Abstract

Introduction: In teenage relationships, casual sex has become commonplace, especially kissing. Drug cases have occurred and been reported. Apart from the high risk of HIV transmission in this region, the role of health workers in preventive measures is still limited to health education or brief outreach through advertisements or pamphlets. This has resulted in a lot of misunderstanding of information about HIV, especially in terms of prevention. So a comprehensive health education strategy regarding HIV is needed taking into account technological advances that are easily accessible and reliable. The application used for HIV prevention programs in adolescents is HIV Info Corner. This application contains comprehensive educational material about HIV, HIV risk behavior, and issues surrounding adolescent problems. Apart from that, this application is equipped with a consultation chat room so that teenagers can ask questions and discuss directly about HIV and HIV risk behavior. Teenagers are encouraged to download and install the HIV Info Corner application and use it and read the information or content contained in it. Of the 20 teenagers, there are 15 teenagers who do not know about the benefits of the HIV Corner application in Bangun Rejo village, therefore health education is needed about the use of application-based technology in preventing HIV AIDS in teenagers, with the hope that teenagers can use the HIV prevention application and spread it to teenagers who have not received this information.

Abstract

Ongoing advancements have profoundly reshaped the development of educational media, with validity being a pivotal factor in creating high-quality products, representing a critical phase in their development. In essence, validity holds a key position in the production of superior educational materials. The primary objective of this study is to design and assess the validity of interactive multimedia-based mathematics learning tools using Adobe Flash CS6. This research belongs to the category of Research and Development (R&D) or developmental research. The methodology adopted for this developmental research follows a modified Plomp procedure, involving three of its five stages: the initial investigation phase, the development phase or prototyping, and the assessment phase. To gauge the validity of the media, the research employs a validation sheet as the data collection instrument. The analysis process entails scoring based on assessments made by the validator. The outcomes of the validation testing indicate that the media is deemed highly valid, achieving an impressive validation rate of 90.59%. The media is now deemed ready for use with only minor revisions required. One notable advantage of this learning media is its compact size, ensuring compatibility with all computer types, including those with low specifications.

Abstract

Early childhood is the most important and fundamental early period in the growth and development of human life. This period is also called the golden age, many concepts and facts explain that this golden age is the time when all children's potential develops the fastest. Aspects of child development that need to be developed in early childhood include personal awareness, emotional development, building socialization, communication development, cognitive development, and motor skill development. Based on these aspects of early childhood development, a children's game media is needed to stimulate children's development and growth. One of the children's game media that can be developed is Educational Game Tools (APE). In this PKM activity, the PKM Team tries to provide training in making APE including number wheels, summing bottle caps, and sliding number boards.

Abstract

Breastfeeding is the process of giving milk to babies or small children with breast milk (ASI) from the mother's breasts. Every effort is made to help mothers achieve success in breastfeeding their babies, which is called lactation management (Sutanto, 2018). Giving formula milk is not recommended for babies aged 0-6 months, because it can increase the risk of illness and even death in babies. UNCIEF states that giving formula milk can increase by 25 times the incidence of death in babies early in life compared to babies who are given exclusive breast milk. This study used an analytical research design with a cross-sectional study approach, the population in the study was 50 people using Consecutive Sampling sampling, all subjects who came and met the selection criteria, and were included in the study until the required number of subjects was met. The data analysis used is chi square. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained a result of 0.004. These results are smaller than the P value (0.05) or 0.004<0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and formula milk feeding, so the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between maternal education and the provision of formula milk at the Tanoh Alas health center. It is hoped that this research can be used to provide appropriate steps or strategies to encourage the public and health workers to provide exclusive breastfeeding, by minimizing the factors that influence early provision of formula milk.

Abstract

Menopause occurs at an average age of 51 years. These symptoms appear since the premenopausal period. Premenopause, namely the age group between 48-55 years followed by symptoms that often arise three to ten years before the arrival of menopause with various complaints, both physical and psychological complaints. This study aims to identify knowledge, attitudes and the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of premenopausal mothers in dealing with changes during menopause in Seno Village, Padang Cermin Village, Prestasi District, Langkat District. Number of women aged continued in 2025 on the Asian continent will increase from 107 million people to 373 million people. Premenopausal symptoms include 40% hot flashes, 38% difficulty sleeping, 37% get tired faster at work, 35% more often forget, 33% irritable, 26% joint pain and 21% frequent headaches excessive. The purpose of community service is to provide education about signs and symptom, stages menopause And management as preparation in a manner early face menopause. In family when a Mother Healthy, in meaning can minimize symptom menopause with knowledge Which has accepted on education preparation face menopause so activity family will walk with Good. Method: Education preparation face menopause use method lecture And discussion with media powerpoint. Results: The community service participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity, and the discussion was ongoing well and smoothly. Conclusion : Preparatory education dealing with menopause has been done, the participants were very enthusiastic about the activity, there were several questions submitted by the participants. Providing education as a form of transfer of knowledge is expected to be carried out routinely to the woman he hopes for after participating in this activity complaints during menopause can reduce and quality of life will be felt on Woman itself.

Abstract

This study discusses the promotion and customer satisfaction of purchasing decisions at PT Papparich Sun Plaza Medan. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, which is obtained in the form of numbers and numbers. The population in this study supports 51,016 consumers and the sample in this study supports 100 consumers. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The analysis results provide an equation. Research Results Promotional Research and Customer Satisfaction of Purchasing Decisions at PT. Papparich Sun Plaza Medan. Rating with multiple regression analysis namely Purchasing Decision = 18,480 + 0,228 Promotion + 0,279 Consumer Satisfaction + e. The results of testing the Promotion and Customer Satisfaction hypothesis regarding the positive and significant of the Purchasing Decision at PT Papparich Sun Plaza Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.414 means that the Promotion Strategy and Consumer Satisfaction can explain the Purchasing Decision at PT Papparich Sun Plaza Medan by 41.4% and the remaining 58.6% is supported by other variables outside of this study such as service quality, price, and product .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Strategies and Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif. The population in this study are all consumers who have made purchases at PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif in 2019. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, a total sample of 91 respondents was obtained. The research analysis shows that the Marketing Strategy and Lifestyle partially and simultaneously positively and significantly affect Purchasing Decisions at PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that the Marketing Strategies and Lifestyle have an effect on the Purchasing Division at PT. Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif. While the remaining is affected by other factors originating from outside this research model such as price discounts, advertising, consumer attitudes, consumer confidence, and brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion on customer Purchasing Decisions Roman ceramic brand in CV. Kharisma Jaya, determine the effect of Brand Image on customer Purchasing Decisions of Roman ceramic brand in CV. Kharisma Jaya, determine the effect of Promotion and Brand Image on customer Purchasing Decisions Roman ceramic brand at CV. Kharisma Jaya. The population in this study is the customer at CV. Kharisma Jaya as many as 68 respondents. The results showed that Promotion and Brand Image partially have a positive and significant effect on customer purchasing decisions of Roman brand ceramic in CV. Kharisma Jaya. The results showed that simultaneously Promotion and Brand Image have positive and significant effect on customer Purchasing Decision of Roman brand ceramic in CV. Kharisma Jaya. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that Promotion and Brand Image have an effect on Purchasing Decisions. While the rest is effected by other factors originating from outside this research model such as price and perception.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer behavior on consumer decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, knowing the effect of price on consumer decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, knowing the influence of Consumer Behavior and Prices on Consumer Decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers or numbers. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents, secondary data obtained from data and literature relating to the problems discussed. The research population that will be used in the study are all consumers who make purchases at the company during the 2021 period as many as 15,336 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that consumer behavior and prices had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia

Abstract

The use of instructional media in the learning process plays a crucial role in enhancing educational effectiveness. One commonly utilized type of instructional media is audiovisual media, which has proven effective in conveying complex concepts, including within the context of Bible education. This paper discusses the importance and benefits of implementing audiovisual instructional media in Bible education, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. Through the use of audiovisual media, students can attain deeper understanding, enhance their interest and engagement in learning, and integrate modern technology into the learning process. However, challenges such as resource availability and technical expertise need to be addressed to optimize its benefits.
