Abstract

This study aims to propose a model for the implementation of strategic management to enhance IT teaching competencies among teachers at SMK Babusalam, Baktiya, North Aceh. Adopting a qualitative approach with five respondents, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that strategic management was implemented through various teacher development training programs, including In-house Training, Subject Teacher Working Group (MGMP), and collaborative training with other schools. This approach not only reduced costs but also strengthened inter-institutional cooperation. The enhancement of competencies was assessed based on the ability to utilize networked learning software and create effective instructional media. The implementation process was influenced positively by supportive factors such as well-equipped Multimedia Laboratories and the availability of IT resources. However, personal factors posed as challenges. The results provide valuable insights into strategic management strategies for improving IT teaching competencies.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stunting masih menjadi masalah gizi dan menjadi tantangan besar di Indonesian terutama pada anak-anak, yang secara global mempengaruhi sekitar 162 juta anak di bawah usia 5 tahun dan keadaan ini terjadi pada 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK).Tujuan: untuk mengeksplorasi potensi bayam (Spinacia oleracea) dan kelabat (Trigonella foenum-graecum) ini sebagai laktagogum sebagai pencegahan stunting.Metode: Penelitian eksperimental dengan desain pretest-posttest with control group dilakukan pada 32 ibu menyusui. Kelompok perlakuan mendapat intervensi berupa 100 g nugget setiap hari selama 30 hari, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak mendapat intervensi. Parameter yang diukur meliputi volume ASI (ml/hari) Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk kelompok perlakuan dan paired t-test untuk kelompok kontrol.Dari kedua kelompok tersebut dinilai pengukuran produksi ASI Hasil : Hasil olahan penelitian ini mengandung protein 8,64–8,72%, zat besi 13,37–15,40 mg/100g, dan saponin 2,49–3,92%. Terdapat peningkatan signifikan volume ASI pada kelompok perlakuan dari 515,7 ± 19,0 ml/hari menjadi 577,5 ± 79,7 ml/hari (p=0,000), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol tidak signifikan (p=0,906).Kesimpulan  : Pemberian olahan nugget tempe-bayam-biji kelabat secara signifikan meningkatkan volume ASI dan memperbaiki status gizi bayi. Produk ini berpotensi digunakan sebagai pangan fungsional dalam program peningkatan gizi ibu menyusui dan pencegahan stunting. Kata Kunci: Asi, bayam, kelabat, nugget, stunting ABSTRACT Background: Stunting remains a nutritional problem and a major challenge in Indonesia, especially for children. Abstract

Pop-up book digital media is a type of digital media that incorporates three-dimensional (3D) effects, helping learners enhance their overall understanding. The purpose of the study was to describe the development process, validity, and applicability of Pop-up book digital media. Using Research and development with the ADDIE model. The research subjects were fifth-grade students of elementary school students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the research on the development of Digital Pop-up Book media on social studies for fifth grade students were carried out using the ADDIE model which includes Analyze (problem and needs analysis), Design (design of making Digital Pop-up Book media), Development (media validation and material validation), Implementation (small group and large group trials), Evaluation (revision of the Pop-up book digital media cover). The score of media validation results obtained a percentage of 94.16% with the category “very valid”. Material expert validation obtained a percentage of 92.5% in the “very valid” category. The applicability of Pop-up book digital media in small groups has a percentage of 85.76% and the results of large group trials obtained a percentage of 88.8% so as to obtain a “very good” category. Pop-up book digital media proved to be very valid and very good to help stimulate students in the learning process.
