Model logistik untuk data respon yang mempunyai lebih dari dua kategori dikenal sebagai model regresi logistikpolikotomus atau model logit multinomial. Pendekatan lain yang dapat dilakukan untuk menganalisis data respon yangdemikian adalah dengan menggunakan model neural network (NN). Model feedforward neural network (FFNN)merupakan salah satu bentuk model NN yang dipandang sebagai suatu bagian dari kelompok model yang sangat fleksibeldan dapat digunakan untuk berbagai aplikasi. FFNN dengan satu hidden layer dan parameter/bobot yang digunakanbersama (shared weights) merupakan generalisasi dari model logit multinomial. Perbedaan utama diantara keduapendekatan tersebut adalah NN merupakan model nonparametrik, sehingga tidak membutuhkan asumsi awal tentangbentuk hubungan yang dimodelkan, sedangkan model logit multinomial merupakan model parametrik yang dalam hal inidapat mengalami bias spesifikasi model apabila asumsi tidak terpenuhi. Model logit multinomial mampu memberikantaksiran parameter yang dapat diinterpretasi dan statistik uji untuk mengetahui signifikansi taksiran parameter tersebut,sedangkan NN sangat sulit untuk interpretasi namun arsitektur jaringan dapat dengan mudah ditingkatkan untukmendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Model logit multinomial dan NN keduanya dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikanmasalah klasifikasi, oleh karena itu makalah ini membahas tentang perbandingan ketepatan klasifikasi antara model logitmultinomial dengan NN menggunakan data simulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NN mampu memberikanketepatan klasifikasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model logit multinomial, baik pada data training maupun padadata testing.

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning process and increase the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through of The Implementation of Quick On The Draw Activity In STAD Type Cooperative Learning. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycle. The research was conducted in class VIII.6 in the first semester of the 2016/2017 academic year with the subject of as many as 34 students, consist of 13 boys and 21 girls. The research instrument consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device used in this research is the Syllabus, Lesson Plan, Worksheet and Questions Card. The instrument data collector used in this research is the observation sheet and math achievement test. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the result of the research showed that implementation of learning process on cycle II had happened improvement from implementation on cycle I. Weakness on cycle I is improved on implementation cycle II according with planning of improvement after reflection cycle I. Number of students that reach Minimum Mastery Criteria increase from basic score to daily test 2. The number of students who reach Minimum Mastery Criteria on basic score, daily test 1 and daily test 2 are respectively 8 person (23,52%), 13 person (38,23%) and 19 person (55,88%). Results of this research indicates that application of the Quick on the Draw Aktivity in Cooperative Learning of STAD can improve learning process and increase mathematics learning outcomes from the students at class VIII.6 MTsN Ujung Tanjung in the first semester academic years 2016/2017 at Basic Competencies 1.3 understanding the concept of relation and functions , 1.4 determining the value of the function and 1.5 sketching graphs simple algebra functions on the coordinate system.

?Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitaspenggunaan teknologi media dalam layanan transformatif gerejasebagai upaya untuk mengurangi kemiskinan di Indonesia. Penelitianini menggunakan metode literatur kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi danmenganalisis penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan topiktersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa studi telahmembuktikan potensi teknologi media dalam mendukung layanantransformatif gereja dalam mengatasi kemiskinan. Teknologi mediaseperti media sosial, platform pembelajaran online, dan aplikasi selulerterbukti efektif dalam memberdayakan komunitas yang terpinggirkan,memberikan akses ke pendidikan dan pelatihan keterampilan,meningkatkan hasil kesehatan, dan meningkatkan kesempatanekonomi. Namun, efektivitas teknologi media dalam layanantransformatif gereja sering tergantung pada faktor seperti literasidigital, akses ke teknologi, dan konteks budaya. Oleh karena itu, gerejamungkin perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini saat menerapkanteknologi media dalam layanan mereka untuk memastikanefektivitasnya dalam mengatasi kemiskinan. Kesimpulan penelitian iniadalah bahwa teknologi media memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkanefektivitas layanan transformatif gereja dalam mengurangi kemiskinandi Indonesia. Namun, keberhasilan teknologi media dalam layanantransformatif gereja bergantung pada berbagai faktor, termasuk literasidigital, akses ke teknologi, dan konteks budaya. Oleh karena itu,penting bagi gereja untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor ini saatmenerapkan teknologi media dalam layanan mereka untuk memastikanbahwa layanan tersebut efektif dalam mengatasi kemiskinan.

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality on Decisions to Use on Grab Bikes, determine the effect of Sales Promotion on Decisions to Use on Grab Bikes, determine the effect of Service Quality and Sales Promotion on Decisions to Use on Grab Bikes. The population in this study were all students of STIE Eka Prasetya as many as 1,122 students from 2017 to 2020. Using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the total sample size was 92 respondents. The results of the study show that Service Quality and Sales Promotion partially have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Grab Bike consumers. The results of the study show that Service Quality and Sales Promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Grab Bike consumers. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means that Service Quality and Sales Promotion have an influence on the Decision to Use. While the rest is influenced by other factors that come from outside this research model such as advertising, consumer behavior, satisfaction, loyalty, price and other variables.

Digital technology is a type of technology in which computer systems and automated systems usually replace a lot of human labor in the process. This study aims to determine the role of digital technology in Bank Sumut Syariah Hamparan Perak Sub-Branch to make it easier for customers to make transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Techniques and data collection using structured interviews and using secondary data obtained from PT. SOP data. Bank Sumut Syariah Sub-branch of Overlay Silver and so on. The results of the first research on the role of digital technology provide convenience in using mobile banking during the Covid-19 pandemic which has a good impact related to increasing the number of customers. The results of the second study are constraints on the role of digital technology in making it easier for customers to make transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic regarding the limited internet or not yet entering rural areas. Suggestions and input for Bank Sumut Syariah Capem Hamparan Perak can improve the network by using wireless mobile banking which is prepared as early as possible, where if there is a network failure, the convenience of customer transactions will not be disturbed at all.

Jumlah penduduk Indonesia tahun 2020 sejumlah 270.20 juta jiwa dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk sebesar 1,25%. Laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang tidak dapat dikendalikan mengakibatkan banyak dampak terhadap penduduk yaitu menderita kekurangan makanan dangizi sehingga mengakibatkan tingkat kesehatan memburuk, mempunyai pendidikan yang rendah dan banyak penduduk yang pengangguran (BKKBN, 2015). Hasil wawancara dengan petugas Klinik Evi menyatakan peran aktif pasangan suami istri dalam penggunaan alat kontrasepsi masih cukup rendah sehingga berdampak pada kesadaran akan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi cukup rendah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran aktif pasangan suami istri dalam penggunaan alat kontrasepsi di wilayah Klinik Evi. Metode pelakasanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan melakukan pendidikan kesehatan kepada pasangan suami istri terkait pentingnya dalam menggunakan alat kontrasepsi. Berdasarkan hasil penyuluhan yang dilakukan diketahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan suami tentang penggunaan alat kontrasepsi yang sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan lebih banyak berpengetahuan kurang (58,3%), namun setelah dilakukan penyuluhan sebagian besar berpengetahuan baik (86,7%). Selain itu juga terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan istri, dimana sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan lebih banyak berpengetahuan cukup (35%), namun setelah dilakukan penyuluhan sebagian besar berpengetahuan baik (86%). Diharapkan kepada Klinik Evi supaya melakukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang alat kontrasepsi dan pendampingan kepada pasangan suami istri secara berkelanjutan sehingga memperkecil resiko terjadinya kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan.

The world health agency or WHO issued a statement that the deaths that occur in mothers in the world are on average due to complications during pregnancy and also the delivery process. And in 2017 alone there were around 810 cases. Even though from the beginning of 2000 until now there has been a decrease in cases of up to around 38%, the mortality rate of pregnant women continues to be a concern of the World Health Organization. The statement also stated that the deaths received by these pregnant women globally occur in countries that have low GDP and middle income. Indonesia is one of the countries with a high rate of maternal mortality due to complications of pregnancy and childbirth. Assistance during labor and also during pregnancy must be a concern for medical personnel and also health workers. It is hoped that these medical personnel can provide skills and are also trained in treating pregnant women. Complete health facilities can be one way to reduce maternal and child mortality. Pregnant women must also have education, awareness and information about the importance of prenatal checks for medical personnel. Service on the community side of course has the aim of increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about anemia and early detection of complications in pregnancy. Education and information regarding early detection of pregnancy complications is the main concern of the Siabu Health Center, Mandailing Natal Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between body image and eating patterns with the nutritional status of female adolescents. This research is analytic descriptive in nature with a cross sectional survey approach. This research was conducted from February to June with a population of 68 and a sample of all respondents and sampling using total sampling with a research instrument, namely a questionnaire. Data management by means of editing, coding, tabulating, and data entry based on research results: the nutritional status of the majority of respondents who had abnormal nutrition 57 respondents (83.8%), the majority’s diet had an unbalanced diet 55 Respondents (80.9%) ), the body image of the majority of respondents has negative traits 51 respondents (75.0%). The results of the research on the relationship between Body Image and Nutritional Status show that the statistical test results obtained the Odd Ratio (OR) = 14.222.95% CI = 3.155 – 64.112 and the P value was 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between Body Image and Nutritional Status in young women. The relationship between diet and nutritional status shows that the statistical test results obtained an odds ratio (OR) = 8.571.95% CI = 2.059 – 35.683 and a P. value of 0.004 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between diet and nutritional status in adolescents daughter. For Adolescents It is necessary to improve perceptions of body image and ways to maintain weight without disrupting eating patterns. Wise in accessing information media to seek knowledge about good nutrition and more careful in capturing messages from peers if they receive information.

This research aims to reveal how the responsibility of guidance and counseling teachers in confronting the neglected guidance and counseling label. The type of research used in this research is literature, where the author uses a descriptive normative research approach with more emphasis on the power of data analysis from existing data sources. Researchers to collect information that is relevant to the topic or problem that will be or is being researched. The results of this research show that guidance and counseling teachers play an important role in students' success in undergoing the education process at school. The duties of a guidance counselor include understanding and observing student behavior as well as providing counseling services that help students overcome the various problems they face. Not only teaching and providing counseling to students, guidance counselors also have many responsibilities that must be carried out in accordance with the counselor's professionalism. Basically, guidance and counseling teachers are needed to meet the social and psychological needs of children at school. BK teachers are seen as teachers who solve the problems of undisciplined children. In fact, guidance and counseling teachers have a big role in shaping the character of students, not just dealing with the problem of naughty children, but their role is very crucial in guiding students to be successful in learning.

Cyberbullying is an action intended to embarrass, intimidate, spread ugliness and hatred in cyber media. One of the cyber media is social media ask.fm. Cyberbullying often occurs in teenagers, this can affect the emotions of teenagers who are still quite unstable in controlling their emotions. In this research, the problem formulated is whether there is an influence of cyberbullying on social media ask.fm on the emotional development of teenagers. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of cyberbullying on ask.fm social media on adolescent emotional disorders. The research method used is a survey research method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The catharsis theory used in this research states that catharsis is a clearing of emotional conflict within oneself through talking about it and the deindividuation theory states that there is a feeling of loss of personal identity and the emergence of anonymity in the group. The anonymous feature on ask.fm social media provides opportunities for perpetrators to carry out cyberbullying on ask.fm. The sample in this study was 30 students, who had been victims and perpetrators of cyberbullying. Hypothesis testing shows Tcount ≥ Ttable (3.049 ≥ 1.660) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so this means that these two variables have a significant influence. This research showed that teenagers dared to carry out attacks only through the social media ask.fm, with anonymous facilities that made it easy for the perpetrators to express all their frustration without their identities being known. And as victims, teenagers generally reject it by responding emotionally.
