Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer behavior on consumer decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, knowing the effect of price on consumer decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia, knowing the influence of Consumer Behavior and Prices on Consumer Decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers or numbers. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents, secondary data obtained from data and literature relating to the problems discussed. The research population that will be used in the study are all consumers who make purchases at the company during the 2021 period as many as 15,336 consumers. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that consumer behavior and prices had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions at PT. Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia

Abstract

The use of instructional media in the learning process plays a crucial role in enhancing educational effectiveness. One commonly utilized type of instructional media is audiovisual media, which has proven effective in conveying complex concepts, including within the context of Bible education. This paper discusses the importance and benefits of implementing audiovisual instructional media in Bible education, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. Through the use of audiovisual media, students can attain deeper understanding, enhance their interest and engagement in learning, and integrate modern technology into the learning process. However, challenges such as resource availability and technical expertise need to be addressed to optimize its benefits.

Abstract

Tofu dregs cake is increasingly becoming a favorite among the community, creating opportunities for mothers in Lewirato Village to develop it as a home industry. This research reviews entrepreneurship training efforts aimed at teaching mothers how to make tofu dregs cake, with the aim of increasing skills and local economic potential. The implementation method involves demonstration, direct observation, and interviews. This training was carried out involving women from PKK cadres and households around the sub-district. The results showed an increase in skills in making tofu dregs sponge cake and high enthusiasm from the participants. In conclusion, this activity empowers mothers to produce quality tofu dregs cake, reduces dependence on external purchases, and strengthens the local economy.

Abstract

Gagal ginjal kronik merupakan masalah kesehatan dunia, dengan jumlah penderita yang bertambah setiap tahun. Gagal ginjal kronik adalah penurunan fungsi ginjal secara perlahan yang berkaitan dengan penurunan laju filtrasi glomerulus. Pasien gagal ginjal kronik biasanya diberikan terapi hemodialisis untuk mempertahankan keseimbangan cairan dan elektrolit, serta mengeluarkan produk sisa metabolisme. Pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis sering terjadi periodontitis akibat kondisi kebersihan mulut yang buruk, dan menjadi semakin parah seiring bertambahnya durasi hemodialisis yang dijalani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara durasi hemodialisis dengan periodontitis. Penelitian analitik cross sectional ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 99 orang dengan usia 2059 tahun. Dilakukan pemeriksaan kedalaman poket periodontal dan pemeriksaan OHI-S terhadap subjek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara durasi hemodialisis dengan periodontitis (p0,05). Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara durasi hemodialisis dengan periodontitis.

Abstract

Kandidiasis oral merupakan suatu infeksi jamur di rongga mulut yang paling sering disebabkan oleh Candida albicans. Ada beberapa obat antijamur yang dapat digunakan untuk perawatan kandidiasis oral, namun harganya tergolong mahal dan berisiko terjadinya efek samping seperti mual, pusing, lesu, dan terjadinya resistensi obat antijamur. Alternatif lain yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk mengobati penyakit akibat infeksi mikroorganisme adalah obat-obat yang berasal dari tanaman herbal. Salah satu tanaman herbal yang memiliki khasiat antijamur adalah buah jamblang (Syzygium cumini). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Standart Plate Count (SPC) untuk melihat KHM dan KBM ekstrak buah jamblang terhadap pertumbuhan Candida albicans. Buah jamblang diekstraksi dengan metode sokletasi dan dibuat pengenceran bervariasi yaitu 25, 50, 75, dan 100%. Candida albicans yang telah dikultur pada media SDA dipaparkan dengan ekstrak dan diinkubasi pada suhu 37 C selama 48 jam. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji analisis One-Way Anova menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak Syzygium cumini berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan C. albicans. Konsentrasi terkecil terjadinya penurunan pertumbuhan koloni C. albicans adalah pada ekstrak Syzygium cumini dengan konsentrasi 25%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai KHM terdapat pada konsentrasi 25% dan KBM pada konsentrasi 100%.

Abstract

Necrotizing ulcerative stomatitis (NUS) merupakan suatu penyakit inflamasi dengan lesi ulserasi nekrosis pada mukosa mulut yang jarang terjadi. Karakteristik lesi berupa ulser akut dengan kerusakan masif, nekrosis pada jaringan lunak yang dapat meluas ke jaringan sekitarnya. Pada stadium lanjut, dapat berkembang menjadi cancrum oris (noma). Kasus ini melaporkan NUS terkait AIDS yang terdapat pada mukosa mulut tanpa perluasan lesi ulserasi nekrosis dari gingiva dan periodonsium. Perbaikan awal diperoleh setelah 8 hari perawatan dengan antibiotik metronidazol 1500 mg sehari dan berkumur chlorhexidine gluconate 0,2% dua kali sehari.Kata kunci : Necrotizing ulcerative stomatitis, gambaran klinis

Abstract

Stres akademik didefinisikan sebagai perasaan tertekan yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan waktu dan ketidakmampuan mahasiswa dalam menguasai suatu bidang ilmu pengetahuan. Belum ada data mengenai pengaruh stres akademik yang dialami oleh mahasiswa terhadap gingivitis di Universitas Syiah Kuala. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara stres akademik dengan gingivitis pada mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Gigi UniversitasSyiah Kuala. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik korelatif yang bersifat cross-sectional dengan menggunakan Educational Stress Scale for Adolescence (ESSA) untuk mengukur stres akademik pada mahasiswa dan Indeks Perdarahan Papila Dimodifikasi (IPPD) untuk mengukur derajat gingivitis. Sebanyak 140 mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Syiah Kuala ikut serta dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara stres akademik dengan gingivitis (p0,05) dengan menggunakan uji Kendall-tau. Kekuatan hubungan antara stres akademik dengan gingivitis bersifat lemah (r=0,271) dengan arah positif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara stres akademik dengan gingivitis pada mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Syiah Kuala, dan kekuatan hubungan bersifat lemah dengan arah yang positif.

Abstract

Good communication between midwives and pregnant women greatly influences maternal satisfaction in receiving health services from midwives, so that a sense of mutual trust is built between midwives and pregnant women. This mutual trust will have an impact on changes in attitudes for both service providers and service recipients. the proportion of pregnancy checks in North Sumatra Province was 92.4%, while those who did not have pregnancy checks was 7.6%. The ANC K1 coverage rate in North Sumatra Province was 90.0%, while ANC K4 was 85.9%. This shows that ANC coverage in North Sumatra Province is still low because the national ANC target is 95%. The general aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between midwife communication and the level of satisfaction of pregnant women with ANC services at the Gebang Community Health Center, Langkat Regency in 2024. The research method used is quantitative, information about what you want to know is examined using numerical data through a retrospective survey. Conducting a retrospective survey is one method of collecting historical data. This research uses a cross-sectional strategy. The sample for this in-depth research was all midwives in the Gebang Health Center working area, totaling 40 people. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis. From the statistical test results, it was obtained that p.value = 0.004 and ? = 0.05, where the value of P.value (0.004) < ? (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between midwife communication and pregnant women's satisfaction with antenatal care services in Health Center. Gebang Langkat Regency in 2024. Midwives are expected to further improve their good communication skills with patients by participating in training on effective communication methods so that patients feel satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Around 41.8% of pregnant women around the world experience anemia. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in the world is estimated at around 57.1% in Africa, 48.2% in Asia, 25.1% in Europe and 24.1% in America. The results of Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2013, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia was around 37.1%, with hemoglobin levels < 11.0 g/dL approaching the proportion between urban areas 36.4% and rural areas 37.8%. Based on the 2001 Household Health Survey (SKRT), the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women was 40.1%. Meanwhile, the 2004 DKI Jakarta survey showed that the prevalence rate of anemia in pregnant women was 43.5%. The general aim of this research was to determine differences in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the first, second and third trimesters at the Gebang Health Center, Langkat Regency in 2024. Hemoglobin examination in pregnant women aims to To find out whether the mother is experiencing blood deficiency or not, namely by checking hemoglobin levels during pregnancy. The method is quantitative research with an analytical survey method using a cross sectional design, namely, a study that concerns risk factors using a retrospective approach. Analysis shows that there are differences in hemoglobin levels in the first, second and third trimesters. The average hemoglobin levels in the first trimester (11.7 g/dL) and II (11.0 g/dL) were still within normal limits, while the hemoglobin in the third trimester (10.2 g/dL) was abnormal. Hemoglobin levels < 11.0 g/dL in pregnant women can be said to be anemia, whereas if hemoglobin levels in pregnant women are > 11.0 g/dL it is not said to be anemia. So it can be seen that hemoglobin levels in the third trimester are lower than hemoglobin levels in the first and second trimesters. Pregnant women are expected to be able to check their pregnancy by carrying out an HB examination.

Abstract

Background: Menstruation is the discharge of blood from the genitals. At the time of menstruation, the blood vessels in the uterus are very susceptible to infection. In areas that are hot enough to make the body sweat, this sweat increases the body's moisture levels, especially in the closed and multiplied sexual and reproductive organs. Purpose: For this reason, this community service activity aims to socialize personal hygiene education during menstruation. Method: This community service activity uses the lecture method, and question and answer. The lecture method is carried out by delivering material about personal hygiene during menstruation. Meanwhile, the question and answer method is carried out by asking participants about the material that has been presented. Results: The results of this community service activity were obtained that participants were able to understand and apply the material that had been delivered. Conclusion: Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, many of the participants enthusiastically received the entire series of events ranging from material presentations to question and answer interactions.
