Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan suatu perubahan tingkah laku pada siswa setelah siswa melakukan proses belajar disekolah, hasil belajar bisa berupa nilah dan prestasi yang didapatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengaruh interpersonal intelegensi, belajar kelompok, dan pemanfaatan internet terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto dengan mengunakan regresi linear berganda. Populasi adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 10 Malang yang berjumlah 144 siswa. Sampel sebanyak 72 siswa yang di ambil mengunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara brsama-sama interpersonal intelegensi, belajar kelompok, dan pemanfaatan internet berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Interpersonal intelegensi secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar. Terdapat pengaruh belajarkelompok terhadap hasil belajar. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemanfaatan internet secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

Motivasi Belajar Ekonomi merupakan salah satu aspek yang dapat mendorong siswa untuk tertarik pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi, ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Motivasi Belajar Ekonomi diantaranya; Model Pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray, Disiplin Belajar dan Kesiapan Belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray, Disiplin Belajar dan Kesiapan Belajar terhadap Motivasi Belajar Ekonomi Siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 5 Malang. (2) Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray terhadap Motivasi Belajar Ekonomi Siswa. (3) Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar terhadap Motivasi Belajar Ekonomi Siswa. (4) Pengaruh Kesiapan Belajar Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Ekonomi Siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode statistik penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 5 Malang sebesar 78 siswa, tehnik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh sejumlah 78 siswa. Tehnik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regeresi linear berganda, untuk uji prasyarat/asumsi klasik terbagi menjadi 4 yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikoliniaritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji autokorelasi. Hasil pada penelitian ini berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regeresi linear berganda secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Secara parsial model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar Ekonomi, Disiplin Belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar Ekonomi, Kesiapan Belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar Ekonomi.

Abstract

The establishment of self-reliance through social entrepreneurship learning to increase students' socioeconomic awareness is an important issue, especially in formal educational institutions that are vulnerable from global influence, in the direction of policy and strategic direction of the Directorate of Vocational Education development focuses on motivating schools to progress, regrow discipline and responsibility, mental development and noble morals of vocational school students, and the creation of a resilient and independent young generation. This study aims to describe in detail how the establishment of self-reliance through social entrepreneurship activities can increase the socioeconomic awareness of the students and why this should be done. In accordance with the characteristics of vocational school students, who are required to have work-ready competencies and even able to create a world of work for others so as to provide socioeconomic changes, as well as re-encourage social entrepreneurship activities to help create self-reliance on socioeconomic activities faced in society. This research uses qualitative approach with retrospective case study model at SMK Islam Terpadu Asy-Ayadzili Pakis Malang Regency and conducted during the ongoing incident. This research method is intended to obtain a model or social engineering about the process of establishing proper independence through social entrepreneurship and the reason for the need for self-reliance. The results found that the establishment of self-reliance through social entrepreneurship to improve social and economic welfare is a very strong reason implemented social entrepreneurship. Constraints in developing entrepreneurial values in students are low student confidence, limited time sharing with pesantren activities, strict rules and schedules in the cottage, lack of cooperation between students, difficulty finding the right business.

Abstract

This study discusses online learning based on SPADA, environment, and infrastructure on learning motivation for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Kanjuruhan University, Malang. This study aims to analyze: 1) The effect of SPADA-based online learning, the environment, and infrastructure on learning motivation, 2) the influence of SPADA-based online learning on learning motivation, 3) the influence of the environment on learning motivation, 4) the influence of infrastructure on learning motivation. . This research is a quantitative research. The total population in this study was 330 students consisting of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2017, Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form. The validity of the data was obtained through a trial from 30 respondents outside the sample. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to produce learning media products that are suitable for use in social science subjects (IPS) for social mobility material for class VIII students at SMPN 2 Wagir. This research includes research and development (R&D) with the Dick & Carey development model. The development of learning media is carried out in several stages, namely: needs analysis, material identification, student characteristics analysis, instructional objective analysis, product design/product manufacture, design validation, and product revision. This media development was validated by media experts, material experts, linguists, and field trials involving 32 students were carried out. Types of data obtained in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. Data collection procedures used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis includes qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the development of learning media based on Camtasia Studio in social science subjects (IPS) class VIII SMPN 2 Wagir was feasible to use. This is indicated by; the results of the media expert validation were included in the "very feasible" category with a score of 93%, the material expert validation results were included in the "very feasible" category with a score of 90%, the linguist validation results were included in the "very feasible" category with the score obtained by 95%. The results obtained in the field trial assessment were 88% (very good).

Abstract

Personal financial management is the activity of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising financial activities such as the procurement and use of funds owned for the survival of the family. Many factors influence personal financial management. This study aims to analyze economic literacy, financial literacy, and spiritual intelligence on personal financial management. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, with a sample of 73 housewives in Malang City who were taken randomly. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that economic literacy, financial literacy, and spiritual intelligence simultaneously affect personal financial management, financial literacy and spiritual intelligence partially affect personal financial management, while economic literacy partially has no effect on personal financial management. As a housewife who usually acts as a manager in the family, at least you must understand two main concepts in financial management, namely the concept of cost and benefit and the concept of cash flow. For further researchers, it can expand the sample and add other variables so that it can better describe how financial management is for the people of Malang.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait Digital Marketing bagi pengelola Air minum dalam Kemasan (AMDK) Asy-Q. Pondok Pesantren Asy-Syadzili 5 memiliki sumber mata air yang digunakan dan dikelola secara khusu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air minum sehar-hari dalam Pondok maupun warga sekitar yang membutuhkan. Jangkauan pemasaran AMDK ini belum begitu luas karena terkendala beberapa hal diantaranya pemasaran. Penjualan yang masih konvensional dicoba untuk beralih ke media digital yang lebih luas penyebarannya. Pelatihan dengan Metode ceramah, diskusi, praktik, pendampingan dan evaluasi dipilih untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Hasil dari evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengelola sekaligus santri dapat mengenal, membuat media social dan sekaligus memasarkan produknya. Pengelola dan Yayasan cukup puas dengan hasil tersebut. Kedepannya akan terus dilakukan monitoring dari kegiatan ini.

Abstract

The aim of MBKM is to encourage students to master various fields of science with their fields of expertise. This policy gives students the opportunity to choose the courses they will take based on their own wishes. The implementation of the Independent Learning Campus policy encourages the learning process in higher education to be more autonomous and flexible. Not only highly educated but able to become agents of change in small and large scope. The resulting changes and innovations are able to make a maximum contribution to the progress of a nation that has quality human resources. In general, this research is based on the principles of descriptive analytic/descriptive analysis. The results of the research that has been done, namely about the implementation of independent learning on an independent campus to support the creative digital economy of students, obtained good results in terms of understanding and implementation in the field when carrying out assistance in downstreaming processed food products for rural communities.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of company fundamentals, capital structure, and interest rates on firm value in chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression models. The research was conducted on chemical sub-sector companies using financial statements. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The variables studied were company fundamentals, capital structure, interest rates, and firm value. The results of this research show that simultaneously the company's fundamental variables, capital structure, and interest rates affect the value of the company. On the other hand, partially the company's fundamental variables and capital structure have a positive effect on firm value in chemical sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. On the other hand, partially the interest rate has a negative effect on firm value in chemical sub-sector companies listed on the IDX.
