Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work engagement on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among Herbalife supervisors in Gresik. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Data were collected from 93 supervisors selected through simple random sampling, using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire to measure work engagement, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The results show that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction significantly strengthens the relationship between work engagement and employee performance. These findings suggest that supervisors with high levels of work engagement tend to experience greater job satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts their performance. This study recommends that direct selling companies enhance programs that support work engagement and job satisfaction to help achieve business goals.

The growing interest in trading activities in Indonesia has not been fully matched by adequate financial literacy, potentially leading to undisciplined and speculative trading behavior, especially among novice traders. This community service activity aims to improve trading literacy and encourage consistent trading behavior through the Trading Bareng program organized by PT Trijaya Pratama Futures (TPFx) Surabaya. The method used is hands-on training, including an introduction to the company, real-time application of technical and fundamental analysis, and an emphasis on risk management. Abstract

Commodity futures trading, particularly gold (XAUUSD), offers significant profit potential with high risks, especially for novice traders who lack an understanding of appropriate trading strategies to minimize potential losses and market uncertainties. This community service activity aims to enhance public financial literacy through direct trading strategy education. The method used is interactive training based on direct experience (experiential learning) with real-time practice using the Metatrader 5 platform, covering technical analysis and the application of stop loss and take profit to minimize risks. The activity results show a significant improvement in the understanding of trading strategies. This program proves that the hands-on learning approach is effective in shaping more measured traders and protecting them from losses due to a lack of knowledge. Thus, structured education like this is essential to create a sustainable trading ecosystem in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitment (OC) serving as a mediating variable at PT SBC Berkah Bersama. The research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method for data analysis. The sample consists of 70 front-line employees selected through non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. The findings reveal that POS has a positive and significant effect on both OCB and Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, Organizational Commitment also exerts a positive influence on OCB. The mediation analysis indicates that Organizational Commitment significantly mediates the relationship between POS and OCB, demonstrating a partial mediation effect. This finding suggests that optimal organizational support can enhance employee commitment, which in turn encourages voluntary behavior beyond their formal roles. This study has practical implications for the management of PT SBC Berkah Bersama to strengthen organizational support strategies as an effort to enhance employee loyalty and extra-role behavior.

This study observed the performance of the organization of Micro, Small and Medium enterprises in the District of Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative analysis to determine the value of the responses of respondents to the variables used in the study, by using the software SmartPLS. The results of this study successfully proved that the strategic change management has the role of mediation between the Competence to Organization performance with the value of the path coefficients of 0,245, and the value of T-statistic of 2,980 > 1,96 (from table value Za = 0,05) or P-values of 0.003 (smaller than 0.05) on the organization of Micro, Small and Medium enterprises in the District of Sidoarjo.
