

Abstract

Pemerintah Desa Kampung Dalam, Kecamatan Lebong Utara, Kabupaten Lebong, masih mengandalkan sistem manual, di mana masyarakat harus datang langsung ke kantor desa untuk mengurus pengajuan dokumen. Penerapan teknologi digital untuk mendukung distribusi surat-menyurat yang lebih efisien akan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Dengan menggunakan sistem digital, masyarakat tidak lagi perlu datang ke kantor desa untuk mengisi data pribadi atau mengajukan permohonan. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan sangat berguna bagi warga Desa Kampung Dalam dalam memahami cara mengisi formulir Google Form yang telah disiapkan oleh perangkat desa. Penggunaan administrasi secara online memudahkan masyarakat untuk mengajukan dokumen yang diperlukan kapan saja dan di mana saja. Masyarakat memberikan respon positif terhadap penggunaan teknologi online untuk pengajuan surat-menyurat. Pembaruan pada Google Sheet memungkinkan penyesuaian nomor dokumen sesuai yang terbaru. Diharapkan setelah sosialisasi, antusiasme masyarakat terhadap sistem administrasi online akan semakin meningkat. Penggunaan sistem online dalam pelayanan publik memberikan kemudahan, fleksibilitas, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai teknologi yang diterapkan dalam administrasi desa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the company's status following the Covid pandemic and the potential strategic actions to affect employee performance. By gathering actual data from respondents, researchers can evaluate the viability of the put out hypotheses using inference verification procedures. 115 research samples in total were purposefully chosen to participate as responders. We utilize Smart PLS software 3.29 to analyze structural equation models. The results of the study are: (1) Good corporate governance has an influence on job satisfaction; (2) organizational culture has an influence on job satisfaction; (3) Good corporate governance has an influence on performance, (4) Organizational culture has an influence on performance, (5) Job satisfaction has an influence on performance, (6) Job satisfaction mediates good corporate governance on performance and (7) Job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture on performance. A limitation of this study is that the survey only focused on Palembang city area companies Practical implications: from the research indicate that in order to improve performance, new techniques must first boost employee job satisfaction. Performance is influenced by organizational culture, which is the second most important factor. By increasing both internal and external satisfaction, one can increase job satisfaction. (1) Team culture, which is a workplace culture that promotes interpersonal, collaborative, and communicative work environments, can improve organizational culture. aims to establish a business that is like a happy, large family, (3) Adaptive culture, particularly the culture present in an organization or company where employee changes occur, including how the company maintains and maintains the work environment, (2) mission culture, which is a stable and external culture that emphasizes the organization with clear goals and variables, as well as the process of continuous internal improvement and (4) bureaucratic culture, i.e. internal and stable culture for a highly effective organization with a high level of consistency in all its activities. This research examines the performance of regional companies after the occurrence of Covid-19 which is related to the impact of good corporate government and organizational culture which are rarely studied on the sustainability of the performance of regional companies in Indonesia.
